They sell appliances that don't work, they say they will install your appliances but then they don't!
When you do get it installed and it doesn't work they then tell you they don't do refunds on installed units! They also don't offer a repair service!
Also they don't deliver on time so if you a month or two to wait you may not mind!

These people are utter shysters. Do not buy here. They did not let me know they couldn't do white glove delivery, and were just going to leave the appliances at the curb without even notifying me.
The items were back-ordered for a month. I had to call them to figure out what was going on.
When I requested a full refund they at first said they would give it and then said that the shipping company would bill me for shipping and it was MY FAULT that I lived in a rural area after having 3 separate conversations about white glove delivery and installation.

They are liars. They are dishonest, and they resort to abusive finger pointing when they made a mistake. I have no respect for this company.

This place advertises quick delivery... I had to wait three weeks and when it finally arrived it was damaged! It was three days late of the estimated delivery date. And the panel on the side was bent because it had been smashed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a refrigerator and range from AC. When delivered they could not attach the ice maker, so they just did not install the refrigerator. The range needed to be converted to propane. The installers could not do the conversion, so they did not install the range. I've had to get another company to do the installation only to find out AC did not include the conversion packet in my order. I now will go at least 5 days without an operatable range. AC is refunding the installation cost for both appliances, A small price to pay for all my frustration and additional work on my part to rectify the problems.

Quite possibly the worst e-tail experience I've ever had. Placed an order June 3rd that was supposed to be delivered mid-June (website said "in stock"). They kept pushing off the delivery date 2 weeks at a time, blaming manufacturer factory delays due to COVID. Finally, in OCTOBER, I contacted the manufacturer directly. They told me there were no delays on their end whatsoever. I immediately canceled the order and placed an order for the exact same product with a different reseller, which shipped 3 days later. Appliances Connection lied to me for 4 months. They are disorganized, deceptive, and an overall terrible company to do business with. Avoid like the plague.

After using my stove for roughly one year I encountered a slight defect in he glass top; however, with the extended warranty the entire glass top was replaced under the warranty. Very satisfied with the promptness of the repair come Mid State Appliance Repair out of Macon, GA. Overall satisfaction is excellent with both the stove and warranty process

DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY. I would also give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible and can't do anything right. The manager that I spoke to Celia is worse - I'm not sure what she's managing.

Shipped to wrong address twice. The first time was my fault. The second was not. Celia was supposed to reschedule the third delivery - the order still isn't scheduled. Customer service keeps "dropping" my call.

I purchased because they had best priced warranty, but because their customer service is so terrible, I'm not sure if it's worth it. I tried to return rather than get it delivered and they tried to charge me a shipping fee. Find another company - the extra hundred dollars isn't worth it.

Also, if you ask to speak with a manager the customer service agent lies and tells you that they are a manager.

It is taking forever to get a Samsung Range that I ordered. When I first ordered it on 5/13/20 I noticed that delivery was scheduled for 6/2/20 at the latest. I called up right away to cancel the order and was told that I couldn't cancel because it had already shipped, yet it showed on the shipping site as not even being picked up until 5/17/20. It is now 6/1/20 and after being on the phone several times with Appliances Connection and AM Shipping, I am being told that it will still be another week. The range shipped by truck from New York and is taking about three and a half weeks to come to California. Don't order from these guys if you need your appliance - my tenant will have to go without a range because of their slow delivery service. Also, their tracking service online is usless - you have to call and even then they can't tell you where the appliance is.

I purchased a replacement for a built in microware they had low inventory for its ok, expensive front face plate, and why i went with them, installation. The faceplate is in inventory at build.com / Fergusons, and assume they would get it there.

Bottom line, delivery of microwave and install on track, they shipped it. Charged my card - but GE does not and may never have the faceplace. So I guess I can store a microwave my home as the warranty expires and wait for the install when the faceplate arrive, which I expect won't happen ever.

This company should disclose the position they put homeowners in, selling a product you cannot deliver is unethical, possibly illegal. I cancelled the order, will dispute the charge if necessary..

i only post this review because appliancesconnection wasted my time selling me a product they don't have..

I purchased a Frigidaire Quiet Pack.
(2 bar codes on back of machine)

The dryer quit working after a month and I was told I could pay the freight to send it from AZ to NY to get it replaced. They only warranty for a month.

Their team stated they would get back to me in an email and not to call again. I have not heard from them since.

So they will not repair or replace your purchase if it fails after 30 days. Nor will they even get back to you.

They are bot registered w the Better Business Bureau so you cannot file a complaint. Unless you have over a $1,000 to waste go to Home Depot bc they will actually stand by their products and company name.

I wrote a poor review of Appliance Connection on September 16. I had gotten Summit to send me the parts for repair but Summit said Appliance Connection was responsible for the cost of the labor. I let Appliance Connection know that is what Summit told me and it looks like Appliance Connection may be arranging the repair. Hoping maybe the the broiler and regulating unit will be repaired finally. I'll let you know.

Appliances Connection has been an absolute nightmare.

I paid 4k for an ice maker that they claim to have in stock, but it's been 5 months and I haven't received my item.

One rep tells me they haven't received the item from the vendor and that it's still out of stock, another tells me that they already sent it through AM Trucking.

AM Truckings says they received the shipping label, but they have not been told to pick up the item. Then vendor says that they should have had inventory.

This item has been in stock. They claim on their website that they have multiple of them... but they wont send it to me. It's a constant run around and they are looking to blame everyone else.

I've purchased a fridge, wash/dryer, oven and dishwasher through them with no issues. Now that there is a minor challenge in there way it's impossible to get them to communicate and give me a direct answer. No one is on the same page and they are all over the place.

