My watch was damaged when I received it. The digital display was defective with holes in the screen. I had to arrange for an immediate return. Customer service made the process easy by sending me a new shipping label. I am still waiting on a refund or replacement of the watch. When I receive a response, I will update this review. Usually, Ashford delivers great products and service. That is why I purchased this particular watch.
A pair of sunglasses I bought from them broke after 2 days with zero abuse. I just opened them up and the hinge snapped. I emailed customer service and received no response other than the automated message saying I would hear back within 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks.

I found Ashford after shopping on another site and realized it was the same seller as on the other site.
Several tedious steps to return the broken watch. And there is a time limit to return.
Wasn't able to talk to a person. Left a voicemail and everything has been done via email. I don't feel valued and will not buy anything in the future.
