This is my second purchase from Allurez. First time was great, no issues. Even resized the ring later which was great.
For this purchase I had selected the wrong features to purchase a wedding ring so I created a new order the same day and emailed Allurez to cancel the original order and provided the order number I specifically needed cancelled. They saw I had two orders numbers in the system which seemed to cause some confusion so I emailed back to clarify which order # to keep and which to cancel. Days go by and I get no response. I email back to follow up and again days go by and I get zero response. I call, the person on the phone was very nice and said they would need to escalate and call me back. I get no call back so I call the next day and get left in the same limbo state. I give the benefit of the doubt and give them a few days to process. After seeing no update to either order and my wedding date nearing I call again and am told they are processing the refund that day.
Of course days go by and I get no refund and the order I did pay for is still frozen. In the end after various emails(where I ended up ghosted) and 5 phone calls spread across an entire month I just got shuffled along with no resolution. As of this post its been 6 weeks since the order and I have yet to get a refund leaving my to have to attempt to resolve through my CC company. The delay to my correct order also caused it to arrive after my wedding date which was unfortunate. Luckily we had a backup ring to use the day of.

Jewelry is outstanding, well made, and settings are perfectly arranged.
Ring description was accurate, chosen diamond, clarify, carat, and size was as requested.
Staff was open and honest. Well packaged. An Exemplary Rating (above Outstanding)!
I leave my comment because it is really hard for me to communicate with staffs in Allurez by email and phone. Also, they don't publish/show my review in their website even though I left my review. I guess that my review is harsh in their point of view. I placed an order for my fiancé at the first week of DEC 2020. But, I am totally unhappy after receiving the ring because it looks a second-hand ring. The ring contains so many scratches and damaged parts. I have requested a refund, however, Allurez keeps saying that we cannot refund based on our policy. I don't understand such a policy. But, I tried to understand them and that's why I send back the ring to Allurez. After the ring was back to Allurez to fix imperfection parts on the ring, I made a phone call with a staff of Allurez. I noticed that staffs in Allurez did not know why I requested repair and which parts they should fix even though I keep saying what is the problem of the ring and send pictures to them two times by email. I keep trying to send email and make a phone call. But, it is extremely hard to reach them. I suppose to propose to my fiancé while we will travel to Miami together at second week of JAN 2021. But, I don't know when they will finish the repair and I am not sure about they are noticing which parts they must fix. I keep begging refund or even Allurez buys the ring from me even though I spent more than $5,000. FYI, I have attached the picture of ring. Plus, I have created a new Facebook account because I need to hide this proposal plan and buying the ring from my fiancé. This is my order number: *******.
This one is the same one I am asking from my mom but she denied to buy as she think its not affordable. But my dad noticed this and brought this for me. Love you dad for these beautiful earrings.
After a week, I had one diamond fall out - I asked to get it fixed and they wanted me to pay for shipping and insurance myself. It came to over $100-200. They would "reimburse" NEVER HAVE. It took months and months to get back. I had it back a couple weeks and ANOTHER diamond fell out. I had family from out of town, so I wanted to show it before i had to get it fixed again. They said they would "double down this time" "do a better job" Like they actually want this to happen, and what do you know. The main opal stone falls out. I had no idea where I was when it happened. I was 90% stay at home at this point and the rest of the time there was nothing rough that occured. And it JUST FELL out. I contacted allurez and they said they'd do a better job this time… but I'll need to pay $900 (I can't remember the last figure) But in the SAME thread- i was replied to from another worker telling me it cost $300. Months and months have gone by, they still have my ring. I believe they purposefuly leave it loosened and over charge, in the very least of everything that has gone on, you said you will reimburse me from my first shipping. Every time I ask it is ignored. **not to mention I paid for extra lifetime service. I had the ring on my finger a total of - WEEKs.
While I do like the actual necklace, I purchased it for a Christmas present and was assured it would arrive in time…I did not receive the necklace until a week after Christmas so timing was disappointing…
I was not really sure about the finish when I placed the order but then once I received it there was no doubt left. The diamond, finish and metal used are all amazing.
Love this eternity band. Fancy blue diamond is my favorite stone color. Elegant look. Can wear it by itself or wear it with my other blue topaz and diamond ring
I decided to purchase yellow canary 14k gold ring from them after reading all the positive (which now I think are fake) reviews. When the ring arrived it didn't look like in pictures on their website, the stones were more green in color, rather than yellow, so the ring didn't go with my skin tone.
I contacted them right away to return the ring. Their CS person immediately recommend to do exchange, but I didnt want to deal with hassle of returning another ring I was unhappy with. However, I purchased ring on 1/3/18, it was back in their warehouse on 1/16/18, but they refused and are still refusing to issue refund, stating that ring shows extreme signs of wear. I wonder how a supposedly 14k gold diamond ring, can show such extreme signs of wear in such a short time?
I have been dealing with them for almost 2 months now, and they still have to either return the ring or issue the refund.
Do more research on this company and you will see more reviews like mine. They track you down and contact websites to have your negative reviews removed. The positive reviews are most likely by their friends and family, or are paid for. After dealing with them, and only purchasing one item from them, there is no way I would shop with them again. I strongly believe they will stay in business only for as long as they can hide bad reviews, once the customers get smarter, and they no longer can fake the reviews, they are out of business, as no sane or ethical person can deal with company like Allurez.com.
