This was my first time using Alibaba and I have to admit that I was skeptical at first. I am an ebay user and have made many successful purchases online. Recently I tried aliexpress. The first purchase was very successful. Then I tried to buy a 512gb (1) flash drive from Danny YU. It was a complete failure and obviously a counterfeit. I sent emails to Mr. YU to voice my complaint and request a refund. NO REPLY. Tried to lodge a dispute - might as well talk to a garbage can impossibly unfriendly site. Utter impossibility to contact aliexpress. I can only assume that the seller was one of the FORTY THIEVES that ali deals with. NEVER AGAIN!

I nearly got scammed by Rose Tong from Alibaba. I ordered stainless steel products and paid for them. Then was prompted by a friend to question if definatly was stainless steel. No it's Alloy was the reply. But I paid for stainless steel? I do you good deal was the reply, Alloy is more colors effective and you don't know the difference.
So peed off. I canceled the order and lost 2.95% of my payment to a Alibaba transaction fee which as far as I'm concerned Rose Tong should have been made to pay. And that's another thing. There is no Help page, you can't make a complaint. You can only apply for a refund.
This seller would have gotten away with this if not for my friend.
