I just love Amazon Prime

I just love Amazon Prime. For only $79 a year, I get free movies and tv shows, (much cheaper than Netflix) Kindle books to borrow for free with no due date and free 2-day shipping. I am also having discounts on Amazon merchandise. It can't be beat.

I have to share my recent experience with Amazon.com. I am still in shock and amazed how wonderful their Customer Service is!

A month ago, I placed an order with Amazon. There were three boxes all shipped by UPS. One of the boxes, UPS delivered to the USPS for final delivery. This was the box that never arrived. I received a text from Amazon when it was delivered. But, it hadn't. It is a very long story of how bad USPS was to deal with about this "lost" shipment.

A few days later, quite upset with USPS, I emailed Amazon. This was NOT their fault, nor was it the fault of UPS. I told them that. I was just upset I was out quite a bit of money and there was no delivery signature and I had no where else to turn for help. Within one hour (literally!), I received the nicest email from Amazon Customer Service. They credited back the money (it was "in pending" an hour later on my credit card account!), wanted me to re-order the items and included the links to those items in their email to me! And, if that wasn't wonderful enough, they offered me free one-day shipping for "my inconvenience"! They also informed me that their shipping department would help locate that package with the USPS.

Today, three weeks later, I received another email from Amazon Customer Service. Their shipping group received that "delivered" package and it was marked "Undeliverable" by USPS!

A negative ten points to USPS, and, to Amazon, I am your customer for life! You didn't have to reimburse me for my loss, but you did! You were also able to take on the USPS when I was ignored by them. I just had to share my story about how incredibly wonderful Amazon has treated me.

I am not an Amazon Prime member. I am not one of their "regular" customers. I may purchase from them a few times a year. Yet, they treated me as if I was their most prized customer. THANK YOU, AMAZON!

My numerous experiences shopping online at Amazon.com have been most favorable. Their website is enormous, and their excellent reputation is well founded. Both their prices and products have made their website a major success story. Furthermore, the customer service I have received at Amazon has been excellent. It is no wonder that Amazon has become a common household name. I personally recommend Amazon to anyone looking for value and service in shopping for everyday and special needs.

This is my favorite online shipping store. Here I do most of my shopping and I am very pleased with this site especially when I buy from other sites and I don't get my packages. I never had a late order or even worst "not arrived order" or to lose any of my packages with Amazon. I wan to thank them with this occasion for the good work.

I started ordering from Amazon.com about 12 years ago. Amazon.com is everything a buyer could wish for. They have multiple items to cover what a person is looking for, the prices are good, and they deliver fast. It usually only takes 2-3 days from the time I place an order until I receive the shipment. I couldn't ask for any better. AND, it's so much better than having to go window shopping until you find what you're looking for and the best bargain price.

AWFUL experience

AWFUL experience. After being one week late with my delivery and after approximately six phone calls to them and to LaserShip (the terrible delivery service they use), I ended up having to cancel my order. Do not order from soap.com. You are better off just going to your local store.

I don't know anyone who has complaints about Amazon.The amazing thing is this site is huge but their costumer service is friendly and accessible. During the holidays I was busy sending gifts from Amazon. A day later I noticed that I had completely misspelled a street address. The Amazon guy fixed it for me within minutes and package received so fast, you can't beat Amazon for prices and supper fast delivery!
