I purchased a HD 8008 antenna to replace a lower powered antenna that picked up 8 channels. Could not pick up any channels. Tried calling, could not get anyone, did not return the calls. Filed a claim with BBB. They contacted me, said they had contacted the company and was told they would refund my money. I sent the antenna back. Cost me another $18 shipping. Never heard from them. No Refund. They are a bunch of crooks. Don't waste your money ordering from them.

Ordered a small indoor antenna. I arrived in three days. Could not get it to work properly. Made six phone calls for technical support. No one ever returned the calls. Requested a return and they granted it saying in their letter to return it to lava electronics in Ontario California. I sent it there and they claimed I was supposed to send it to Texas. The letter clearly states to send it to Ontario California. Still waiting on a refund. I call antennadeals and no one returns calls. You can only leave a message in an automated system sends you a text message. I even responded to the text message and heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. They are tied into lava electronics in Ontario California, but live electronics won't claim any responsibility for what antennadeals does. It seems to be a game they are playing. They are expecting people will get tired of pursuing them. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.

Bought the antenna for northern Wisconsin, when I received it I put it half way together, laying on my floor in my living room, I picked up 72 stations. I had one somewhat like it but it was destroyed when a tree fell across my deck. Looking forward to installing this antenna in the spring.

I am remolding my bathroom so the vanity is in the family room. I took the antenna out of the box assembled it in 5 minutes or so. Placed the mounting pole into the drain hole on the vanity sink, ran cable to box, plugged box in, tested motor -- rotated 360 worked terrifically. And finally re scanned my TV to 59 crystal clear channels, mind you it was still sitting in the sink. Purchased another antenna last month and could not get channels in no matter what part of the house I moved that antenna to. The Antenna Deals, is the real deal and great value, as well as very easy to set up and test. It does not get any easier than this. 2 Thumbs up.

I was glad to be able to cut the cord on cable and this product allowed me to do just that.The service was great and the shipping was great as well, now I can use the extra money from a cable bill to enrich my life in other ways thanks Antenna Deals.

I bought a Lava converter from them recently for very, very cheap. While it's no Tivo it's something anyone who ever had a VCR will figure out how to use. So I'm happy that I can record my shows and have spent less that it would take for me to take my family to the movies.
Also, when I submitted the order, the address was automatically corrected to some old address I had when I first opened Paypal and had moved away from, years ago. I contacted them through Email and had another sent to my current address.

We live in a remote section of the Great Smoky Mountains in East TN. We do not have cable available, and could only get 6 channels. With the LAVA Omni Directional Digital Outdoor HDTV Antenna, we now receive 36 channels! All are steady and clear as a bell. We are thrilled and highly recommend this antenna. The shipping was quick and well packaged. Most excellent.

Ordered HD8008 Omni- directional antenna. This being our 4th antenna, we were just about to throw in the towel. Tried the most expensive, tried doubling antennas, tried with splitters & without & been fighting this battle to watch free TV since we cut the cord almost a year ago. We have fought lost signals, no signals, no channels, & bad weather. But I think our battle is over with the HD8008. After a rough install due on our part, we installed the antenna by itself with no splitter & walla! It's working & we are thrilled. Yes, we live behind God's back!

The price was right, delivery was fast, installation was easy, and the antenna works as expected. It took about an hour to get the antenna assembled and mounted on the roof. Once both my TV's were connected I received clear channels.

I bought an antenna from them that looked used in a torn box when I got it. When I tried to contact customer service, I got no response. I tried calling, texting, and email. When I called one time and didn't leave a message, I got a response wanting to know if I wanted to buy something. After several more unsuccessful tries, I went back to Paypal who I used to make the original purchase. Paypal was super and after going thru the Paypal Resolution Process, I got my money back. I would never buy from Antenna Deals again.

The antenna I ordered arrived at my house promptly and the packaging was in good condition. It was easy to put together and install. Most importantly, I got 49 channels. I live in the country, and have tried 4 other antennas in the recent past. None of them received more than 6 channels.
I highly recommend AntennaDeals.com to anyone shopping for a long distance antenna.

I originally gave Antenna deals a five star review. Part of that review is still true. We did receive it quickly and it did work well until after we'd only had it a few months it quit working. I tried calling repeatedly and received no answer. I also emailed several times and received no answer until. I wrote another bad review stating the above that I could not get into contact with anyone from Antennadeals.com I was then contacted via email by the owner. This email said that he would take care of the problem and replace the antenna that was still under warranty at that time but I first had to remove my negative review before he would solve the problem. I did not remove it, but was unable to find the new review. What does that tell you about this business! Beware!

Installation was surprising easy we installed the antenna in our attic above the garage used a splitter to send the signal to three TVs. We receive 58 channels the clarity in the picture is great on all.

After receiving this antenna and trying it out for a couple weeks, we decided it wasn't worth the money at all. It does not give good reception. I called them and got a return authorization and mailed it back. No refund, no return calls, so I am out the cost of the worthless antenna plus return shipping. I feel very duped and angry. Please... Stay away from these scammers!

Everything was fine till I returned an antenna that did not work. After they received it they would not call me back. Had to get BBB involved. They said they were going to refund me $124.90 which was more than I needed refunded. They only sent $24.90 to my paypal account, which was less than I needed refunded. Bad company with poor communication. Will never do business with again and will tell everyone to avoid doing business with them.

I ordered the LAVA 8080 and DVR. I received the items very quickly. It took me less than 15 minutes to install the antenna in my attic and hook up to my home's cable system. I was watching over 20 HD channels in no time! The DVR was easy to set up and the quality is excellent. Very happy so far!

We received our antenna yesterday and were amazed how many channels were available in our area. The clarity and color of the programs were great. I would recommend an antenna from AntennaDeals to everyone that's fed up with expensive satellite t v.

We love our antenna! We had been using indoor room antennas for years. We moved to the beach in Florida and got horrible reception about 9 channels on our indoor antennas. We decided to try an outdoor antenna on the roof, and I'm glad I did. We get 61 channels now! The picture is clear. It was super easy to put together and install. We were missing one of the directionals. I emailed them on a Saturday afternoon. They emailed me back quickly, and had the replacement by Tuesday. I debated on whether to take part of a star because of the missing part. I decided no because, they quickly resolved the problem. It did delay the install, but so would weather, no worries. The antenna itself is awesome! It has everything included insead of paying more and having to buy each piece individually. We love Antenna Deals!

Love the HD8008 antenna. Found it easy to install and immediately began receiving 34 stations - some that had never been available on cable! I have already suggested the antenna to my son and his family as well as a senior friend who is moving to another state next month! Love the $100 +/- savings on cable expenses as a senior on limited income! Thanks.

Have over 100 channels in my area. The Omini HD 8008 works great. Installed it in my attic around 26' above the ground. Easy to install and put together. The Lava DVR is easy to set up, also has a tv guide. Great price too.
