Purchased 8 watches at one time for gifts to friends. Watches arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I was very satisfied with the watches and the service. Friends liked the watches very much and no one has had any problems with them. Excellent transaction.

Watch was 2 months old and never was in more than 2 feet of water. Customer service response below. Buyer be aware. "Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent order and we are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with your watch. The Glam Rock GR-106-22 watch that you purchased is not waterproof and comes with a resistance rating of 100m. That rating is good for wearing around water at times like washing your hands or dishes, but it is not able to be submerged. We do apologize for this, but the warranty does not cover water damage and we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund for this issue."

Everything was as promised. I had bought the watch without a picture and I had to say that is nothing short of my expectations, although the watch reference number was different from the one in Solar Aqua page.

I found this on sale and decided to go for it! Glad I did! I was going bonkers without a working watch to wear! With the sale price and then cashback from Rakuten combined made it about $15.00!
These are just ok. I gave 4 stars because I've been buying through Ashford for years. I don't understand why everything always looks better on someone else! I have more of a round face, so these are almost too small. I bought them as spares. Then I found about 3 different other pairs I had packed away! :)
I've been using Ashford for a couple years now. I've never been absolutely angry with anything I've ordered there either. I've purchased a couple other brands of sunglasses, along with some watches and jewelry from time to time.
Received the watch very quickly. Had a issue with the sale price of the watch. The responded to my request and made the adjustment very quickly. Great customer service!

Good price, reasonable, good shipping, it is imported from overseas so it takes time, but it is good, the product is very good, will definitely use the service again.

Ashford offers exceptionally good quality watches at reasonable prices.
Watchband was missing screws, only option was a return. I wanted to replace watch and the price had increased to $850 from the $285 I had paid. Will try and sort out the issue with the watch manufacturer. (Gervil)

I went to the UPS office to pick up the watch and they didn't have it. So they checked with another place and they didn't have it. Finally we were all looking at the notice and the name of an auto parts store was listed which I thought was just an error. But the very helpful UPS customer rep told us that they do use other stores and places as drop off points. He called and auto parts place did have it. So we dashed over there and got it. But really that is a strange system and if it wasn't for the persistent UPS staff person I would've just made an annoyed call the next day.

I buy a lot of watches and I can honestly say this is my favorite site to purchase from.
The prices are great customer service is great and they have a lot of great brands.
I was told about Ashford from one of my watch buddies and in turn, I’ve shared this site with so many people!
UPS could not call me before delivery. So I missed 2 deliveries and had to wait till 8pm for the third delivery. Did not allow me to request for change in delivery via the website. Ashford should consider giving the customers options to not use UPS.
The watch I received was DOA. It had a dead battery, the plastic ring retainer (inside) was broken, and it had no paperwork. The watch was not placed on the cushion inside the Invicta box as well...just laying sideways in box. Its hard to tell if it will last, frankly I couldn't tell if it was a counterfeit or not.
After describing all of the same disappointments, I received a "form" letter about making a return. I would be responsible for the postage, etc. etc. This was a hollow response if ever I received one. I have one as well, this review.

I have been wanting a Luminox watch for quite some time. I finally got one! I got the Bear Grylls Survival Watch XB-3745, not because I run around the woods looking for berries and ferns to eat but because I like its looks and 45mm size. Its Swiss made, has a chronograph, a cool yellow dial, a compass, a rotating bezel, and tritium tubes! You will always know what time it is, no flashlight needed to charge the luminescence. Tritium tubes glow all the time for 25 years, all you need to do is wait for the sun to go down and they work. There's even a tritium tube on the bezel at the 12 o'clock position so you can reference which end of the watch is up. Well, that's only true if you don't rotate the bezel out of the 12 o'clock position. It is water resistant to 200M or 660ft so, if I fall out of a boat at least my watch will still be running find me. But the best thing about this watch is buying it from Ashford. I didn't pay list price; the Ashford price was way less!

A couple of watches have lost functionality quickly. I was sent to Hamilton to use their warranty, rather than there being an Ashford exchange.
