I ordered the product to Zhengzhou A**ha Machinery Co., Ltd. through Alibaba.com. And they sent me the different item from the one they show on the product description. We claimed to the supplier many times, but they did not give us satisfied answers. And also, I requested to send me the operation and handling manual for that product. But they didn't send me the right one. I raised the dispute request, because I, as the buyer should be protected by Alibaba.com that they described on their website. However, Alibaba.com was totally on the supplier's side. If you would like to use your money for the product that you would like to be satisfy, don't buy anything from Alibaba.com. It is waste of time and money. They do not know what the customer service is.

I was surprised about the size. I thought it was bigger because of the photo's. But anyway it is in good shape arrived and we will she what the selling will do. I will do my best for it. The communication was good during the time, good start to go further with this supplier. Thank you for all the help

It was satisfactory experience as the products were in compliance with the specification written. Also, they were delivered before expected ( before 4 days to be exact). The shipping fees is an issue however the shipping fee is priced according to the shipping company not the supplier. I would reorder definitely and I would recommend this supplier.

Anyone buying from Alibaba please insist on paying by credit card or PayPal. Do not send a money order - they are thieves. The Gold Supplier Status means nothing! This status is supposed to be earned every year, in fact it is bought from Alibaba. The company who scammed me, Echo Yang from Gangzhou Mega Beauty bought a Gold Supplier Status every month. When I they responded to my request, they had 2 Gold Supplier Status within 2-3 months that went up to 6 Gold Supplier Status. Approach DHGate. They are fabulous. They don't release payment (by credit card or PayPal) until you receive, check and accept the goods. They also keep you informed and give you tracking numbers. Please don't be conned by Alibaba. Google the company name and check for negative feedback. Good Luck

The suppliers were very professional and friendly. They followed up with me throughout the entire process. However, as friendly as the supplier may be, the product itself is what truly matters. The product was not 100% what I expected it to be. Stitching was loose and incorrect size was given. The design was great but the other factors are what truly matter.
