Ashford did great! Never ordered from them before this, which always makes me nervous. I'm very happy with the service. I love that I need to sign for the delivery and they don't leave it on the front porch. I had to go to UPS to pick it up. I'd rather do that than a porch pirate have a merry Christmas!

I received my Luminox watch and am generally satisfied with the product. However, I noticed that the package did not include the user manual, which I consider important for a new product. I only received the Luminox warranty certificate. It would be ideal if future purchases ensure that all necessary items are included to provide a complete customer experience.

My previous order got canceled (same items) duo to some missing address, i don't know what was wrong, i put everything correctly. And i could not have it in time for my 6th anniversary. So i reordered it but I'm a bit disappointed
