My only complaint is that contacting them was difficult. My phone calls were mostly unanswered and my messages not returned.
I loved my rings and had no problem with my initial contacts when placing the order. My rings were a little too big and I was unable to talk to anyone about what to do. I will have to get them resized locally I guess…..
Horrible. You never sent me an email when the jewelry was ready to be shipped and then you shipped it to the wrong address! It was meant as a Christmas present and you folks did a miserable job. I'll be sure to let people know not to buy from you.
It has been seven weeks since I paid for the order. I was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks. I called many many times when I finally could get through I was never given correct information I was often told it would be coming next week which it did not come. After five weeks I received half of my order and I'm now being told soon will come the rest of the order with no specific time. I was told the order would be overnight delivery and I followed the first part of the order and it took several days

I purchased some earrings online at Allurez for my wife in the beginning of January with expectation of giving them to my wife for Valentine's Day. I was assured that they would arrive in two weeks at the most. Two weeks came and went and nothing arrived. I emailed and called Allurez and was assured they were just finishing them and they would be here in another week. Another week and nothing arrived so called and got same story. After 7 weeks of waiting I opened up a refund request from PayPal and finally then I received a notice the earrings were being sent. A week later the earrings arrived. 8 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to wait with no updates and these were listed as "stock" items and not special order. I missed Valentine's Day but fortunately have an understanding wife. I wouldn't recommend going business with Allurez as they aren't truthful and can't deliver on what they commit to. Look elsewhere for your jewelry needs.
I ordered 16" white gold 14 carat chain. After receiving the 14" white gold chain, I left many messages and sent many emails to customer service. I felt accused that I was not telling the truth. Even when I sent the pictures of the 14 " real length this chain I felt that it was only my problem not the store or somebody's who was responsible for the mistake. I was ask if I want to replace or repair. I asked for the replace and got answer that it could be repaired and I got instruction where to send it, but none said anything who would pay for the shipping fees. I am still waiting for the answers. Thank you for asking
This store is one of my faves. I just received my necklace I ordered and it came really fast. When I saw it I was surprised how amazing quality it is. Packing was amazing. I get so many compliments everytime I wear it, that's why I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Nice jewelry box. My only issue is that it was ordered in December and arrived mid May. I didn't realize that my credit card had already been charged in December because normally charges go through when item is shipped. Since it wasn't arriving, I ordered a different jewelry box from another company. Now I have 2. My husband told me to just keep it because it is a nice jewelry box.
Needed product by a certain date and was told they would do there best. Ended up waiting more then 3 weeks longer then I expected. Needed item I purchased asap as I had a planned proposal and was told they'll get it to me. Every weekend passed and had to keep cancelling with companies I hired for my proposal. Finally I was told after 3 weeks I would get it by Saturday 10/9/21 that was another lie. UPS Delivery for next day wasn't even made and I got my product on Monday 10/11/21 and had to cancel all my scheduled planning for a 3rd time. Product was okay when received not as quite as nice as they have it shown in the pictures online. Never again would I order from them or ever refer anyone to them.
Shipping understandably took a bit longer than I expected since I wasn't aware that the piece I ordered was being manufactured. I assumed that the jewelry was in stock. I'll take the fault for making this assumption. I had my doubts about the product, since this was my first order with Allurez, but the quality was great. Chatting with support over email was good at first, with turnaround replies within a day until they started giving me the cold shoulder (no reply after a week). I finally called the support number and the person who answered the phone was familiar with my inquiry, which makes this feel like a much smaller business than I first assumed as well. Long story short, after chatting with someone in person and having my issues resolved, I am pretty pleased with the end result.
