Customer must pay for their own return label. The glass on the watches are higher than the bezel/watch frame. I have never seen a design like this before. Doesn't look good. Not sure why do they make this kind of design? It will cause the glass to get chipped easily.

I found them through a recommendation from an online reviewer and was hesitant due to the super low prices that things were clones or fakes. After receiving my purchase I was pleasantly surprised and will be back to purchase more.

Price and availabilty.
Ashford talks the talk but doesnt do the walk. I had to call 3 times just to get a clarification of the shipping. First call the rep Kurtyce Cole said he is going to send me a shipping label, waited a few days and then I called again, the lady rep said that all you have to do is print the label and place it on the box and is prepaid by Ashford, hour later same email no prepaid label. I call again and now I'm told that you have to pay for the shipping. I'm upset because not only I wasted my time, but the information was wrong. I'll probably just stick with Jomashop, I have been buying from them for years and have not had any issues in returns.
Sunglasses arrived well packaged in a very sturdy box. Shipping to Kentucky was not the quickest but they arrived in a reasonable timeframe without issue. Checkout was quick and easy.

Affordability and authenticity
I bought a Hamilton watch at a great price and got it in a timely fashion. However keep in mind that the box you get is not the original box of the watch. I got a little black zippered pouch instead of the new box it should have had. This is fine, but if giving as a gift or if you just want the original box it should have, it could be a potential let down like it was for me.
