The watch I ordered had an inaccurate description but Customer Service made it right. Shipping took a bit longer than expected. Watch selection is very good but could have more higher end watch choices. Would rate 5 star except for the description issue. Otherwise watch exceeded expectations and a good value overall.

I was searching for a totally different watch. The ads naturally appeared for several similar watches and Ashford popped up with this one and offered extra off to purchase now. OK… I'll go with this one and get that other one later :) I did some quick research and found they were a good company and they delivered quickly with the full box, paperwork, cards, and everything. Definitely will include them in my search again.

The product arrived quickly and in a nice, protective box. I received quick updates and notifications about shipping and delivery so I knew exactly when to expect my package and also knew right away when it had been delivered. I chose to have my delivery authorized to be dropped of without having to sign as I wasn't home, but the orders are typically only released after obtaining customer signature so you don't have to worry about package thieves or a delivery to the wrong address.

Best watch deals are to be had at Ashford. They don't always have what you're looking for, but when they do you always get the best price. They ship fast and stand behind their watches. It's a great, safe place to shop.

Ordering online was easy and straight forward. Shipping was reasonably fast. My new Hamilton Khakai Automatic Field watch arrived safely and was well packaged. The watch is just as advertised, new and a great looking watch. It is more accurate than advertised. Mine loses less than two seconds per day on average. The dial is easy to read in bright daylight and if I charge the face/dial with a strong light before I go to bed, I can read the dial/numbers mos of the night. The band it came with is fine for most anytime except for "Dress", depending on your individual preference. This is a perfect every day watch for all.

When I placed my order it took forever to get here, and I got no response from their customer service. Never did, but it finally arrived. Now I have been trying to return the watch I bought for Christmas for my son and of course no response after multiple inquiries. I buy most items online and this is the worst experience I have had in a long time. If you value your time and money I would stay away!

The watch arrived on time and brand new as described. One day after placing the order, the watch was discounted an additional 5%. Ashford went above and beyond to credit me the difference, allowing me to capture the additional savings without hassle.

Watch went on sale after i ordered, ashford associate was courteous and helpful in allowing me to be credited the additional 5% ($272 in this case). Thanks again for the terrific service

I am utterly dismayed and feel morally obligated to share my recent nightmare experience with Ashford.com, hoping to save others from a similar fate. What was promised to be a seamless purchase of 'brand new' items turned out to be a blatant case of false advertising. The Mainspring Watch Winder and CCCP watch I received were not only used but looked like they had been through years of wear.

The ordeal didn't stop at the shocking state of the items. The company's response to my complaints was a masterclass in customer disregard. The solutions they offered were not only laughably inadequate but also completely ignored the logistical and financial burden placed on me, especially as an international customer. It's as if the inconvenience caused by their misrepresentation was my burden to bear, not theirs.

The company's refusal to provide a fair and reasonable resolution, including covering the direct return shipping costs from overseas, is nothing short of insulting. It's apparent that Ashford.com is more concerned with evading responsibility than rectifying their glaring mistakes.

I implore potential buyers to steer clear of Ashford.com. Their lack of integrity in product representation and their dismissive customer service approach is a red flag you can't ignore. Don't be swayed by the facade of luxury and quality they try to sell; my experience is a testament to the reality behind their glossy exterior. A company that fails to respect and value its customers does not deserve your business!

Overall love the style with one exception...the frame is bent and dont sit totally straight on my face. I have no time to deal with the whole returning process and waiting on another. Packaging could be better.

I had never ordered from this company before, looked at their reviews from other customers. After reading the reviews I was confident to place my order. Was not disappointed, delivery was quick price was right and watch is beautiful. Would have no problem ordering again.

Ordered the watch on Thursday night (easter weekend, Australia time), delivered in my hands on Tuesday AM (would have been Monday if not for the public holiday). Genuine Raymond Weil, 1/3 of the price and significantly cheaper than any other site. Definitely the genuine item. Super Happy

Honestly, I was very apprehensive about buying from this website but not only was shipping the fastest ever (I live in Hawaii), but they sent shipping confirmations and let me know where my package was every step of the way. The sunglasses are fantastic. I got them for my boyfriend and he is absolutely in love! They fit great and are exactly as advertised. I'm just confused as to how they can sell them for so cheap!

I am not a complainer in general. But this site just got my nerve finally. I placed an order for a Seiko Solar watch two weeks before Christmas. I was told it got processed when I trying to use a promo code. I said fine. But it never made to my door before, on or after Christmas. Called and chatted with customer service, Was told twice that they have to check the order management. Never got back. The person had attitude when I was on phone just simply explain the situation. This is will be the last time ordering for sure.

The prices for watches are all over the place - sometimes on a daily basis. I was able to save $30 on my watch just by waiting an extra day. Strangely, it was more expensive on its "Rock bottom sale" than it was on a regular fall sale price. I was skeptical on the Rock bottom price and decided to save an extra day and literally 12 hours difference paid off.

I'm not sure if there's a price tracker for Ashford, but if there is, I'd avail myself of it.

I found upon ticket in a box in the closet and wanted to buy back my husband's watch. It had already been sold. This watch matches his wedding ring and I know that he will be so excited when he opens it at Christmas

I have bought a couple watches from Ashford.com. It's been a wonderful buying experience each time. I highly recommend this site. (2) CT Scuderia watches and (1) CCCP watch, which is currently in transit. I keep looking at a U-Boat and a Hamilton.

I found a very fair price on a beautiful watch that I had been hunting for. My package was delivered in just a couple of days after my order and great communication while it was going through the shipping process.
