I( have now received the initial ring back and trying to return this ring I am asked to send a picture of the returning ring to your jewelers to obtain permission to return the ring. Please return all the money I have paid you and I will find another company to purchase my required ring.

I usually don't do reviews but this place has taken me over the edge…my fiancé ordered the ring back in December.it was supposed to be here before my birthday which it ended up showing up weeks later.I finally put it on and wear it for FIVE days.mind you I don't do any type of crazy work for this to happen but a stone fell out….I had to pay 148$ to ship it back. When we finally got the ring back my fiancé opened the box and it FELL OUT AGAIN…this is so ridiculous to me for the price he paid! Now I can barely get ahold of anyone to compensate or do anything about the matter! I've been so upset especially being engaged since January and wore my ring 5 days total :( ALSO I tried taking it to a jeweler the first time we got it back and they didn't even want to mess with it because of house bad the setting where off and all too high!

And then when I got somebody because of an extra call the transaction time was difficult because the person I spoke with did not know specific details of your business.In a previous phone call I was told that I would get $200 off in this phone call I was initially told $100 off then I was told 150 off and it just added to the additional wrong information that I received.
Most of my jewelry is purchased at Cartier and yet, this Blue Sapphire Gold Compass Pendant is so perfect for my needs, it may just as well have been bought at my regular jeweler. It is sophisticated, elegant and matches my other jewelry perfectly.
I ordered something to be delivered in 2 weeks, caleld to have it rushed ordered. It arrived almost half a month later, looked nothing like the picture, looks like a coin machine ring with the smallest diamond I have ever seen and looks nothing like the picture.
Since i had to buy another ring I asked to return and they said they cant return because it is custom, even though I choose it from the options for build your ring on the front page website.
This ring looks so cheap and embarrassing, i will not put this on my now fiancé's hand. Waste of time and money. Cant believe I spent 1600 for this paperclip sized ring. Complete SCAM
DO NOT BUY FROM ALLUREZ. Aside from being over priced, Allurez is committing fraud by not actually selling the carat sizes listed on their website. But multiple earrings that were supposed to be 1.8 carat in gemstone weight, not TCW which includes accent stones. Took them to my jeweler who said at best, carat weight was slightly over 1.0 carats! Upset that I actually had to give them a single star rating in order for me to leave my review. The should have NO STARS. Buyers be ware, this company does not honor their return policy! I had to file disputes with my credit card company in order to force Allurez to pay out my refunds. They hang up on you and take weeks to respond to your emails, all in an attempt to void their 30 day return policy!

There are several other online companies that offer far better value and actual customer service. Take the time and spend just a few minutes to shop around, you'll be thankful that you did. Heed my advice!
I cancelled an item that cost over 5,000.00, and waited for a refund my 2,200.00 for another returnable item. I got the 2,200.00 returned to me April2022, after reported this company to consumer fraud, attorney general and NYS licensing department. I have been begging this company to give me my store credit since November 2021. I received two of the ten items I asked for using my store credit finally April 15,2022. I wonder how long I will wait for the remainder of the 8 items I am waiting for? The Attorney General of NYS continues to monitor this company waiting with me to see if all the other items are sent to me. Report this company to NYS licensing department if you have problems because they will try to not give your your store credit. I also hired an attorney to call and tell Allurez the law. I would never order from this company ever again, they are corrupt.
The pair of earrings I bought became my wife's favorite, despite owning some other very nice pieces. I ordered her a ring that I'm confident she'll love as well.
I spoke to * and * and none of them have any sense of what it means to work in customer service. I ordered custom made ring on the 4/20/19. Their website said that I would receive it in 10 days, I received an email stating that the ring would be crafted in 2 to 14 days and to reach ou to them if I need it done faster and that they would work with me. I am leaving the country on May 7 and I need it by then. Their response is that they cannot process a refund and that they cannot guarantee that I will receive it by may 7th. This people suck, dont go by what it sais in their website. * and * lied to me, they said it would take 10 to 14 days for the ring to be crafted when the confirmation I received said 2 to 14. I am never doing business with this people again.
