Ashford

A good friend recommended I check out Ashford as he had recently purchased a watch through them. I don't think you can find a better deal on a watch. Fast shipping and good packaging. I highly recommend Ashford if you find a watch you're looking for.

Pretty seemless. I'm kinda narrowminded as far as... I really just wanted this Glycine and Ashford had it for the best price. I have no idea what else they sell or what they do. Now that I have my watch I never plan on buying anything ever again so... unless you sell eggs and bacon I'm gonna put a hold on "stuff" for awhile. Glad I took it out with a Glycine at a great price!

Great variety of products. Easy check out process. If you don't have to contact customer service, that is a good sign. This is not my first item I have ordered and I have yet had to contact customer service with a problem.

I purchased 2 timex watches, this was my first time through this website. At first I wasn't sure because I was not familiar with them, but it was worth it, the watches were a VERY GOOD deal! I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive. I would definitely buy from them again and would recomend them as well. Thanks!

Over the past 3+ years, I've purchased 2 watches for myself and 2 for my college-aged daughter all from Ashford. My watches were a Citizen Ecodrive and a Bulova. For my daughter, I bought a Seiko and a Fossil. All watches have worked well and the packaging was very nice. My daughter has since dropped her Fossil watch down a two-story marble staircase and it no longer runs, but that was her fault.

I have seen nearly identical watches (Bulova) on two of my friends who paid more than double what I paid at Ashford.

I have never had to return anything to Ashford or otherwise deal with their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. All I can say is that I've bought four watches from Ashford for much, much less than I would have spent elsewhere. So far, I'm one happy customer.

I have read some comment saying "Movado is purely make in Swiss". The fact is there is a Movado factory in China, Guangdong provice, Dongguan city. (welcome to research) It mainly fabricate some small component and assemble. Movado has two type of product of same design. One is totally made in Swiss and much more expensive, another type is swiss made quartz combined with China made components like leather strap. This is a procedure to lessen the cost and increase the number of customer. Whether or not the latter type of watch is worth buying is another story (some people might willing to spend more $200 just to buy a swiss made leather strap), but the second type is totally genuine.
Btw, I used to have doubts after I buy it, and I tried very hard to find any defects on the product, from my observation and using experience I cannot find any.

Everything was very clear and transparent and I was told what was going on. The watch was well packaged and dispatched promptly. There were no issues with delivery or getting it through customs. The watch itself is a quality piece and there were no issues.

I had never ordered from Ashford before but took a chance because I loved the look of the glasses and the price was great. And I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience from order to receiving. I love them! Will order again. Glad I took a chance!

Ashford has the best price listed online for the watch I was looking for. After placing my order, I immediately received an order confirmation email, and received the watch within a week. Great company.

I ordered a watch from this company and got an email confirmation about the charge of $64.18. The reference iD I was given was #w*******765. I was provided a tracking number and came to learn that the shipment was alleged to have been delivered to my front door. There was no proof given. Upon calling Ashford to notify them I never got the delivery and telling them that I have home security to prove no one came for a delivery on the date stated by UPS. They told me they would not refund me my money unless I filed a fraudulent police report and fake affidavit. I noticed them that I can prove no one came and yet despite this, the only way they offered any reconciliation was to create false claims to the police. They declined to see my camera footage and doorbell cam. They did not offer any refund unless I committed illegal acts like fraud to via affidavits and police reports. They ultimately stole my money as there was no delivery and no reasonable refund offered.

Purchased a really nice Armand Nicolet watch at a great price as a holiday gift for a special friend. Ashford customer service and "Chat" service were extremely helpful throughout the entire transaction and delivery process.

Great easy and fast. Love the quality great price.

Beware ashford sale 100% fake watches
Don't trust them. They are sale watches that you can't find from original website it's completely fake.
They sale watche that cost $7000. 00 for $1149. 00

Good watch and good price, but it was first purchase. I hope to do more purchases in the future.

The watch came well packaged with stamped warranty and user guides. The watch itself has been incredibly accurate (within +4 seconds in the last 4 days) and the moonphase complication on a black dial gives it an understated elegance - very interesting for a field watch. And the watch is very wearable on a 6.5 inch wrist.

At first I was reluctant of this website. I was drawn by the pricing and the place I usually buy from 'Jom*****' didn't have this particular model. Then there was a delay in shipping and every time I call I was given the runaround (probably because that didn't have a clue either). But better late that's never I guess…

Smooth, transaction, fast shipping, and the watch is amazing.

However, the watch arrived in a glycine watch box with the wrong warranty cards, and paperwork.

Watch itself was new as it still had a plastic on it and the tags.

Disappointing to receive the wrong box with my watch.

Received watch on March 28th. As of April 4, still awaiting a resolve.

Bought this as a gift for my son, when traveling. Love the size and the way it sits close to the wrist. The vintage inspired case design adds to the versatility of this MT model. A great find, a great value, and a great buying experience!

The Service Team was very Prompt in performing the repair of my Rado Watch & Sending back to me. They did an Excellent Job. Especially Ms. Jennifer, the Sales Agent in New York office was very helpful by informing me in each & every step until I received my Watch. I appreciate all their help

This is my 4th order from the shop, but probably my last. The Watch received was for present and it is not working. I had the feedback after I gave it. As it is international order can not return it, also there is no date mentioned on the waranty card so the service center do not accept it under waranty. Overall very bad experience.

If i order the watch and put in the cart. But i usually not check out hurry finally the watch already sold out the problem i want to remove the sold out i need to remove all my orders and go back from the start its so tired. I cannot only minus the sold out and continue order

Bought a new Coach watch, and it didn't work right out of the box. I took it to a watch repair, and I was told it was a defective watch. I called Ashford and I was told I would receive a call from a manager the following day. I never received a call, and when I attempt to contact them I am told the same lie. Stay away from this company.
