Installation was super easy with no adjustment necessary. Clear picture Clear sound. Much less expensive than a cable or satellite bill, just install it and enjoy. I placed the order and payment through PayPal went smooth right away but this seller never did acknowledge payment and never communicated Regarding my order and payment they received. I called up multiple times and no one answer their phone system and always prompt you to leave a message which they return the call, I also emailed them multiple times and of course no response. This seller not sure why they still in business. Where did all these good reviews came from, are they made up? So disappointed…seven days after they got paid…No customer service.
Thanks antennadeals for my HD2605 antenna. Works great and I now have a clearer picture than I had with directv.
Have called at least 50 times now over three weeks, I have emailed them and I have responded to their text messages asking me to call them at *******444 andto date i have TWO WRONG orders and zero return communications and an antenna that does not work as described.
To maintain complete transparency this is not my first antenna from them it is my third, the first two worked great, but the omnidirectional one does not.
I would exchange it for one i know works, but thatcwould require them to return my attempts to reach them which has not happened as of this post. I wilk continue my posts daily in an attempt to get their attention or to warn customers away from them because of this experience.
The first order did not come with the 30 feet if cable and even after I was able to reach Jimmy, the guy on the webpage, I received another 4way splitter instead of the control module Jimmy stated he was sending. Now i have a nonfunctioning antenna and nobody seems concerned enough to return my repeated calls.
I have no personal malice against them and did not provide the 5 star review they request so you can receive a 10% discount on your purchase if you do provide them a 5 star review. Which I now suspect is tge reason they have such a high google rating, because they are paying for it.
To be clear until my issues are fixed I cannot recommend anyone to do buy anything from them as you will get no support after the sale.

Installed the antenna to roof of the house last Monday. Installation was easy. Antenna works great we got almost 50% more channels than we expected.
We receive at least 50% more channels with our new antenna than our old antenna. This product shipped direct to our house within a week.
I ordered this antenna and within two to three days I received it. Easy to install with no problems. Everything works great. Great picture quality.
The antenna came earlier than i expected, was easy to put assemble. I hung it the next day and very pleased with the reception.
