Excellent experience and would keep shopping with you!

The watch came as a commercial goods and i had to pay tax, additional handling fee which was not mentioned earlier.
If its not the first time i purchased from oversea, this could be avoided if the customer service choose a normal shipper and indicate correctly.
Coincidently, on the day of purchase, i also bought luxury bags from Switzerland, price was double of this and it came fast, no whatsoever fees. Just flat fee across.
Its a shame, that Ashford is not doing right.
I wanted to cancel but they told me i can't while i dont even receive the item yet. What is all these..

Easy to navigate website. Good prices, I was able to get a further discount using a a holiday bonus code. I had seen these frames last summer but they were no longer available at the retailer I shopped at. I was very happy to find them on the ASHFORD website and after I ordered them they arrived within 2 days! The only issue I had was that because they were being shipped to Canada I had to pay duty which I felt was quite high at $30.00 on a $100.00 pair of frames. I advised UPS about this as well but they did not respond.

Every Hamilton I have ordered from Ashford has been previously owned, used, and one of them didn't even work. I spoke with an Ashford representative and they said none of the Hamiltons use the original packaging either. I didn't receive any of the instructions that would come with the watch if you were to purchase it on a website such as Jomashop. The customer service representatives are very unwilling to make any compromises to make the customer happy. I was told unless I spent $3000 on a watch that they would not cover expedited shipping for a watch that they messed up on three times.

Despite many, many emails, I still have not received my watch.

Very good selection of must-have items. Good prices. Prompt shipping, High quality. However, it would be nice if Ashford could send additional watch links (Versace) for my watch. It's too small and I require extra links to make it fit.

I have purchased multiple watches (on separate occasions). Stress-free purchase, especially when compared to other sites. Orders were processed quickly, and watches were delivered within 24-48 hours of purchase.

My experience was tainted by unreliable and misleading photos of the watch I purchased. Disappointingly there was an enormous discrepancy between what was presented online and what arrived in the mail. Furthermore it isn't until you read the 'fine print' that you realised your item does not actually qualify for a refund because you reside outside of the USA. A strong case of buyer beware!

The men's glasses are very nice and good quality, the women's glasses are very fragile. Thank you.

Really bad experience. After two day that I bought a watch I received a mail from Ashford indicating tha because their internal review my purchase was cancelled and that they were going to return my money within the next few days

Purchased a few watches from Ashford. Received the package and forgot it in my garage. During the Pandemic came across the box, opened it and 2 of the watches were not in there. The boxes were there, but the actual watches were missing. Having purchased from them before, I never even bothered checking to see if anything was missing. Lesson Learned. I will be checking my orders as soon as they come from now on. When I contacted them, they were very nice, but provide no help. The literally told me to pound sand but in a more professional way.

I will never buy another thing from this seller.The watch we got stopped working after about a year. Ashford refused to help fixing it because it was a whopping 10 days out of Warranty. BAD customer service!

First experience & worth it. Will recommend to all my friends/contacts. Hopefully in future will come out with more brands because in certain countries, branded items are so expensive and can afford. Thank you very much Ashford.
