I bought oven lost $6000 because of rubbish engineering. Every month, I must change the oven's motor.
I though I faced a bad company. Then, I bought trays. I ever ever ever have seen WORST than worst trays. They adverted trays are non-stick. Trays were the stickiest in the universe.

The comedy just started after I complained the company to Alibaba. They asked picture and evidence of trays. I sent them. They said we are giving you 48 hours you should have to send more pictures and evidence. I sent again. They asked me a more extending deadline. I sent not only more pictures but videos. They asked me more pictures. Can you imagine? They were asking a more and more pictures for a bloody tray. They would have been asking again again over a year if I didn't stop correspondence. I realise They are mafia. They do not want to solute my problem.

The Sales Agent is very accommodating, every time I have concerned even not office hours he can assist me. He made me easy to communicate the agent. He assist me all the way, the shipping the documents we need to process the goods.

I have been working with them for years and they have always been great professionals, they give a good service, good quality and if there has ever been a problem they have been able to solve it accordingly. I highly recommend them.

I got supplied with faulty watches by Guangzhou Allston Trading Company. I did not find this out until over 10 percent of my watches were returned to Amazon this was many months after Trad Assurance had lapsed and I can no longer leave feedback to warn other potential buyers. I am facing suspension from Amazon!

Alibaba is fake or hacked somewhat... it doesn't provide good product, it doesn't response if you already pay monkey for any product... they will not give you your booked product if you already paid for it by net banking... it is fraud site

Stay away from this 'factory', Cixi Sinco Machinery Factory. Made screws with them, and they fall apart when you screw them in. Then they tried to 'disappear' when contact them with the problem. Ask Alibaba to facilitate, got nothing, Alibaba was no help. No protection for customer, just waste of time with tons of email and process and gave you no solid result for something obvious a quality fraud and bad supplier.
