Great prices... just wish I lived in the States!:-) Import charges and VAT add a juicy surcharge to your purchases if getting delivered to the UK, but overall they are still worth it! That says a lot about the unbelievable value Ashford are able to create in their pricing of a seriously strong range of sunglasses. If you are looking for some of their rarer items - like Montblanc - then there is nowhere cheaper on the web.

I used to do such purchases with Ashford and drill my shop. Make real my shop has absolutely abhorrent customer service. They don't care at all about their customers. I easily spent at least $20,000 with them over about 6 or 7 years. Thus far, Ashford has not given me a problem. I hope I don't run into run if I ever need to return anything, but as for now, I'm strictly with Ashford

I received my Luminox watch and am generally satisfied with the product. However, I noticed that the package did not include the user manual, which I consider important for a new product. I only received the Luminox warranty certificate. It would be ideal if future purchases ensure that all necessary items are included to provide a complete customer experience.

Ashford did great! Never ordered from them before this, which always makes me nervous. I'm very happy with the service. I love that I need to sign for the delivery and they don't leave it on the front porch. I had to go to UPS to pick it up. I'd rather do that than a porch pirate have a merry Christmas!

This order was a joy from start to finish. Ordered a Hugo watch from Scotland on a Sunday morning, and had the watch in my hand by the Friday afternoon! Absolutely fantastic service, and could watch the tracking details all the way. The watch itself was less than half the price of UK sellers, and that included the international delivery. I will 100% be ordering from Ashford again.

The GO Senator Excellence is beautiful. Jacob with customer service at Ashford was very responsive and provided prompt answers and service. Only downside is that watch does not come with all of its original boxing. Papers and warranty are present. 4 star review in context of box.Otherwise wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Super comfortable watch, gives me go anywhere do anything g-shock vibes but in a more stylish way in my opinion. The size is just right for my slightly under 7" wrist. When purchasing I was a little concerned the 22mm strap was going to be too "thick" but it looks and feels amazing. Again, very comfortable and great looking watch. Purchasing through Ashford was quick and easy. Got delivered a day ahead of the initial estimated date. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

Battery was dead in Luminox when it arrived. Didn't have any on hand, so had to buy some. Not a big deal, but it was annoying and an extra cost.

Watch arrived quickly, working well. Tritium markers have plenty of life left as of this writing 11/11/2024. Luminox tritium is subtle but effective on all 3 I have had previously. This one is no exception. 2nd jomashop purchase, certainly will do business again!

Shopping with Ashford was easy and the overall packaging was very very good. I received my Longchamp frames and original case in perfect condition. Would absolutely order from Ashford again but would upgrade my shipping for sure. USPS takes forever to get to us!

I found ordering a Hamilton watch from Ashford to be a pleasant experience. The prices are extremely competitive, the ordering process is straightforward, and the tracking of shipment was informative. The watch is beautiful and very sleek. I put it on as soon as it arrive. However, the watch make rolling noises every time I moved my arm or created motion with the watch. I thought it was a winding sound that would eventually stop, however, it continues to make this rolling noise that has become a bit of a nuisance. I am now attempting to find a way to service the watch to tighten what might be loose, however, it's turing into a inconvenience.

Customer service was very responsive, giving me options to return or get serviced. While I elected to service it, the nearest service center requires shipment. I haven't had time to package up my watch to ship off to get it serviced. I'm not sure if it's worth the time and effort.

Very disappointed as above this continues to happen that your company does not post out filled in warranty scans, very upsetting. I have been told they have been sent but that was 23 days ago and still no signs after waiting 2 months from purchase.
