This has been an incredibly stressful experience. I placed an order for two watches a week ago. Ordering from the US while being in Europe is always a hassle. Despite my payment being taken, I've received no response or update on the delivery status. The customer service is terrible; they keep sending automated messages promising a response within two business days. I've requested to cancel the order and get a refund but have heard nothing back. Strongly avoid this company. It's a scam and the customer service is laughable. I'll have to contact my bank to cancel the order.

It was good but when I choose my items and add to my bag,they can not save and each time I had to find and add again to my bag.

This was my first purchase from Ashford.com, and I must say, the process was smooth and hassle-free. After placing my order, I promptly received a confirmation email along with the package tracking number. The package arrived right on time, just as promised.

I ordered the Hamilton Jazzmaster Maestro 45mm Chronograph without seeing it in person, so I wasn't entirely sure if I'd like it. However, when I unboxed it, I was blown away by its beauty. This watch is quite large, but on my 7.5-inch wrist, it looks fantastic. The blue dial is particularly striking, changing color in different lighting conditions. It shines brilliantly in sunlight and appears almost black in low light, which adds to its appeal.

After two weeks of wearing it, I've noticed that the leather strap has become softer and more comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the push buttons are a bit sticky and not as crisp as I'd prefer, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase and can't wait to add another Hamilton to my collection.

I thought I was taking a chance on getting a real pair of Oakley sunglasses from this site but I was wrong. They sell authentic Oakleys at great prices. Love my new Oakleys. They even came with an authentic Oakley case which was not mentioned in the listing. They also shipped super fast.

Ashford offered an additional discount for providing my email/phone information then denied the discount at checkour. I probably will not purchase from this company again.

I received my item in the estimated delivery timeframe. Packaged very carefully and the item was exactly what I expected to receive. Great quality products for a great price.

I ordered may 25th with promises that I would receive a tracking number, I never received one nor do I know if my order has been shipped or the status. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Picked up some good pieces for great prices. Delivery is not too bad either. Not the quickest, but certainly not the slowest.

You check out kept stating my address was too long. It states it has to be under 35 Charters which my address is.
