After I ordered I received an email from Ashford letting me know it had shipped. I looked up the tracking number and there was no info. So I went directly to their site and looked up my order number…said I had no order. My credit card was charged. What? So I opened a "chat" and the gentleman responding was so courteous, polite and informative I couldn't help but smile. He assured me I did have an order, it was out for delivery and I should receive it in a day or two. The reason being I purchased it as a "guest" instead of signing into my account. I did receive the necklace and it is stunning! Thank you!

I just want to say that I bought a Movado a couple of years ago and couldn't be happier. It was around this time of year. I bought it on sale for Black Friday or Cyber Monday. A week or two later, they had a "Movado Sale" and the watch was cheaper. I sent them an email and my card was credited within a couple of days. With all the negative reviews, I just wanted to share my experience.
Bought the watch for my wife. It was nicer than pictured on line. Shipped as per schedule. My only issue was that I was unable to use a discount code "BRIS10" that was displayed with the item. When I tried to apply it I got an "Invalid" message. The price was low enough I bought it anyway
I've made the order on Fabruary, 14. They still haven't sent my order. I wrote to their customer service 4 times but they do not answer me. The worst service I ever met! What to do now? 1000+ $ left? Do not recommend anybody to buy anything on ashford!

Bought a movado watch from Asford. It was great for 30 days, then after 30 days (literally 40 days), one of the links on the bracelet part of the watch got stuck and it looks horrible. Called Asford and they said it wasn't covered under warranty and cannot accept return for an even exchange. Very disappointed with this companys customer service. Now I'm short 350 dollars and my husband has a watch that he cannot wear. Will never order from them again.
This company providies worst customer service and most of what they sell are of inferior quanlity.
Their warranty is useless as they would be passing you to Glycine and Glycine itself would pass you back to them. Their products from Glycine would break down within few weeks and they would fail to provide any reasonable help.
If you are buying expensive wrist watch, avoild this irresponsible company and look for company whose products have true warranty.

When you buy a watch from a retail store, they will refer you to the manufacture for repair as they cannot assist in store with the matter. The system is set up for repairs to be completed in their warehouses.
Regrettably, some manufactures do have a fee for shipping and it is their description to have this policy. Regrettably, we are unable to assist in refunding this fee or taking on the fee as it is up to the consumer.

PLEASE READ this if your are considering purchasing from this company. I purchased a watch from Ashford approximately a year ago and had a warranty issue. I returned the watch to Ashford. The watch was sent to Breitling for repair and then returned to Ashford. After six months I was told by customer service they would ship my watch by the end of the week. Three months later and I still do not have my watch! It has been more than nine months and they can't even tell me where my watch is. They do not return calls. Stay away from this company!
Scratch and damage the crystal and then blame on the customer. I am lucky i didnt spend thousand of dollars on zenith. Worse customer service! By the way they are not authorized dealer for any of their watches.
I had been eyeing this necklace for a couple of years and when I saw it listed on Ashford with a 77% off discount, I jumped on purchasing it. I was initially skeptical of purchasing through Ashford because I wasn't sure if it was a scam but I did some research and felt comfortable ordering. The item was delivered in a couple of days with no issues. I'm pleased with my experience and with my order.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a sunglass. They sent me the wrong color. I called them. They said I should send them the picture of the sunglass before returning it. I did but they still insisted on taking 20% of my payment. I fought them through my credit card company to get my money back.

Latest order was a Rado Integral Jubile' watch on Dec. 9,2013. Rec'd from NY to California in 1 day... Ashford even paid for the shipping. Watch is beautiful and works great. This is my second watch from Ashford (previous Rado Ceramica in 2007... still AOK!) These watches are "grey market". Certainly authentic/new, but not factory warranted. Thus, the Ashford equivalent warranty. I even spoke to Rado CS in New Jersey and they gave Ashford the "thumbs up". Now, my watches have never broken (I have had the first one serviced normally), nor do I expect them to... however, I do trust Ashford completely if I were to ever have a problem within the warranty period.
Also, one other note of importance, within 3 days of receiving my latest watch, the price was reduced by $175.00 on the site for the holiday rush. Ashford immediately credited the $175.00 to my credit card. Simply, that is great customer service.
Will I ever order from Ashford again? Of course I will!

UPS sent the package back to Ashford because they missed me when they tried to deliver. I asked Ashford to resend and Ashford said they don't have such policy so they have to cancel it! This is just a waste of time and money!

Got a great deal on a TechnoMarine 500M watch, that is where the deal ended. Bought first of October, watch was great, but mid December, barely 2 months after purchase, battery dies. I called Ashford and they said it is covered under warrantysince watch runs while on the shelf. They expected me to ship it back and pay for the insurance. AZ to RI, with $1200 insurance was over $70 and would take 2 weeks 1 way. Would still need to go out for battery and be pressurized. So I would be without my watch over 1 month, have spent half of my purchase just to have. Hatters replaced. I took to a local high end watch dealer, and $60 to have done in 2 weeks, The least Ashford can do is pay for the shipping both ways since the battery went out so quickly.
Purchased a new eterna watch arrived damaged they did not offer a refund but told me to have it fixed at local jewellers the repair came to £81 GBP of which they would refund $50 dollars max £40 GBP.
Also watch has no warranty
I will never buy from them again you have been warned...
