In total, I bought four watches from Ashford and I have never received a watch that actually was working. I I have made calls with no resolution and always just have to buy batteries.
You get a nice watch that you can make payments on. Even though you have to buy batteries.
So far, so good. Nice photography, lots of details and clear product information makes the website a breeze to shop. I also received my watch in just a couple days, which was exciting.

The watch came without proper cover and the box entirely fell apart as I opened it. It seems like a used item even though I ordered new. I cannot explain how bad the condition of the box was, I need yo return but bot getting response.

Amazing value
No responses from customer service and I received no refund. The watch is in terrible condition with a huge scratch on the face. It was packaged poorly as well. Box had oil smudges on it like someone handling the package had greasy fingers that stained the boxes.the watch was definitely used.
No response and no refunds for this used watch.

Based on my previous experience
I was pleased that the item was received rather quickly however, the sleeve covering the item was crushed and the cover of the box inside the sleeve was crushed even more. I'm not happy that I have to give a gift this way, especially since my sister is a collector. The item is fine, but I don't like the condition of the box

Everything went smoothly! From the process of purchasing to delivery. The figurine came in a blue Swarovski box, which is great since this week be a gift.
Great price and product
Gorgeous watch and love it - but the bracelet is too small. Missing links, not in new/original condition. Watch must have been returned with bracelet links taken out. Now have to spend anothre $60 to buy links and have them added to bracelet. Too bad - now the "SALE" price is not really a sale.
Price and product - but probably won't buy from Ashford again because even if you get a good price, you can't count on the item being new in good condition.
My glasses were shipped within a few hours of my purchase, however there was an initial issue with the USPS and I wrote to Ashford. I received a lightning fast reply stating that if the glasses didn't arrive the following day then they would handle everything with the USPS for me

Even though Ashford still advertisers optical frames I did order I was told that those frames are out of stock. I wonder, WHY?
At the end instead of frames I received my money back.

I have always had a great experience with Ashford, which is the case until now. Product quality control isn't their responsibility, but they shouldn't ship watches that fall apart out of the case. Wherever this watch was stored, it was way too dry and it ruined the watch strap.
Ashford had what I was looking for at a fair price.
I initially attempted to place an order on the website using my phone, but it became stuck for a while. I then switched to my iPad, which resulted in faster processing. Maybe it was my device?
