I bought 3 Charmex watches in one month as the gifts for my family members. However, when I was trying to return one of them, I was told I need a RA#. Then I contacted their customer service dep. Multiple times (two emails and couple of live chats), still couldn't get the RA! No idea how this company is running. Will never buy anything from this site.
Just bought my third (Hamilton jazzmaster) and another great deal! Previously bought bulovas for two family members. No problems whatsoever! Highly recommend! The only negative thing I can say is their website is slow to filter. Better than anywhere else, and I looked!
My last purchase from Ashford was my 8th. And it was just as my first. Prompt processing and reliable shipping. I am in Australia and have never had to wait over 2 weeks for my watch to arrive from the U.S. Just about any of the other big sellers take at least 4 weeks if l am lucky.The quality of items is perfect, they are not factory 2nds. Or Chinese knock-offs but genuine brand items that you can register with the maker for warranty for instance.
I have fallen for the odd scam on Facebook or wherever but like many people when l find a reputable seller with a great range of brands, l stick with them as l am doing and thoroughly recommending with Ashford, Best Regards Andrew Groves.
I live in Australia. I bought a CK watch and it stopped after a couple of weeks. I was told to get an estimate for the repair and once it was approved I would be reimbursed via PayPal. The estimate to repair the watch was $109 but Ashford will only give me $45. The estimate to repair the watch was from an authorised CK repairer. The service from Ashford was good as far as ordering and delivery but I am really disappointed with the way they haven't honoured the warranty. All advertising says that they have a two year warranty but only covering 41% of the cost to repair my watch is not good enough. I would not recommend buying from this company!

I bought a Rado watch this Christmas and when receive it, the watch didn't look the same way as the picture shows. I called customer service and they refused to refund the money just because I tried the watch once. I suggest everyone to not buy from this company. If you want a watch, buy it from the original seller website.
Received my watch quickly and as described. Only thing I would wished for is having the shipping cost more competitive, the watch I purchased was $59 and the shipping to Canada $29!

Attempted to buy a Hamilton watch from this place. The woman in customer service completely messed up the order. She was rude and patronizing when I spoke with her to correct the order. I spoke with * a couple of times regarding the order and we was more professional, but the woman I dealt with was so snotty and condescending that I would never consider giving this place my business in the future.

After making a purchase of 1,600 dollars apox I expected such an expensive product in a box presentation that highlights the investment and not in a cheap plastic and leather bag.

I was at first apprehensive purchasing from Ashford, having never purchased or known of the company. I did a few checks of reviews online and they were very positive. Living in Australia makes it difficult to know the companies you can trust. Australia is a long way away from the rest of the world. I decided to take a risk and purchase a Glycine watch. I got information back immediately from the company and it wasn't long before my watch had arrived. I was utterly impressed with the quality of the watch and the speed at which it arrived. Well packaged and in perfect condition. I definitely will purchase from Ashford again.

Watch maker unable to remove link for my wrist fit, screw has too much glue. Contacted Ashford for return/replacement. They told me, per their procedure, they can't take back a watch if the plastic was removed from band. Then how is one suppose to fit the band if the plastic is still on it? The guy basically told me it's not their issue and left it at that. He gave me Gevrils warranty contact info. What about Ashford warranty?! I purchase a lot of watches, and am sad to say that I will never be purchasing from Ashford again. Not my problem was the main reason. At least should have heard me out and tried to help me….Inhad an issue with another on line retailer as Ashford, and they took care of me without question.

The delivery was delayed by at least 4-5 days. Firstly, there was some verification required for the payment,. After this was done, it took 4 days to process the order and ship it. EVEN though I paid $29.95 for Next Day Delivery, it took 3 days for the delivery to happen. Not a very pleasant experience. You should now refund the shipping charges of $29.95. UPDATE: Thank you for addressing my issues. It is gratifying to know this. Thank you for refunding the shipping charges. So, it has all ended pleasantly.

Easy Transaction and Fast Delivery. However, I bought a watch from Ashford in the past and although I had my refund in full with no issues, they stipulate that you can't even try the watch on the wrist. That watch had a sealed shrink wrap plastic, so I didn't even get it out of the wrapping.

The watch that I purchased was defective. The second hand ran but the time never changed. I did not realize the defect until I had removed the plastic cover. Ashford would not refund my money and I had the send the watch back for warranty work. They claim it will take up to 10 weeks to resolve the issue. I am very skeptical that they will fix the watch. A reputable company would have refunded my money and apologized.
Sold a brand new watch in attractive price or cheap price. If you want super cheap from them, just check out slickdeals.net, sometimes they provide a coupon code; then you will get a super cheap. I bought 10 watches in two transactions from them at super cheap price for resale; but at the end I returned to them all in 2 transactions and each time I got a full refund. I followed their direction of return and I did exactly on the return instruction that they provide and I got a full refund of $2200. This online store sell genuine brand new expensive watch at super attractive price and I am very satisfy to buy watch from them. The watches are genuine and brand new.
The crown fell off a new watch I bought from them on its initial time adjustment. The customer rep I spoke to told me that the crown being an external item was not covered by warranty. I could not believe what she was saying and i insisted on talking to her supervisor and she told me such a person was not available, when I asked if she was the only one at the company she relented and got me to her supervisor Bret. He gave me the same song and dance and when I became upset he relented and told me they would look at it to see if it can be repaired. Im still not sure I will send it, once its in their hands they could hold it hostage and I am not sure I trust them.
I ordered a watch and the face was too big for me. I called customer service and they were awesome. I ordered another watch and received it 2 days later. I love the new watch and Ashford followed up to make sure I was happy with the new watch. I highly recommend Ashford for their service and their discounts on watches. I have two now!
Purchased Rado watch on a Cyber Monday, but when it arrived it had a different look/color of the dial than on the website and I didn't care for it. Chose another watch and although it was a comparable Rado model was not offered at the Cyber Monday price. Customer service checked with their Sales Manager and he approved the exchange. All handled very professionally and smoothly including UPS charges both way. I was impressed and very pleased.

I have to decide this with the mail, although I paid the money to the store and they should have made sure that I received the parcel and they chose this delivery service. I purchased a Raymond Weil moonphase from Ashford. Less than 2 months later the thing was broken... I sent it back--- which cost me 50 bucks, then had to wait over a month to get the "repaired" watch back. It was returned and worked for about a week before breaking again. Ashford would not return the watch and instead said that they would "repair" it again. Customer service not helpful, and now, Ive owned the watch for almost a year and have only had it operational for 3 months... A TOTAL JOKE. I will never use them again, they do not do quality repairs and sell substandard watches.
