By the time my vacation was approved at work the airbnb I was going to rent in the UK was booked for the first 3 days I was planning to be there. The ASAP Tickets agent who helped me book my flights from Oregon, USA to Bristol, UK and back (Doug) was very patient and helped me book flights to a few European cities on the way to my final destination to enjoy a taste of Europe during those 3 days that I couldn't be at the airbnb. He worked with our travel dates and interests and gave me several possible iteneraries to choose from to customize my trip. He was also knowledgeable about the region and suggested a few interesting things to see along a train trip from Frankfurt to Brussels which was not part of the trip that he was trying to help me book tickets for. What started out as me searching the internet to find some way to fix a honeymoon trip that the castle in the United Kingdom was booked by someone else for a quarter of our trip due to communication errors with the AirBnB site owner, turned into an exciting trip to several European countries with several romantic stops along a train ride from country to country before spending the final 5 days at a castle in the UK. Thank you Doug! Now, if only the weather will also be that helpful during the trip later this summer. 2020
Do not use ASAP tickets. I can't stress this enough. The agent did not disclose the transferability restrictions of ticket, which has caused considerable stress and financial consequences for me. To top that off, I have been working tirelessly for three days to get help from someone in Customer "Service" to resolve the issue and I have been given the runaround. No one will answer even the simplest, most general questions on the phone for me. Instead, they keep telling me my case has been sent to a special department and someone will get back to me. I received an email from someone who is apparently in that department. I sent him two (very polite) replies and he never even bothered to answer my replies. I then got an email from someone else the next day, apparently also in that department. I sent her/him two replies as well; and again, no reply. I just called Customer "Service" yet again and fully explained the situation and demanded that my questions be answered and my ticket cancellation or transfer be handled now, over the phone, and again, was told someone would be getting back to me. If you do buy a ticket through this shady company, God forbid you should need to make any changes to your travel plans. Something else they don't tell you until you are at the very end of your purchase -- you are literally required to tip your booking agent or you can't proceed to finalizing your ticket purchase. You can't skip the tip box. The best you can do is drop the tip down to $1; but you can't really do that because you are on the phone at the time with the booking agent who is basically begging for your tip. I gave my agent $15, and of course, I know now that she left out an essential bit of information that is costing me dearly.

I have been speaking to Musk concerning an exchange, voucher or a refund on my ticket
From May 2020from British Airways
Previous to Musk, over the past year, I have Jerry, Fonzy, Romeo, Paddy and 2 supervisors.
I have also spoken to British Airways. BA said they could not talk to me because my ticket was booked through a travel agent. They gave me a phone number for a Trade Line that we could have a 3 way conversation and come to a resolution. Musk has refused to make that call.
I was told in the past, that I could not get a refund or a voucher, just book another flight, which is impossible at this time, because of CoVid restrictions, not knowing what countries will be open.
Musk informed me today that British Airways will settle a refund for a reduced amount of my ticket. I will accept. I tried to fill out the form he sent to get a refund of $500 for each of the 2 tickets I purchased. It would not accept mine or my husbands birthdate to complete the request. Then Musk comes back to me and tells me that it is because I have to pay $1,00.00 now and then $2,000 would be refunded to me. This is not an acceptable business practice and I cannot agree to do this.
He refused to let me talk to you. He refused to call the Trade Line to get a resolution to this situation.
