I ordered the tanzinite ring and the picture on the site looked awesome. What I got in the mail was so light a purple tanzinite that I couldn't even tell they weren't diamonds at first and then only because I knew it was supposed to have tanzinite. The picture on the site was a deep blue/purple. On top of this the wedding band was also to be tanzinite but is not.
The rings are beautiful. It took about 4 weeks to get them, but it was worth it. I got to pick my center stone which I went with a very high clarity & color.
Purchased gift on 5/10 for 5/24 anniversary. Credit card was charged on 5/13. It's 6/1 haven't received jewelry and can't get an answer when I will receive it.
Awful shipping- my item didn't arrive for Christmas and the refund that was supposed to be processed never occurred. I would never buy from Allurez again.

Overall it was terrible and an absolute headache to deal with customer service. They are super quick to answer you when you have a question about a potential purchase but once you have paid good luck! I have ordered my ring with appraisal certificate of course. This was never sent and 3 months later I get excuses like "we are super busy" and "I see this was mailed to you" but no tracking number can be shared with me. Another excuse is "we are working on a digital copy". It's been 3 months. And to top it all off the diamond fittings are two pronged for smaller diamonds, this is the cheapest possible fitting, and a diamond has fallen off the ring within 1 week of purchase. Of course service are happy to replace it at it fee and I need to pay for insured shipping! You take no pride in your work! It's disgusting! Of course the diamonds are also advertised to be within a notch or two of clarity that you buy and Allurez installs the lowest clarity on all the diamonds. It's just rip off all over.
