Although trying to reach and interact with customer service was very difficult and discouraging, after posting this review I have learned this owner is 100% committed to satisfied customers. Just before the holidays might have been a busy time trying to keep up with the volumes. They have now been in regular contact with me to properly and satisfactorily remedy this situation. PayPal has blame in creating this fiasco. In spite of this very upsetting situation, their recent effort to remedy will make me willing to place future orders with them. I had placed an online order and immediately discovered an incorrect shipping address was listed after the PayPal transaction completed. I called all the numbers listed on their website at least 10 times over the next several hours. No answer ever. Left messages each time, emailed them as well. Product shipped to someplace other than to me.

OMNI PRO HD-8008 antenna. Received shipment promptly. Set up test in living room@ a 7 foot height. Pulled in 22 channels. Color was sharp and picture very clear. Well pleased and looking forward to installing on roof and receiving more channels.

First, I want to say thank you, item packed well, so it was received in good condition. Instructions were clear, all pieces needed were included. It was easy to assemble and install. This antenna captured 37 channels with consistent connection, unlike the inside antenna from another manufacturer only picked up 2 consistently. Thank You for developing this. I have already recommended this to a friend, would recommend to anyone. I understand the reasons it might not work the same for all locations, but for me it worked out much better than I expected.

I was skeptical at first, but am very pleased with this antenna. The picture is VERY clear, and would recommend it to anyone that wants to cut their cable bill. I get about 30 channels, which is plenty for me.

This is a great product! First, it arrived in pristine condition, very well-packaged to prevent damage. The antenna is solidly built and the installation instructions were complete and easy to follow. After installation, I scanned for channels, picking up 31 channels, approximately 55 miles from downtown Washington, DC. All the major networks received in 1080 HD and many secondary channels in 720 or 480. And that's without any fine-tuning of the antenna's direction - I simply pointed the antenna east in the general direction of Washington. I suspect I'll either pick up a few more or the same in better definition. Customer service is also extremely responsive.

I purchased this antennae to replace power boosted rabbit ears since I'm in a metro area and went from 9 channels to 26 channels right out of the box. I have a roof that has foil liner which blocks a lot of most signal tv and cell signals but new unit picks up all local and more. I could not be more pleased

Purchased the Lava Omni Pro 8008 on a Tuesday and it was delivered that Friday. Quick installation using the existing coax cable from the cable company and all 7 televisions have 60 high definition channels! It does exactly what they claim. Save some time and purchase one of their splitters as the cable company's won't work.

Easy installation, set it and forget it no aiming. 48 channels some over 1 hundred miles away. Great hd quality picture. Easy ordering, shipping was quick and on time 3 days. I would recommend this business and their products

I was not sure what I needed but this website helped me make an informed decision. I have a shipping confirmation within 2 hours of order and product arrived on time. Install was a breeze and can only wonder what took me so long to cut by cable cords and start saving money with my own equipment and not rented stuff

We live in a rural area and in the past only received six channels. We have tried countless antennas and nothing changed. After receiving the Omni directional antenna we now receive 25 channels. We even get channels from Oklahoma City and that's 160 miles from us! We had a bad hail storm yesterday and the signal never once went out. Thank you for making a affordable product that truly works. I will recommend this antenna to anyone.

I had this antenna mounted about 30 ft above the ground. Live about 45 miles north of Indy in a low area with tall trees to the south. Indy channels are GREAT and to my surprise, with the antenna pointing south, I also pick up South Bend and Fort Wayne stations which are the other direction and farther away. So my initial response is very positive. Longterm? The plastic body seems kind of flimsy to withstand very cold Indiana winters and blistering Indiana Sun during the summer. We shall see.

Excellent Service, very speedy shipping, and got just exactly what we ordered. However, the antenna is for our little place in rural Mississippi and we haven't had a chance to go and install it yet. I will have to report later on the channels we pick up.

Will def recommend this company to any and all my family and friends, hope they buy an antenna like mine... shipping was faster than expected, packing was perfection, now just to get it up and running! Cant wait!

Love the product. Delivery was quick, easy to setup and install. If you want more that one TV connected do not forget to order the splitter. Any other splitter will not work. Great for snow birds that just need the local programming, at no monthly fees.

I purchased our LAVA HD 8008 Antenna on a Monday & received it by that Friday. The set up was easy, & easy to install. We had clear channels right away. After doing more searching, we were able to find more channels. Impressed with this product.

We "installed" the antenna on the top of a light stand, inside the living room. Other antennas that we had tried did not work. This one is really functioning well. We get all channels listed on the box and advertisement. So pleased with it. Thank you.

Upon connecting this antenna to my television, I could tell there was a positive change right away. The clarity was superb and once concluding an addition channel search, I not only had more channels but the quality of the reception was fantastic. This antenna is definitely in the same league as much more expensive antennas. The 20 % gain this antenna offers is fabulous. I ordered the antenna as an early Christmas gift for my mom and brother. They have many trees around them, but are receiving several channels clearly. They are both very satisfied with the quality of this antenna.

I got the antenna and I wasnt to sure of the quality. I really have nothing but a TV and a air mattress going thru a split up and I thought this could help me save money. I put this together in maybe 10 minutes and was wondering what it would pick up just sitting on the floor inside I had 27 channels with 5 minutes and that is inside not outside. I will be putting it were it belongs this weekend and hope to gain a few more channels. Great service and product

I purchased lava hd 8008 omni pro antenna.It was easy to set up and worked very good.My first antenna installation and I am happy with it. I can get abc, nbc, fox, and many others, except can't get cbs. I will no longer need cable tv since I can use internet to watch netflix and amazon instant video.
