Easy to use, hopefully my sunglasses are as good as the website

Update: Never bought for ashford before and had to do a bit of research but when I did buy the sunglasses they were absolutely gorgeous and they were shipped strikingly fast! + price was about $90 for a $200+ pair? Wish I knew about ash ford sooner!

Bought a Pulsar watch after a few weeks the stem/crown started to randomly open and the watch stopped. I sent it for service, they fixed it. Lasted for another month. Same problem of stopping every few hours. Obviously, useless as a watch.
Sent it back again. They said nothing wrong. Got it back and it stopped within 25 minutes.
So, now I have an almost new, worthless watch. Paid for the watch and shipping twice. They say sorry, it's not their fault.

Do not buy from Ashford.

The glasses were at a great price, the delivery was quick and the glasses are great quality.

I had to pay for shipping the item to me and also to pay to ship it back. It's been long since I returned the item but still haven't received refund. Next time I'll be sure to buy from Amazon instead. Lesson learned.

I posted my first review of Ashford 12/16/15, this is my second. You could see from the first post all was good. The watch was a Christmas gift for my gal. She didn't like the look on her wrist. I went to ashford web page and logged into their chat. I went through the return process with the agent and got a return authorization number from them. An email verification was sent to me after the chat was done. I mailed the watch back via insured USPS on 1/06/16. On 1/22/16 the full amount of my purchase was credited to my account. We are currently looking and will try again wit Ashford.

I bought a Radio which is supposed to be scratch proof! Wrong! $1300. 00 dollars later with a broken band and a scratched up watch within two months, I realized I got ripped off! Beware of this company! Go to a real dealer!

They charge shipping twice and they didnt even informed the right cost, i had to decline it. I opened a case within paypal in order to have my money back, they insit to charge the cot of returning the watch knowing they had the fault

My overall experience with Ashford in connection with this purchase has been excellent. As far as the ordering went, the watch came before I expected it. There are absolutely no problems to date concerning any aspects about this purchase.

These are nice quality and good color glasses, but they are a little oversized for my taste. The shipping was extremely fast, and I appreciated that very much. I wish the glasses came with a cleaning cloth. I would order from this company again if I wanted something fast at a discounted price. Thank you

Firstly let me say this is my fault for Not reading the description properly so it's all on me. This said I just looked at the photo and to me I thought the band was WHITE. I wanted a white watch, but alas it is stainless steel. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed. Look at the photograph, what do you think? Lesson learnt…

I had a refund of close to 300 in 2017. When I called in and chatted online today to check how to spend it, I was told the refund was with the previous owner, and there's nothing they can do about it. RIDICULOUS! I guess that will never come back. Also, the customer service I called had a terrible attitude.

I was planning to buy a watch through Ashford and found there were a group of Chinese fans discussing Ashford watches on Dealmoon.com, and mostly positive, which is strongly different from here.

I was trying to post this link to Dealmoon blog but was rejected for publication. This is why I'm suspecting there is probably some underground relationships between this two sites.

Overall, very good service and experience for a remote shopping and online ordering / returning transaction. The packaging could have been better, but the product arrived undamaged, so all is well there. I did decide to return the product due to fitment issues and the return process was fairly easy to navigate. Be sure to get a return authorization # (RA) before attempting a return.

I noticed that during my research to where to buy a watch, Ashford are giving lots of discounts, sales so i decided to buy to them, actually i ordered or bought 2 watches already and all went well as i expected, keep up the good works, thanks Ashford.

The watch I ordered from Ashford is great.It arrived very fast to my home. I spoke with a woman in customer service and she promised the item would be genuine. She said Ashford buys leftovers in bulk and sells cheap. I purchased the watch and never looked back. When it came five days later, I could not believe it. Thanks Ashford!
