I don't usually write reviews on purchases. However, this company has the worst customer service of anybody I've ever dealt with online. I have received no response to any of my emails or phone calls. On June 1, I ordered a HD8008 antenna. I received the antenna, but it did not function at all. I called all of their 800 numbers, and also sent emails, all of which went unanswered. Stay away!

We dropped cable. Needed a way to get local news channels. We ordered the DVR bonus package as well. Installed the antenna in our attic. Reception is very good and we got more channels than we expected. Very happy with our purchase so far.

My issue is not the antenna working it's about the refund and being completely unresponsive. Started trying to contact the company 12/12/19 by phone with 5 additional attempts. Email 11 times to sales manager and 8 emails to their returns manager. I have followed all of their instructions which came with their RMA on 1/24/20, was returned by USPS on 2/5/20 and according to tracking number it was received by them on 2/7/20. So almost 2 months later they have my antenna back and have a temporary credit through the credit card company. Their website says they respond in 1-2 hours is a joke.

Fast free shipping, antenna works amazingly takes up more space than you can imagine, I work three separate times once for me what's my father in law wants to my father all three times no problems great shipping great product easy installation would recommend this product this company anyone looking for a great antenna.

The antenna is everything it is suppose to be. It was relatively easy to install outside even on a brick house. We get 15 channels and the reception is better on our digital TV's on the standard stations. We very rarely were watching the other cable channels except the Weather Channel.We got it on the internet.

Easy to install 75 Plus miles great product easy site to order and pay delivered to my door in good condition UPS thinking about ordering a nother for my father in law get local channels that satellite company's can't get along with. Best part they are free

I received the antenna in a USPS Priority Mail box that was open and held together with a rubber band. The antenna inside was broken, there were no instructions in the box and everything was just thrown in. I called customer service, left a message, and got a text back. I replied to the text with my problem and the photo, but then nothing. I replied to an email asking for a 5 star review, and got an email back supposedly from the CEO asking what was wrong, Again I replied with the problem and a photo and got nothing. I eventually followed the website instructions, got an RMA and paid $15 to ship this piece of junk back. So now they have their broken item back, since it was insured when they sent it, they recoup their shipping plus the retail cost of the item, while I meanwhile am out in the cold with no product and only a partial refund, I hope as my credit card statement hasn't come in yet. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this company.

So far I am very happy with this antenna. I wanted something that didn't have to rotate and could pick up all the local channels within a 50-60 mile radius. This antenna did this for us. We had to adjust the antenna a couple of different times to lock in all the channels, which was very easy to do. I can now pick up 18 channels, on 3 tvs and they hardly fade in and out. Clear picture and sound. Great little antenna for the money. I would like the instructions to be better. We hooked up to our existing satelite cables, but did have to replace the splitter for the Lava brand. We found it at our local Radio Shack. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent product in the Lava antenna. I am about 50 miles north of Jacksonville, FL just off of I95 and don't even have to move the antenna to pick up high quality HD channels ( about 29 in all). The antenna will, however rotate 360% without tangling the coax. Great free TV. Excellent response on the website also. I don't know who wrote this review but it was not me.

This company has no customer service. Nobody answers the phone and they don't return messages. They use lava electronics for customer service. Returned the product 7 weeks ago and fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. If you want to by a lava antenna go to another retailer

My HD2605 arrived quickly, went together easily and mounted with ease. I used the coaxial cable from my Dish antenna. Great reception and saving $100 a month by getting rid of Dish. I would recommend it to everyone.

Replaced my old 1980 skeleton type antenna with the 8008 so I could get back all my local stations that were available, this unit I placed in the attic rather than the roof as the old one, only because for easier access. Its size, weight and installation was easy and took up a fraction of space. Once finding my line of sight and marriage it to the TV
It works very well. I live up in the Adirondack and got most of my stations within the 60 mile range it will reach total of 23 channels. For those of you that think you can take down the dish or call the cable company to cancel, remember Murphy's law.
This antenna is designed to bring in local stations as was my old antenna.
When internet LIVE streaming comes on board soon, then Ill call Direct TV.

Response time to my initial email enquiry was about 30minutes, this is a very fast response time and the job was booked for the next morning Even though Antenna Deals where delayed on another job for 2 hours, I was advised of this. We now have a great reception back, a new antenna and all other cables etc checked and where needed replaced. We were told what the job would cost in the first phone call and that's how it panned out. Very satisfied and would recommend and personally use again.

Received my 2605 antenna on the 12/11 and due to weather couldn't install until 12/17 but wow we started out with 8-10 channels and four separate tvs and now we receive 19+/- on each tv. I would recommend it to any who are wanting to boost there channels a bit.

I purchased my antenna from them several years ago. Never had a problem with it. The piece that goes into the main tv has a pin that broke the other day. All I want is to reeorder that part. It is controlling two other tvs in the house, so now all three don't work. I have called, left messages, texted, sent emails over the past two days. No response. The customer service line was never answered, just a recording that says they are all busy and leave a message. The part I need is not listed on their accessories page so I need someone to tell me how to get it. I will never buy from them again. If they don't get back to me, I have no other option but to purchase a new antenna. The perfectly good one I have now is useless without that part I need. AArgh!

Easy to order online, arrived in a couple of days, easy to assemble and picks up all our local channels with great reception. Strong enough to pick up channels with antenna still inside house so didn't have to set up outside. Works for us. Highly recommend

Excellent antenna for the price. Ditched directv and saved us 99 dollars a month after installing this antenna. Very easy to install. Well worth the price. The amount of over the air channels we receive are amazing. Thank you for a great product.

I have no problem with the antenna, however, there was a promotion they were running that they never lived up to and I inquired about by email multiple times and never got a reply. So yes, the antenna is good, but don't be mislead by promotions.

We ordered the Lava HD2605 Ultra G3, and it does everything they say it will do. We are getting 16 clear channels. We are getting our channel 7 that we haven't seen for 2 years. Thank you! Everything came shipped in perfect condition, and we let our brother-in-law know of this antenna and he also has ordered one. If we have any need for another antenna we will be ordering from you again. So happy I found your website!

I had purchased other antennas to work in my area and none worked. Their product worked perfectly and as described out of the box. Very pleased. Thanks for solving a long running problem I had. Also the site is so easy to navigate and the customer service is ready to help.

Did not have to rotate it on our house at all. Just attached it and re-scanned our television and we got 80 some channels out of the air. I would recommend this product as we do not have cable where we live or we do not feel like paying large monthly dish/direct TV prices.

My first impression was that the two of the best antennas were immediately available to look at with out having to dig through the website. As soon as the site was called up, my friend who introduced to to the antenna was able to pinpoint me to what he is already using. Very impressive, and in very few clicks, I was reading customer reviews on the product itself.

Everything was laid out in a manner that is intuitive and easy to follow.
