Ordered a product. Emailed to have it cancelled because I changed my mind. Order was cancelled and I was immediately refunded. I reordered and my pet carrier was delivered no more than 3 days later. And this was during the COVID pandemic. Great product, great service. Couldn't be happier. I will be shopping from Aosom from now on!

I ordered a gazebo and whilst i cant comment on it as we haven't put it up the delivery time was amazing i ordered it at about 3pm on the 4th feb and it arrived next day at about the same time, i was amazed.

I was going to order a pink desk chair from this website, but I first wanted to make sure they are a good website, so I googled "Aosom reviews" and here on Sitejabber, I found all these horrible one-star reviews, and decided not to shop with Aosom. Thanks to everyone who took the time out of their lives and wrote a review to WARN other shoppers not to do business with such a shady website with horrible merchandises and some of the reviews said they were charged and not got a refund for an undelivered product. Beware everyone.

I boght a shoe rack stoarge unit from Aosom Canada. Poorly designed with cheap material, over priced and sold to me with vague instructions-never buy from Aosom! It took me three attempts to assemble this and too late to return it after it was half assembled disocevering some hardware and parts were faulty (factory issue) poorly designed. Take a look at the drawer assembly: crooked, hardware factory poorly made
Neer buy from Aosom again!

A 'walk-in' greenhouse that I purchased from AOSOM, lasted ONLY 6 WEEKs before it became damaged and the poles broke making it un-useable. Customer Services refused to do anything about it. Would not recommend.

I bought a PawHut 2-In-1 Dog Bicycle Trailer / Stroller Pet Carrier with 360 Swivel Wheel Hitch Suspension Safety Flag. The wheels would not stay inflated, and it was only used once. The next year I bought a new one instead of trying to fix the first one. I ordered three times and finally got one where the wheels would stay inflated. Just went to take the dogs out for the 1st time and again wheels are deflated. Never even got to use. Because its over the 30 day policy, there is nothing they will do. I even asked the CSR if there was anything at all, she or the parts department could do. I couldn't even get a 'no' just a 'nahhh'. Very rude and condescending as well. I usually try to support smaller businesses and have purchased much from this company. But this was the final straw. My purchases will be made from Amazon from now on.

I ordered the 21 inch pour hot from Walmart who AOSOM is the third party———Missing pieces the hood is all chipped and cracked no leg pockets-I sent an email now we will see what happens Dash it's terrible when you have to go through all the motions of putting something together and then find all the flaws – I purchased it for my ducks-

Greenhouse

I bought this expensive greenhouse in good faith along with other large items for my garden, so spent a lot of money with company, I had to wait for the a company to erect it as there very busy with very satisfied customers, well it's took them 2 days to erect it cos nothing was lining up so extremely difficult positioning an erecting the greenhouse, only to be told there is nowhere they can attach the automatic window gadget, so rendered useless, the guttering is the worst cheapest piece of crap they've seen so that again is rendered useless, an there's a gap no matter how much effort they have put into sorting it out, it can't be done, the lock for the door will not flush even so it's madness trying to attach it, ohhh forgot( NOT) there's no holes made in the metal to drill the lock on into, Plus Your Phone Number Does Not Exist an as for your Email Address, It's One Big Joke, it's take me to my Apple App an I will sh I had Never seen your advertisement on line, ohhhh I see if anyone complains yous reply with,… we could not get in touch with this customer, BS

I was so excited to find the right rocking chair patio set after scouring the internet for hours, I found what I wanted through this company. I pulled the trigger and made the purchase with Aosom, unfortunately. When I saw they shipped it out almost immediately, I was so happy. Today, however, that all changed. FedEx delivered a box that I immediately knew didn't contain what was supposed to be 2 rocking patio chairs and a small table. This company sent me a white wooden bench! Even on the outside of the box it says "wood" how does a company make that drastic of a mistake?! I immediately took pictures and called their customer service number. The woman put me on a hold for a few minutes then came back on the line to apologize and state that they are out of stock for what I ordered and that is probably why I was sent an incorrect order. Um…are you kidding me?! I told her that is unacceptable of a company to do. You don't just send something else to your customer if you are out of stock on what they ordered, you cancel the order! I am so angry at this company. She then told me that they will have fedex pick it up tomorrow and that I will be issued a refund when it arrives back to them! I told the rep that was also not acceptable and told them that they will be refunding me when fedex picks up their bait and switch package. So…now I will see if they actually honor what they say. Moral of the story. If you see Aosom come up in a google search or shopping….RUN FOR THE HILLS! After reading all of these reviews, I feel like kicking myself that I didn't research this company beforehand. :( Also, I am including pictures in this review of what I ordered, and what this scam company sent me. Absolutely unreal!
