Purchased 8 watches at one time for gifts to friends. Watches arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I was very satisfied with the watches and the service. Friends liked the watches very much and no one has had any problems with them. Excellent transaction.

I've made SEVERAL purchases and I've never had to return anything! Item description is 100% accurate, if anything, the photos don't do the items justice! Pricing/Deals are phenomenal! Items arrive WELL packaged and delivered much faster than expected! Customer service is friendly, understanding and very helpful. I may be a newer customer but I'm a customer for life now!

Better prices on name brand products
For some reason UPS are the worst delivery company to deal with I paid my duties on my watches I have done in past purchases and still the hassle I got to get it delivered was ridiculous I stopped buying from your store in the past before this and I'm afraid to this the last time unless you change or give an option to use DHL

Possible to buy watches at reasonable prices.
I bought one Hamilton Thinline Automatique in September 2024 and the date on warranty card was April 2022! The watch is ok and was delivered with Hamilton soft case and all the papers.

The watch is perfect with its original smooth zipped box and papers but unfortunately the warranty card is dated 22 APR 202 instead of purchase date 27 SEP 2024! This let me understand that the watch is one customer return...