We placed an order for a fridge, after 2 weeks with no explanation we spoke with Peter (a customer associate) that was extremly rude he told us to cancel the order. We requested to speak to his supervisor which unfotunately she was worse than him.
There are other vendors, therefore it's not worth all the hussle and sweat for something that you can get at cheaper price and mostly important better service.

The products were shipped quickly and done well. However, their credit card company is the most heartless company in the world. During COVID-19, most credit card companies were trying to help out their customers that lost income and many got sick. I got out of the hospital, got home to my emails and they gave me a full year's interest at 29.9%. I called and they told me I should have called on or before June 2,2020. It was June 22 and I was in the ICU on June 2 and before it. I called to see if they could help, they said "Sorry Charlie". Their finance company doesn't even offer automatic payments, even they do with their other partners. Poor excuse for a credit company and cruel to people in the middle of a Pandemic!

AVOID this seller. Their delivery process is slow. They LIE in their ads. They advertise one year interest free payments but DO NOT HONOR. You will get a bill with high interest from their bank. Calling their "Customer NO-SERVICE" department and calling the bank's 800 number result in failure to honor their advertisements. They just state that you owe the money (full amount). The bank OK'd me on original order cause I had 800 FICO score.
They have a "0" score for honesty in advertising and truthful retailer

I recently purchased a Pilates reformer machine for $4,280. Some how I touched PayPal instead of PayPal credit. I called costumer service, and talked to an agent named Candace. She was very professional and nice. Not only she adviced me how I could fix the payment problem, but also took the time to write me to tell me the problem was fixed. I bought this machine from Appliance Connection because they were at least $500 cheaper than other sites. Once my machine arrives, I will update my review. Thank you Candace for your great service!

I have spent over 1hr and half trying to get my full refund which was assured to me when I canceled my order but they are saying I must pay a cancelation fee of $300 for a washer and dryer. * was the rudest and says he's going to pull the tape from my conversation with * who did confirm that I would get my full refund in two chunks. They are trying their very best to not give this to me and I even have a confirmation email stating my entire order was canceled. So far I believe this company will need to reported for fraud if they do not honor my claim.

Looked online for exactly the sofa we wanted. Went and sat on all the sofas at Ashley and Conns. The sofa we picked was at Ashley (with nearly the exact same thing at Conns costing twice Ashley's prices) and we found it online here for half the cost of Ashley! It is amazing! We got it before the expected arrival date and the delivery crew were amazing and quick! Thank you so much! We will definitely buy here again and I'm telling everyone about this site!

Delivery date was changed three times. When I received the call that they were 1/2 hr out, I went home immediately to meet them. They were an hour getting there from time of call. When they arrived they were very curteous.

You are just a number at Appliances Connection... these people, like Maeir L, will tell you everything you want to hear, then no follow through. And, don't think that they care about loyalty... I spent $30k with them, and will never buy from them again over a microwave. They chose to not help me, I choose not to buy from them ever again. You get what you pay for... if you have the time for mistakes, and your in no hurry, then maybe these people will work for you. I will stick with my trusted local vendors moving forward.

Placed an order for $5K worth of appliances & received an acceptable shipment estimate of 20 days. Its the holidays and understand that all retailers are busy.

After 25 days informed that my appliances still not expected to be available for another 15 days. After delivery time the entire wait would be 60 days.

I canceled the order & decided to purchase locally & just pay the taxes.

This store has terrible customer service. Price matching policy is a joke. Too many hoops to jump through. Online submission on order screen, then told I needed to submit the url, then told to call call a number +ext for a manager. Which goes into a phone loop with no voicemail.

My order kept getting delayed repeatedly, order placed 3/29. Website said item was available for delivery 4/3, so I placed the order. Every week there was a status update on the order delaying delivery 1 week at a time. On 4/17 I received another email that it won't leave their warehouse until 4/24.

Decided to cancel my order which also turned into a nightmare. They give you an option to cancel the order online, but then you are sent a reply that they can't cancel orders online. Why TF do they even bother having that option.

Oder was eventually cancelled.

They have a C rating from the BBB, should tell you everything you need to know.

Too bad there is nothing less than a 1 star. We placed an order on June 1 2021 and finally got it delivered on August 4th. "DAMAGED" The delivery company Fragilpak received the item on July 15th and in Alabama they have a BBB rating of "F" and is no longer accredited. All of the reviews are the same... you get a text to fill out and submit it (about 6 questions). My husband filled it out numerous times and the response is we will call you back to schedule a date and time which they did not call us for weeks. So finally we contacted Appliance Connection to see if they could intervene... they really did not want to. So we told them to cancel the order... it took us weeks until they finally sent FragilPak an email and finally got the item delivered. Don't ever do business with this company you will regret it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company. Check with BBB.org to read all the reviews. The reviews are all the same so it should not take long and if you do place an order with this company then you have my sympathy.

Bought a Microwave they said they had on-line. After waiting many days I contacted them and they said they did not have that Microwave in-stock. That I could exchange it for another one that was comparable but would be more in price (first hint that this may be a scam). I went ahead with the purchase which was a mistake. Finally received the microwave after waiting forever. When I got it there was several things missing from the box that should have been there (including the glass turntable) (second hint this was a scam). After contacting them many times and creating a ticket on their website I finally received the glass turntable but I never received the other items that were missing. Then I plug it in and it does not work. Asked for a return and of course I have to pay the freight shipping back to them which is over $100. SCAM complete. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Tip for consumers:
They say that you can get a refund but do not pay for shipping back to them. All the appliances are going to be well over $100 to send back.
