Easy Transaction and Fast Delivery. However, I bought a watch from Ashford in the past and although I had my refund in full with no issues, they stipulate that you can't even try the watch on the wrist. That watch had a sealed shrink wrap plastic, so I didn't even get it out of the wrapping.

The watch that I purchased was defective. The second hand ran but the time never changed. I did not realize the defect until I had removed the plastic cover. Ashford would not refund my money and I had the send the watch back for warranty work. They claim it will take up to 10 weeks to resolve the issue. I am very skeptical that they will fix the watch. A reputable company would have refunded my money and apologized.
Sold a brand new watch in attractive price or cheap price. If you want super cheap from them, just check out slickdeals.net, sometimes they provide a coupon code; then you will get a super cheap. I bought 10 watches in two transactions from them at super cheap price for resale; but at the end I returned to them all in 2 transactions and each time I got a full refund. I followed their direction of return and I did exactly on the return instruction that they provide and I got a full refund of $2200. This online store sell genuine brand new expensive watch at super attractive price and I am very satisfy to buy watch from them. The watches are genuine and brand new.
The crown fell off a new watch I bought from them on its initial time adjustment. The customer rep I spoke to told me that the crown being an external item was not covered by warranty. I could not believe what she was saying and i insisted on talking to her supervisor and she told me such a person was not available, when I asked if she was the only one at the company she relented and got me to her supervisor Bret. He gave me the same song and dance and when I became upset he relented and told me they would look at it to see if it can be repaired. Im still not sure I will send it, once its in their hands they could hold it hostage and I am not sure I trust them.
I ordered a watch and the face was too big for me. I called customer service and they were awesome. I ordered another watch and received it 2 days later. I love the new watch and Ashford followed up to make sure I was happy with the new watch. I highly recommend Ashford for their service and their discounts on watches. I have two now!
Purchased Rado watch on a Cyber Monday, but when it arrived it had a different look/color of the dial than on the website and I didn't care for it. Chose another watch and although it was a comparable Rado model was not offered at the Cyber Monday price. Customer service checked with their Sales Manager and he approved the exchange. All handled very professionally and smoothly including UPS charges both way. I was impressed and very pleased.

I purchased a Raymond Weil moonphase from Ashford. Less than 2 months later the thing was broken... I sent it back--- which cost me 50 bucks, then had to wait over a month to get the "repaired" watch back. It was returned and worked for about a week before breaking again. Ashford would not return the watch and instead said that they would "repair" it again. Customer service not helpful, and now, Ive owned the watch for almost a year and have only had it operational for 3 months... A TOTAL JOKE. I will never use them again, they do not do quality repairs and sell substandard watches.

Purchased a 88 Rue du Rhone Double 8 Origin Men's Watch 87WA*******-SD as a "Store Display. Pristine Condition - Never Worn"
Original impression was positive and I reported I was very happy with this purchase. However, the watch has since broken down, and I wore it only occasionally.
I tried to give them a second chance, and added a watch in my cart yesterday. Went to checkout this morning, and price increased by 50%! Chatted with *, a customer service supervisor, and was non-apathetically told they would not honor the price in effect when i put it in the cart within the past 24 hours. Wow, they lost a purchase and a customer. Will not shop with them again.

I bought a watch from Ashford and it got bad in a few months. They misguided me to send the watch back a few times for repair, but they could not fix it after a few times. They said the watch was shocked, but they never provided me the proof. The watch was never shocked on my side. They refused to refund me. Their products might be gray market stuff or falsified. I will never buy from them again. I absolutely don't recommend them.
Order has not been delivered. Ashford imputes fraudulent loss to customer and requests a police report for a parcel that probably has never been delivered at all.
This is pour customer service and leads to the assumption that Ashford wants to refuse its liability.

I ordered total of eight watches from Ashford and two of the watches needed battery because they weren't working. I spent $20 each total of $40. Im really unhappy how come you are sending watches without checking them they are fully operating or not.

Be careful, Ashfor products are FAKE. That probably why items sent to any address outside the United States are considered final sale and cannot be returned. What a clever way to steal honnest consumers! Ordering at Ashford was my biggest mistake and it costed me a lot!
Great... swift delivery. I changed my mind and would prefer to have the other watch. The replacement order was smooth and the customer service was responsive. Very satisfied with my final purchase and am wearing my new watch all the time.
The export charges are mentioned on the website that you will be charged, but not included when you buy the watch. I got ripped off an extra £115, in dollars it's $140 i had to pay UPS otherwise i wasn't getting the watch. Not happy about that at all, the full amount should be mentioned on the website, not just a sentence.
I was only told export charges can be charged on International shipping but no amounts. I wouldn't of bought the watch if i knew i was gonna pay such a big amount. For this reason i should be refunded the $140.
I thought im getting a great deal when i wasn't.

I wasn't able to order because the website wouldn't allow me to enter the detail for the billing information on my card properly. Unfortunately the website is not optimised for this and flags the purchase as fraud. Look into changing the address fields to reflect this more properly.
Otherwise the website probably is fine. Seems to have a lot of products and the overall layout is great. Prices are good as well.

Earlier, when attempting to place an order, the web site wouldn't complete the transaction. Yet, it still had the audacity to still try and charge my credit card for a transaction it wouldn't compete. My bank then notified me of fraudulent that I had to spend my time resolving. Any discounts I received for being a first time customer were hard earned,

It's an authorized dealer with a warranty that sells at a great discount. What's not to like?
