Antenna arrived quickly, easy to install and works great. It's just as they described. Just may have to buy another since we're using it indoors and we have TV's upstairs as well! AS for AntennaDeals... well, they offered a 10% discount to be credited back to credit card and that never happened and they won't answer phone or return calls or respond to emails. So if we buy another antenna, it will probably be through another retailer. Since they won't answer phones or emails they probably wouldn't be much good if there's a problem. Inexcusably rude behavior.

I purchased an antenna from this company that was damaged when it arrived. They asked me to send it back and pay for the shipping. I should not have to pay for shipping on an item that was damaged when I received it. I finally broke down and sent it back after several correspondences with the BBB and still have not received my refund. I will never do business with this company again and I advise no one to do business with this company

We ordered the HD8008 antenna and the DVR converter. When we put it up and it didn't work. Called the tech and he said that it had to be hooked up a different way. Hooked it up the way he said and it worked. Get 11 channels.

My antenna works really well. I catch over 26 channels, and if I scan the channels on my TV, I catch more. There is nothing wrong with my antenna, and I have an older TV in my room with a boost box, so I catch more channels.

I hung mine on my curtain rod until I can get it outside and I can finally watch tv. I couldn't even get local channels and now I can. I can't wait to get it on my roof I should be able to get a lot more.

It's great not to pay shipping the antenna looks great putting it up today if rain stops I like the four points to receive channels the one I had I have to turn all the time to get channels thanks do much can't wait

When I received the Lava HD2605 antenna with rotator motor and amplifier the remote for the rotator motor was defective from the start. One of the contacts for the batteries was completely missing. When I tried to install the antenna it would freeze up at the limits of the rotation travel and I would have to get up on the ladder to free it up before it would move again. As of this point in time I have sent two emails, left a voice mail on their 800 # and tried to call another number I found listed to them with no response, not even a voice mail on that number. I would like to get a refund as per their 60 day satisfaction guarantee clearly posted on their website but I guess if you never respond to your customers you don't have to give refunds. Unless I hear from them relatively soon I plan to talk to law enforcement to see if there is any thing I can do in that realm.

This antenna was advertised as a outdoor antenna. I had tried the best indoor antenna from Walmart but to no avail. A customer said I needed to go to Antenadeals.com and was i surprised. I purchased a LAVA HD 8008 outdoor antenna and it came as promised. It was to cold to go out and put it on the roof so i made a makeshift mount by my window and eight channels came in clearly and this was compared to the one intermittent signaled channel i got with Walmart's best indoor antenna. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can set it on the roof. I expected over thirty channels... DEA

Fedex smartpost est. Delivery date was 11 days and i was not happy about that; however, it arrived in 6 days so that was okay on shipping. The great part is the antenna will pick up waff out of huntsville and it is the only one of 3 ota antennas i tried that would do this. I am pleased...

Thanks again. Easy to install and works great! I didnt get as many channels as listed as possible, but I am in a rual area and i mounted it in my attic instead of on a tower/long pole. Nicely packaged and easy to set up.

I live in the mountains and was unsure how well the antenna would work but as just wanted to get the local digital channels from the closest city which Charter is charging me $45 a month for. With our old table top antenna we only got 4 channels. With the LAVA HD2605 Ultra 4K Motorized Outdoor HDTV UHF/VHF Antenna, we got 33 channels just laying it on the deck. Using the PRO KIT on the side of the house we are now pulling in 59 channels. Buyers dont try mounting your own way. Get the PRO mounting kit, well designed and a simpler way to hang the Antenna. The channels come in strong and clear. Well worth the small investment of less than $100 complete. Used zip Ties to hold open flaps on antenna as the wind will close the top one easily. I called Tech support to verify issues i had doubts I did correctly. Support was excellent, return my voice message in minutes and was very helpful and king person. #*******445

I brought their Lava HD 8008, Try it couldn t picked up but 3 stations. My old hd antenna would picked up 9-10 stations. Got the RMS number and returned it. They wouldn t refund my money. I lost the RMS number and tracking. So they refused to refund it. Even thou they have the serial number and know they have it back. This Company know s they are selling junk. So watch out for this Company. They will not returned your money. As proof of all the bad reviews

I own a building company and have found Antenna Deals to be a very Reputable Business, they are responsive, easy to communicate with, on site when they say they will be, and do great work, i highly recommend them, keep in mind we have had multiple antennas installed on many different sites, not just 1 at home that went well, they are great to do business with.

I received my antenna and it's pulling in 24 channels, some of those are 60 miles away and this is with the antenna setting on top of a 3ft high birdbath. The HD2605 has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this antenna for anyone looking for a decent antenna. You will be pleased with the antenna and it also includes a 2 year warranty.

Great antenna easy to put up took about 30 min get 30 channels this was at my grandsons home I put one up at my home 2 years ago I get 35 channels rain or shine always great better picture then cable and the price is right Richard green cove springs Florida

I got my HD 8008 and used my existing cable from a dish that I had used before and installed the antenna on top of my shed in the back yard. Its about 12 ft off the ground. Took about 10 minutes to install and I HAVE FREE TV! For the cost of one month of the big names, I have free TV! So pleased. I have 31 channels. ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, WB, PBS, GRIT, COZI, CREATE, ION, and more. The digital channels are incredible also... not at all like I imagined antenna video would look. Thanks so much! Update, upon writing review I was contacted and additional resolve of issue is taking place. Purchased an antenna, received it promptly, it did not work for what we needed. Attempting to return it and/or get a call back was HORRIBLE. Many calls in, NO return calls, I finally resorted to contacting BBB, finally the BBB got our money refunded. We are still out the return fee, normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but when a company refuses to call back and you have to take drastic measures they should credit you back

I just installed the LAVA HD8008 Ultra 4K Ready Omni-Directional Outdoor
On my roof. We live about 45 miles northwest of Charlotte NC. I've been wanting to cut the cord but two other antennas I tried would not get all of the local channels. Even though they were omnidirectional they only picked up stations from one direction. The most stations I could get with the old antennas was 22. This Lava HD8008 just pulled in 52 stations from EVERY direction. Every local channel and some not even listed on the FCC website. Can't wait to tell my cord cutting coworkers tomorrow how well this works. GREAT product!

I ordered LAVA HD2605 Ultra 4K motorized outdoor HDTV antenna for 69.95 on April11 and on April 20 I received a package from them. There was no antenna in the package only a Lava Converter Box which I did not order. From April 20 to the 23 I have called and e-mailed them with no response. I have no other alternative but to get the better business bureau involved to fix this issue with them. I live on social security and 69.95 is a lot of money for me.So please learn from my experience and stay far away from this company Joan J
