We bought two rings from Allurez, one was custom made. We shopped a lot, but found what we wanted only on Allurez. We thought the prices were right too. They did a beautiful job, and shipped the rings within 3 weeks. The rings came in a lovely box. There was a mistake on the width of the ring, but we settled it with customer service. Very professional company, we definitely recommend.
I can't start to talk about how happy my wife and I are with the diamonds by the yard necklace we bought from Allurez. First of all the price is so much better than Tiffany's and other retailers. I got so much more bang for my buck! The necklace arrived in no time and I did not even have to leave my house. I was a bit hesitant at first but their easy return policy made the process so much more comfortable.
The necklace arrived in an elegant and presentable box.
We are now looking at the matching bracelet and will be making the purchase very soon.

The products themselves are high quality at a great price. However, the customer service team did not meet expectations. My order was messed up multiple times, I was charged twice for it, it arrived a month later than promised, and once it arrived, it didn't come with the proper certification papers. An overall poor experience, but I am happy with the product I received.
The item received was a dolphin pendant, it was ruined, some features were completely botched, specifically the dolphin eye was disfigured, significantly altered compared to what's advertised. Add to that scratches, dents etc. Also it was way too long to receive. With shipping failed to occur when specified causing another few days of delays. I was forced to calle and ask why the status was still "waiting to receive the package" on the carrier's tracking page.

Ordered a necklace that took longer than the promised shipping time frame. When I say longer, I mean a whole month from order date to arrival. Oh and I paid for expedited shipping, which was not refunded back to me. Customer service is a joke, they never could tell me an answer or help me with this order. Then when I received the necklace it looked dull and dirty, so I had to clean it.
Overall just a horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Then, the customer service is also very polite. I like her voice actually. I have send the diamond necklace to a real shop, and they define the diamond true. Im so happy about that, the price is cheap and the quality is fine. Maybe I will come back for bracelets again.
