I was very nervous as far as trying to find the perfect gift for my girl but I think I found the best potential item. Definitely glad for the discounted price as well

Simple and efficient service to order via web, felt of genuine product with good customer support. The quality of product received felt very good, and suited my/our purpose very well.

Thr ring was supposed to be a red ruby set in a rose gold ring.
The ruby is an. Off color, almost pink and the ring looks gold.
My wife's wedding set is rose gold and this looks yellow next to it.

After putting in an initial order for the peice concerned I contacted Allurez to see if it was possible to customise my order to which they responded yes. Great, I thought, and will we have enough time to get it to the uk for Christmas?... Next thing I new it had been sent! No further communication regarding the customisation until it was to late. The gift did get here in time for Christmas but not only is the chain attached far to big for the wrist intended it wasn't a unique gift as I had hoped and was sent
Without confirmation of approval. Tried to contact customer Allurez customer services on many occasions to discuss but to no avail. All this aside we decided to adjust the piece here in the uk only to receive a £90 import tax and legal action from Fed Ex some 2 months later!
Again tried to contact Allurez customer service to discuss but have only had a lot of disjointed replies assuring me that I'd be contacted soon and wasn't.
Can't believe the lack in customer care this company has failed to provide.
We are now stuck with a bracelet that doesn't fit, wasn't finished to my request and cost $150 more than advertised. Such a disappointment! UK BUYERS BE WARNED!

The ring was gorgeous and the service was quite good. The only thing was, they did took quite a long time with the re sizing and custom making. Other than that, my overall experience was awesome!

A little slow getting the order placed order called you people on the phone your people were not very skilled a little snotty on the phone will have to think about future purchases

This is the WORST WORST WORST COMPANY IN THE HOLD WORLD! I do not like the company they are liars and scammers and they steal lie and cheat if possible. WARNING: Do not get anything from this company DO NOT and MEAN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANY!
