I am an online shopper, and I love watches. I recently purchased a zenith watch from ashford.com and I cannot be any happier, in fact I I was stunned by the low price of this watch ( same watch was on jomashop, and authentic watches by $1800-$3300 more) ridiculous right? I know. Anyways, because of the low price even though it was 2 days before Black Friday I purchased it, well the watch got even cheaper on Black Friday by some $300 dollars, we'll I called customer service and Lisa answered the phone and she refunded me the $300 dollars without asking twice, I don't know about you but ashford.com has become my new favorite site to shop. I wish I knew this site sooner having shopped at jomashop and authenticwatches in the past I feel like I could've saved me some more but o well, now I know better. Thank you ashford, thank you Lisa.
P. S I am looking to buy another watch, I love these Baume et Mercier and they have the best prices out there.

I enjoyed the ease of finding my Calvin Klein Sunglasses and many more brands. It was effortless going between brands of Sunglasses and watches. They include a lot of information about the products also for you to find the perfect fit.

I purchased a watch from ashford and when it arrived I discovered that it was not what I was looking for so I repackaged it and started a return. Ashford deducted $10.37 from my refund for nonspecific reasons. I have asked for an explanation but have not received one. I returned the watch just as I received it. I know $10.37 isn't much but if they can do this to all returns then this is another source of income because most people will just accept it and move on. I believe that Ashford is dishonest and will not use them again.

Fast shipping ---watch does not work cannot set time or anything on this watch. None of the set buttons work. This is and inexpensive watch to begin with, But it should still work. Cost prohibitive to return. Very dissatisfied. NEVER Again

I am satisfied with the product I receive, looks great and built seems of high quality. I did lots of online exploration and the ashford.com offered reasonable price. Later I needed a detailed receipt for insurance purposes and contacted the customer support, and got the response and what I wanted so quickly done. I am highly satisfied with ashford.com and would consider for future needs as well.

I was looking for a special gift for my brother's birthday. I ordered several time from Ashford before and each time was perfect. The site is easy to use, informative, purchasing is easy and when the watch arrived it was exactly as I expected! All around great experience!

I am hoping to get a refund for the watch. Many companies have a return label to print our, but this company does not. Therefore, I need to pay the return postage and a box for sending it back.
I most likely will not purchase from them again.

I received an email as to what to do next

Told it had been delivered. UPS sent a message that it was delivered. My husband checked and finally found it on my elderly neighbor's porch. Ashford always great. Can't figure out why UPS can't read the address.

I placed an order on the above Versace sunglasses and received notification that the order could not be processed with no other information. The same item continues to appear on the Ashford website and placed a new order that did not appear to have been processed. If the item is not available, why was it showing as being in stock even after my order was cancelled. I cannot rate the product because it was never received.

This is the 3rd time I ordered with Ashford. The watches are authentic. Ordering online is easy and shipping is fast. My watches are beautiful! I am a very happy customer. Will definitely but again with Ashford.

Excellent condition, looks amazing on wrist. Will be ordering additional colors. Ashford delivery was extremely fast and great secured packaging as the mailman left the package outside in the rain but the packaging saved the watch from damage.

I bought a watch from Ashford as a birthday gift to my dad. It stopped working within one year. I contacted the client service and have to pay the shipping fee to send it to their repair team. It was sent back to me after a month and claimed to be fixed. However, it stopped working after one hour. It is a really disappointment experience and my lesson is personally I will never ever buy stuff from that site.

After reading the negative reviews i still went ahead and bought 3 watches for xmas present. What a BIG mistake. Poor packaging caused damage to a 5000 dollar watch, online chat to complain was a waste of time. Said i had to wait 24 hours to 48 hours for a reply to my complaint in an email. Its now 5 days later and still no response. Its not too late to sent the watches bacK and buy replacments elsewhere. Service is non existant. Ignore there cheap prices with useless warranty as it will cost you a fortune to post and insure to return even when they send faulty goods. FRAUDSTERS

The chain of the watch was broken, Feel very disappointed.
