I received my merchandise very quickly and the customer service was great. I was very surprised on the quick response due to the fact that another company had taken four months, I received exactly what I ordered.

Not all the suppliers are providing the same quality for same products and communication as well shall be improved by many suppliers. Not all of them are understanding plain English and this can generate many times misunderstandings.

This was my first time purchasing something from Alibaba so I was a bit skeptical, but the whole process was super easy and the supplier was so easy to communicate with and was able to customize my product needs. I will be definitely be shopping from Alibaba again!

I was initially nervous about ordering on Alibaba. I had several large orders to make and was concerned about quality and getting the product from China to the US. First the suppliers were awesome and very easy to deal with, they provided excellent service in getting me exactly what I wanted and the quality was excellent. Second the shipping process was very easy and the price was very reasonable. I have shipped by air and sea, both were very simple. For the sea shipping I used Alibaba Logistics and could not be more pleased with the service and cost. I compared against other Logistics providers and could not find a better price. If you are nervous, don't be, the process is easy and the suppliers are top notch.

Know Jack Ma for years, but it's the first time I purchase from Alibaba, surprised by the frame of this website, got the goods I want, and satisfied with everything. I'm afraid some day Alibaba will do better than Amazon

Both times i have ordered from this site i have had no problems at all and the sellers have been very good.
I had good communication with the sellers and delivery was very good.
Also you are covered if the seller fails to send your item.

Some businesses using Alibaba platform need to be weed out. One is OTOD PARTNER. Imagine I paid for a vehicle. They claim to have shipped the vehicle. Few days later, I received an email from so called shipping line requesting for more than the amount I paid for the vehicle as refundable insurance fees. I contacted OTOD PARTNER, they said it was beyond there control and promised to refund my money. After that, they blocked me. Since then, the rest is history. Terrible experience

Great products and customer support. Been using them for several years. I was nervous to buy my 1st unit from them but it has been seamless using them and I love the results from their machines. And great prices.

Its really simple & easy to do business with chinese vendors. 10 years back we cant think of doing business with chinese vendors due to communication. But now its all possible due to Alibaba.com. Its a great platform with limitless benefits & opportunities.

I recently put in a order where i paid for on time shipping (8-10 days) and did not reiceve my order until after 2 months time, I applied for a refund of the on time shipping but got no reply. I Would advise people ordering from alibaba.com to be very careful of wich suppliers they order from because if things go wrong alibaba will do very little if nothing to help

Some people are hesitant to work with people on the other side of the world - these skilled manufacturers as the best in the world. Do it - with confidence! I love the process and have lots of assurances to work in this way again
