You reduced a previous watch to where I could afford it but I had to return it because the promotional video said it was 45mm and your advertisement online says 48.8mm… I can only wear 48 mm or larger.
International buyer. Was aked to supply copy of credit card and ID via email! Very suspect behaviour that I have never encountered before when shopping online.
They didn't even bother to reply to emails.
Ashford offers a tremendous variety of Hamilton watches at great prices. I received my watch in just a few days. This was my first Hamilton watch. One thing I quickly noticed is that my watch kept stopping. I called customer service and they explained that I had to wind the watch 30-40 times in order to start the automatic winding function. There were no instructions in the package from Hamilton. Fortunately, the Ashford customer service agent quickly solved my problem. Now I'm a satisfied Ashford customer!
So I bought a Tissot watch for a fair price that I had to return, reason for return the watch I received was a bit different than the one shown in the picture finish wise, long story short it cost me $18.00 to return a watch that they misrepresented next time I will order from Amazon they don't charge for returns lesson learned. Good bye Ashford.

Purchase experience has always been smooth as silk. No issues whatsoever. Perfect quality. FYI, years ago I did return a watch. That went smoothly as well. I highly recommend doing business with Ashford.
First, when I saw other reviews here, I was afraid to order my desired watch, because the rating is very low with lots of comments about fake watches and bad service.
But, after some research, I've found that on amazon and ebay Ashford has very high ratings and excellent user reviews, so I've tried and you know what? I'm really happy with my purchase! I bought "baume and mercier" watch which has really very high quality. Also it was under sale from $3000 to $1400.
So I can say that Ashford's rating is wrong here. Maybe because only negative reviews are post and all others who are satisfied hasn't provided any. That's the case I'm writing this one. Happy shopping.
Extremely high brokerage fees incurred by UPS, in my case it added up to about 22% of the purchase value. It would be great if Ashford would add another, lower cost. Shipping option for Canadians. I am fairly sure this would bring an uptick in the number of shoppers from Canada.

I have made many purchases from Ahsford and they are great to work with and offer some of the best prices around. When something you are looking at goes on one of their specials grab it you won't find a better price.

Bought two watches. First one: Battery died in a week! Hassle to get the $25 refund on a dead watch (who sells movados that have watches that die that quickly?) Second watch (Rado) Pins fell out during the first wearing! Told them about it, and their response was 'too bad, the bracelet isn't covered'. I'm sorry, I would think that a DEFECTIVE band on a $500 watch would be considered "part of the watch"... but Ashford uses all kinds of loopholes to sell crap products and avoid standing behind them.
Just bought watch two months ago for over $1400. 00, which I used it may be less than week all together and stopped working, send it back to ashford, spend $50.00 for shipment, and I was told they will try to repair the watch. If I want the watch to be repaired, I would have sent it back to MFG. Customer service would not exchange the lemon watch with new one. I don't know; if ashford does sell refurbish watches under new watch. Is hard to believe brand new watch cost over $1400. 00 works for less than two weeks and need to be repaired. This wis first and last time I will purchase anything from them just Beware of their false advertisement
The watches were excellent - price was reasonable; however, I wish there was a calculation or estimate for duties and other delivery charges. It ended up being an extra $100 CAD! All in all still a good experience and I have bought another watch from Aahford.
Price and reputation
Recently i purchased 2 watches and one order i canceled at same point of time. After continues follow up and mails, calls (after 15 Days) they send a mail in which they have written Please talk to your Bank with some authorization code to reverse the payment. Its really become a headache to get the money back from them. Really a bad experience.

I was shopping for these glasses online and found a great deal at Ashford. They shipped quickly and actually arrived before the estimated delivery date. Competitive Pricing
I ordered a rado sintra, paid for second day air. Payment was taken from my account. Patiently waited five days, checking the order for tracking info updates. After 5 days, the order info says it was cancelled. I called customer service immediately and they asked if i had received an email about why t was cancelled. I didnt. They have no answer and said they would email me.
Im glad i found this site and read all the bad reviews. When they email me to authorize a reorder i will be declining. Will never buy from ashford ever again.

Them is almost worn off, so I have some question if manufacturers warranty will exist. Finally, the box isn't the original box it should've come in and the booklets weren't present. Not a massive deal, but should probably just put up a disclaimer that this may be the case.

All of you guys crying about fake watches and poor customer service are stupid. The guy at the coach store, where I took it to get the links taken out, said that it was absolutely real and when I told him what I paid for it he was floored by what a great deal I got. So all you salty Aholes should really do your research before you start $#*!ing online.
Over the past 3 years I purchased 16 watches from Ashford. Well never again. One of the watches was an Edox - relatively inexpensive at $329. Well the watch arrived broken. It has been sent back to Ashford twice for repair and it is still broken. Ashford REFUSES to exchange it for another one or provide a refund. So - if they refuse to stand behind their products for someone who has purchased 16 watches from them, how do you think they're going to treat you? Do yourself a favor and buy your watches somewhere else. Don't get ripped off by Ashford..
I have bought 15 watches from Ashford and almost everything was O. K.
Mechanical watches were 100% O. K.
Quartz watches had empty bateries in some cases, but replacement was cheap & easy for me, so I didn´t claim it.
Delivery from US to Europe was very very fast and free of charge.
Just one negative point - packaging should be better, I mean more durable.

Beware of Ashford. They do not stand behind their warranty. I purchased a new Rado in January 2018 and it stopped working in July 2018. They claimed it had excessive water damage. The watch was used daily and was never exposed to excessive water. Just normal wear and tear. I never heard of a warranty doesn't cover normal use. They refuse to repair it under the two year warranty they offer at the time of purchase. It is clear they sell inferior products and do not stand behind their warranty
I have got a pair of reasonably priced sunglasses of my favorite designer, TB, as a gift. The shades are brand new and well packed, made in China. Delivered promptly. The shades come without a cleaning rug.
