The time to receive the order was LONG. Maybe due to valentines day but my necklace was ordered on the 2/4/24 as a gift...I also thought I included the love necklace as the free gift being offered. Long story I decided to inquire and they said they had not filled my order ( thought 4-7 days but the days turned into the end of Feb)...Customer service was super helpful but I bought this necklace based on the website data and I will say it was somewhat hard to navigate...May or may not purchase here again. I spent more than $400. I thought the love necklace was a bonus to my tennis necklace...I play tennis...

Anyway that's it...

Communication was very good but end results of product was very disappointing. The sapphires aren't nearly as big as shown on website & I upgraded everything so feel ripped off on trusting jewelers which is why I usually don't try to but jewelry ever. High prices w/ unsatisfying results.

Ring exactly as expected. Came very speedily. Expected to pay import fees as detailed on website, but did not expect to have to pay courier fee as paid for shipping at checkout. This put a downer on an otherwise great experience.

Love Allurez! This site allows you to design your own jewelry to your exact taste. I had picked some options for my Fiancé to browse through and after he chatted with their customer service online (they were so helpful!) he surprised me with the ring. I can't stop looking at it. Its simply gorgeous.

Excellent customer service, and the ring looks even more stunning in person. Also... I was so impressed with the packaging the ring comes in!

It was so lovely and unique, and was the perfect way to represent my unforgettable moment. Allurez helped my fiance every step of the way, providing him with many different options to choose from, guiding him through the many different settings available and advising him on a very high quality diamond, while giving him a very reasonable price for it. With great care they helped my fiance select the right setting for the stone, and meticulously put and put everything together with careful attention to every last detail. The ring is very high quality and to this day people tell me how beautiful it is. There are girls who even use my rings as examples to their significant others. Needless to say, I highly recommend Allurez.

I had a horrible experience overall but ultimately received the necklace I ordered because I talked to the Director of the company. Every single customer service person completely and utterly failed at doing everything they promised to do... nobody provided pictures they said they would, nobody even called me back over a two week period, and the necklace was not shipped a single time they said it would be. I refrained from commenting due to actually receiving the necklace but I keep getting asked to comment on my experience so here it is. The only nice thing I can do at this point is to not completely unload right now at the sheer incompetence and lack of care of all of the customer service people I spoke to. The director of the company was literally the only person who was able to simply send the necklace when she promised to do so, I have no idea why anybody else I spoke to even has a job at all given the way I was ignored.
