The product came in a mess, mismatched pieces, two diff colours, no hardware, parts missing. The company didn't stand behind it, have refused to settle on a refund. They are standing behind a full return, but no boxes to return it in! They know full well, and are hiding behind this technicality. Poor business indeed.
The product is not comfortable. Customer service is nonexistent. Vibrations not massage are ok at best. Instructions are 4 pictures. I rate 1 star due to lack of customer service. Never got my discount.

After requesting to cancel an order I made within 30 minutes of placing the original order I was told I would receive the refund within 3-5 days! That was 3 weeks ago now and there is still no sign of my refund! I contacted customer services who on the 31st July assured me once again that I would receive my refund within 3 days! This is ridiculous now, I want my money back! Stop holding onto people's money and refund it back to them when requested! Absolutely disgusting company. I would NEVER order through Aosom again nor would I recommend them to anyone!
I purchased and item and cancelled with 2 hours. Aosom charged the money to my account but refuse to give the credit to me. They claim credit will come as son as their warehouse confirms.
When writing to them it appears they just copy and paste when responding to you.
I ordered an outdoor pet enclosure in May for $250.95. I used Afterpay for the five or six payments which were all taken from my bank account. The same day I placed the order, it was cancelled, with no explanation, no email telling me. I found out several days later when I made an inquiry as to the shipment tracking. I wrote emails to both companies asking for my money back, to no avail. It's almost November and I still don't have my money. I'm getting ready to turn it over to my bank for fraud investigation and recovery. I made one last phone call to Aosom a few days ago in which I told the agent that if my money wasn't refunded immediately, I would consult the BBB and my bank. He sounded nervous and promised to expedite a response to include a return call within 24 hours, but of course no one called. I am beyond disgusted but at least my eyes have been opened. If I can save one shopper from an experience such as mine, maybe it was worth it. If anyone out there has had any suggestions for me, please let me know. Thank you.
I purchased a large outdoor tent for a backyard wedding. It arrived quickly, but due to Covid restrictions, the wedding venue had to change so the tent was never taken out of the box. Recently, it was used for a family function. It collapsed in the rain due to very poor product quality and the poles bent. I sent 4 separate emails to the company explaining this and each time they refused to offer a refund or exchange. So, the product is garbage and their customer service is as well. I'll never purchase from them again!
I purchased a large cage for my grandson guinea pig. This is not guinea pig friendly. Was wanting a cage that would help with the mess they can make. OMG! I had never seen anything like the mess the very next day! Maybe for a rabbit but never for a guinea pig! I called and was told I could return it but I had to pay shipping which was $80! I paid $139 for it. They said I could keep the cage and they would give me a $35 credit to buy something else. I am out all my money. Do not EVER buy from them! Rip off!
I ordered garden furniture on 2nd June, this was delivered on 4th June, but unfortunately the wrong colour. It is now 15th July and I am still waiting for the product to be collected and my money refunded. Despite numerous emails, phone calls and promises of collections, these have not materialised. They have said that I have missed 2 collections, not true! They have even told me that they have collected the furniture, again not true. Constant delay tactics, customer service reps are not bothered, Managers don't call you back when this is promised. Never Ever Again!
Purchased an item but no email confirmation or updates about it... I email the company after a day to get an update of order as from website, all was fine and confirmed that I purchased my item... I get an email back after 2 days and in one sentence, sorry your order didnt go through? To check with my bank? I guess they dont like America express because they are behind their customers... km glad it didt go through and wont be doing business here... I will go else where... I should have realized this from their website.
Placed an order with Aosom and canceled it through customer service ( there is no customer service) I sent a number of emails and when you call the phone number it rings and rings. You finally get a recording saying due to Covid they are closed (customer service) and working from home. It has been 3 weeks and they have NEVER replied. Of course the garden shed I ordered arrived. Please pay extra money for a product you can touch and see. DO NOT buy from this company. I even did a review on BBB. Good luck if you go with this company
