The site is very interactive and vast - very impressive bar one point. There is no human help when you have an issue with your account. The automated assistance is very poor. I tried to update my account details and the automated assistance directed to the point which was giving me the problem. Very Very frustrating.

I am really amused by the features and protection, Alibaba offers to its buys. Trade Assurance is the most viable idea and good for assurance of the quality of product and timely delivery.

Alibaba is really the best

Suppliers on Alibaba do not standard send an invoice for your order. You have to ask for it and then you receive something that is not a real invoice. Alibaba should standard add an invoice for every order.

I have been doing work with Alibaba.com for years. Very happy with the company. I have had a dispute and they have helped me threw it. But in 10 years of doing work with Alibaba I have only had one dispute.

It was my first experience. Supplier was proactive and always caring and assisting along all the steps, from order to shipping to assembly. Always ready to respond to any requests. My best buying experience!

Its a little tough navigating at first, once you know what to look for very good sight. All the prices are excellent, depending on what part of the world you live in depends on shipping cost, depending on size of order depends on if you ship by air or sea, if sea, could take a month or two to get to you.if by air its a week or two, always get shipping cost before placing order, and remember if it comes by sea if your in the United States like me, you will have Tariffs and customs cost. But if you use Alibaba Freightos shipping, they do all the customs paperwork for you.

My first couple of orders was to test the waters. I wanted to see shipping time, merchandise quality and compare between Alibaba and AliExpress. I was impressed. Shipping was fast, merchandise quality is good.

I guess with all things it depends on what you order and how. I am especially picky when it comes to marketplaces since I know Alibaba and the people who actually manufacture and sell me the items are not one and the same. That being said Alibaba made researching the sellers and choosing one who was going to fulfill my order competently and up to my standards easier than ever. When one seller did not complete the invoice process (I was literally waiting to pay) and stopped communicating the system asked if I was having issues and recommended other sellers with the same items. I took the hint and moved on to someone else. I am very happy with my order, the items I received, the arrival time and the order process. I have found a great new source for my small store.

The online support in arranging reasonably priced shipping was very much appreciated given the distance involved and infrequency of shipping which impacts overall shipping costs. The product is very competitively priced and the quality is high

I got the saw 22. 3. 2019. I think the price (100 e) of the saw can be lower and the transporting costs (70 e) too. The taxes was about 70 euros. But the saw works well. I have not worked with saw, I only looked it runs well.

I have had my own share of alibaba and aliexpress,, these companies are a platforms for chinese crooked thieves to scam the west and they waste peoples time with the crappy arbitration which is basically a cover up for the sellers. It is unfortunate that our governments continue to allow them to operate, but I am taking this to my representatives to lobby for the end of this theft I purchase a lot of leather bags fro alibaba ans aliexpress only to receive PU bags that were plastic, I cut up some and sent the video of the bags and burn test only to be told that I cannot get my money back because I dont have sufficient proof. What other proff is better than a video of a burning plastic that was supposed to be leather, please do not deal with this company. It is better to take your money, and burn it in your barbeque than to waste your time buying anything from this companies

The exterior of the product looks sturdy and the exterior treatment is well done. However, compared to other products, it has the same capacity and large size, so it occupies a lot of installation area. The operating sound is quiet compared to other products. The product seems to be very good.
