Hoy realize mi segunda compra en Ashford y muy satisfecha con los artículos y precios en esta segunda compra me ofrecieron un cupón de 10 dls. Pero a la hora de ir a pago no me acepto el envío gratuito y la compra era de 110 dls.
Pienso que fue por el cupón y me cobraron 5.99 por el envio o sea NO fue gratis... deberían de respetar el envío gratuito.

從確認下單到收到手錶的速度還算順遂，沒有太多的延遲，但是打開錶盒才發現手錶未固定好，已經脫離應該固定的位置，很難想像在運送過程手錶是否因此翻滾碰撞而損傷，希望貴司在出貨前能確認手錶是否固定牢靠，還是說會因為手錶價值高低而有不同的待遇?
