Ashford

Started buying from Ashford almost 20 years ago. Always thought they sold quality products at low prices. My recent purchase after about a 10-year absence has reminded me they still offer good deals. They've been underrated compared to Amazon and Ebay.

Ordered two watches over the course of about 9 months. Both were priced well. Shipped and arrived fast. Both were in perfect new condition. Can't say that for other online watch sellers. Only wish they had more of a selection of brands but that's probably why their prices are so good.

Watch arrived within days to an international address, packaged very well, exactly as advertised, at a very reasonable price.

Would buy from Ashford again without hesitation.

I'm frankly surprised that there's so many negative reviews.

It's been my third purchase with Ashford.
Each time, the whole purchase experience has been absolutely perfect.

The watches, even pre-owned, are of the utmost quality. Shipping is extremely fast and efficient, too (four days from purchase to delivery in France).

Save your money. I bought two watches from Ashford in fall 2019, a Bucherer and a Glycine, with a total cost of nearly $950. Both are already useless. The stem of the Bucherer came off in my hand while I was winding it, and the Glycine, despite being an automatic watch, loses ten minutes every hour. All Ashford will do is cite to me their two-year warranty and otherwise tells me to kiss off. But no company selling watches at this price point should sell such junk. I'll never buy from Ashford again and discourage who wants a good product for good money from doing so.

I bought my RW Freelancer watch at ashford about 4 months ago. From the moment it arrived I fell in love with. Well packaged, came with warranty card, along with all goodies and stuff as expected.
This is a pricey watch though with over $1000 less in my wallet, but this is definitely worth every penny. So far runs smoothly no issues.

Love these sunglasses! They were shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. They were a bit loose on my face, but having worked for an optometrist, I was able to adjust themself myself. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again!

Pricing is very important and Ashford offers exceptional deals that are enhanced while viewing an item with a drop down window offering additional discount to get you to place an order. The shipping was fast as it took only 2 days to receive my watch which also happened to be delivered on a Sunday. Overall experience was outstanding and will be using them to purchase additional items in the future

Ashford, essentially is a grey market watch website. You can find deals with amazing prices. I ordered a watch and it took 3 business days to travel across the world to my doorstep. Upon inspection of the watch, it works properly, looks genuine as hell. So, I don't get the hate about Ashford to be honest. Some people argue that the watch doesn't work. For example, a quartz. First, please understand that most of "grey-market" watches are pretty much discontinued watch products that most likely stayed inside the box for years, if not decades. People criticize this business should really educate themselves the nature of "grey-market". Overall, I recommend this website if you're trying to find great deals on watches.

I'm very pleased with the customer service. At first I was afraid that it might not be original, so I sent an email to the service and they responded quickly. And in fact the products in Ashford are original. I am very thankful!

Ashford delivered fast! Package arrives within three business days which was amazing. Communications was excellent and when I sent a note saying that my purchase went through before I could put in my 5% code they immediately credited me that amount.

I didn't include the 5% code and sent an email. They quickly responded and credited me the amount owed.

48 hours for a response, then they don't answer your question so the 48 hours starts over. It's been over a week trying to get an RMA, unbelievable. Discount prices = poor customer service. I would avoid this website and business.

Great selection of beautiful watches. Very easy to use website and ordering experience Competitive pricing. Good communications via email. With notifications regarding shipping and delivery and tracking information.

My oldest son has been helping me due to recent back surgery.(awful) I knew he liked your watches, but I was hesitant because I had never heard of your company. I can now say to anyone reading this that the service & value are outstanding.

Ashford advertises their watches as brand new. However, the watch that I received had clearly been used and worn by someone. Although the price was attractive, I was under the impression that the watch would be delivered in a sealed box with all papers, which was not the case.
Now, Ashford wants me to pay for freight and will not send a prepaid return label. Also, I may be charged for the ''free'' shipping, but, we will find out when the refund is eventually made.

Please read their return policy before purchasing.

Not helpful.

The watch they sent us stopped working every few hours. When we went to send it back, we had to argue with them on the phone to get them to cover the return shipping cost! They finally said they would "make an exception." Yeah, thanks a lot... send me a defective product, then try to make me pay for shipping... that's good customer service! Oh, and apparently we are not getting the watch back for 8-10 weeks, because that is their turnaround time. There is a reason their products are so cheap... its the only way they can get customers. Buyer, beware!

Bought a Men's Corum Tides watch from Ashford. Beautiful & authentic watch at a great price. There is no way to fake a mechanical moon/tide complication; its real and have never had a problem with the watch. Buying it was smooth and trouble free. Think all these negative reviews are from Jewelry stores which generally sell watches at list price.

Shipping was secure and fast. I recommend using Ashford as the product is genuine and quality is great.

Love these watches, incredible quality. Most watches, even designer watches, do not have Swiss cases and movements. These are the best. The technology speaks for itself with testing from 1986. It's the only energy science product sold at a luxury level.

Shipping charges can be better managed.
Your appointed forwarder with add on charges make your product/services more costly vs other supplier.
Ashford should not just wash your hand because the extra money is paid for by your customer.
Customer look at overall cost and not just product cost.

Large selection with great prices! Found a name brand for a great price. I can't wait to wear them; I am sure to get compliments.

I had some difficulty for checking out, but solved by myself quickly.
Good price for the product. Paid an unexpected extra 5% duty beside 13% harmony tax.
For the product, I wish the applied numbers are brushed => might be easier for quick reading. High polish numbers reflect too much light, it takes over the beauty of the dial. The bending second hand might/could carry more personality with slightly more sharp angles. I get an average of - 4 second per day for last 5 days. Over all I enjoy the product.

Ordering online was fast and simple. Delivery was super fast. Will be ordering again.
