I placed the order and payment through PayPal went smooth right away but this seller never did acknowledge payment and never communicated Regarding my order and payment they received. I called up multiple times and no one answer their phone system and always prompt you to leave a message which they return the call, I also emailed them multiple times and of course no response. This seller not sure why they still in business. Where did all these good reviews came from, are they made up? So disappointed…seven days after they got paid…No customer service.

Ordered an antenna and DVR was billed but never received anything. No customer service they wont return or answer Emails, Texts or phone calls. I have started a claim with PayPal so will see how that goes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM
I'd recommend these products to anyone, as satellite TV and cable are out of control on pricing. Fast shipping and easy installation, I should have done it a long time ago.

Mike with Antenna deals contacted me and sent the motor rotor not once but twice (first one was damaged in the mail). Product is now working as it should.
I purchased an indoor lava antenna for our lake cabin and when I received it was only able to get 2 channels. So I contacted company and requested a refund and where to send antenna. I also ordered an outdoor antenna and when it arrived the motor rotor was missing, just would like a complete order that I paid for and to be reimbursed for the indoor antenna. I have contacted the company by email, call and text. Nothing! Horrible customer service. The ad says they will contact you quickly, don't believe it.

Ordered an antenna kit but the box that rotates the antenna never worked. Have tried reaching out to company that says they give 90 day warranty but it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. Called, emailed, texted and nothing tried over 20 times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!

Several of our neighbors in AZ have purchased an Omni-Directional Antenna. We are so disgusted with our dish provider we decided to try it.
