Do not shop at Asos. You will not be able to get your refund from customs as thier website states if you choose to refund your products. You will only receive refund for what you purchased. I paid $613 in customs fees and have not been able to get anything back despite all efforts. No help from Landmark global or Asos.
Your request WILL be denied as Landmark global (the courier they hire to ship to Canada) does not respond to any requests for documentation you will need to obtain your custom refund from thr Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA).
Terrible company! They should be using another courier but clearly do not care about any of the Canadian customers enough to do so. CBSA mentioned they have so many unresolved or denied cases due to the fact Landmark/Asos have not helped canadians produce the customs documents (proof of import and export) required for them to provide the customs fees refund.
Just shop somewhere else. Not worth it.
I purchased a dress, but received the wrong item. When I tried to return the item I was unable to print the return label because the item I purchased was on sale.so I printed a return label from a previous purchase, sent the item back with a not attached explaining the situation. When they sent me refund they shorted me on my money.
Please do not purchase from ASOS ensure ASOS goes burst! I ordeted a 2 mules from ASOS on Monday 31sy Oct 2022, estimate delivery 3rd November. However, courier tracking on EVRI shows that parcel is still not sent out as of 3rd Nov 2022. But is in ASOS Warehouse. Got on the ASOS chat, 3 customer service agents cut me off whilst typing. I demanded to speak to cusyomet service manager, it was load of vain promisrs to ensure this episode of failed delivery is not repeayed. I asked for a concession, no response. ASOS is a rip-off, STOP patronising ASOS!
Do not get fooled by the "Free shipping" mention! That company does not pay for shipping and let you handle it at the Post Office. Well-known as the clerk immediately apologized for the wrong-doing of the company when she saw the package. There are better places to spend your money at.
Obviously laughable customer service on top of that.

They confirmed they got the products and they accepted the return but then they sent me like 50 emails saying that they have a delay. It has been 10 months. No human person has contacted me or tried to explain this frod, I got replies only from bots. Please never buy at asos, as they just cheat customers
I would really give it 0 stars but to say that there products are terrible quality is an understatement. On top of that, I returned everything on my order - however they sent me a return address in Canada which means I cannot get my $85 of duties back because they are hiding behind the fact that it wasn't returned to the UK - reached out to customer service and they just don't care. They've been an pain to the CA border services so BE WARNED!
I bought an expensive eyeshadow palette and 1 of the shadow was broken. I asked them for a partial refund as I don't have the time to go to the post office due to my job and they said they could only give me a voucher for a 20% off to buy the same palette! I didn't want the same palette, only 1 of the shadows was broken and you can get 20% off vouchers on the site any day. So basically I have a palette which is partly broken and Asos couldn't be bothered to issues me with a part refund after I explained my work hours. Last time I buy anything from them and I have spent a fortune I the past.

It used to be a good company to purchase from about a decade ago but now it's become deceiving and fishy. I was charged $19 to retrieve my package from the post office. It was not customs or taxes; they made it clear that the charge was made by ASOS. A fee called COD (collect on delivery) that Asos doesn't disclose to its customers at the time of purchase. I paid $77 for my order (including delivery fee) and another surprise $19 to have my package released. So BEWARE of this website as what may seem like a good deal on sale items will end up costing you more than the full price.
I believe there are more victims out there for this bad service, I purchased a few items on ASOS and every time I reached out to Agents, they always said I should wait a few more days, if I don't get the order they will refund me, it's been 1 month now they still extending the delivery date. What's funny I receive an email to rate the order which I've not received yet.

Wrong color Shoes sent sent! I tried repeatedly to notify ASOS, that their return tab on the web page, would not create a Return Lable to send shoes back! The return address was not included in order box! I tried to contact them numerous time, they never, replied back, but once I filed a disputed with my Credit Card co., they IMMEDIATELY replied to them saying they were not liable, they sent the correct item,,, AS A RESULT MY CREDIT CARD CO. WANT REIMBURSE ME AND I HAVE SHOES THAT I CAN'T USE FOR THE PURPOSED INTENDED, AND I HAVE NO WAY TO RETURN THEM, DUE TO ASOS WANT REPLY TO ME AND THEIR DUMB TAB WILL NOT PRODUCE A RETURN LABEL!... So I shopped on 11/05/2022. They left it near the bins and attached a photo calling it my secure place even though I know nothing about it. I don't receive the package. I report to Asos who agree that they will refund me. I have been emailing them since and every time a new person responds to the email about a week or two later and says some irrelevant stuff and won't make a refund. They've emailed me a discount code now which I have refused and Kelsey who thinks it's a good idea to tell me to take it. So a five month wait for a refund and insulting discount code. Basically Asos philosophy is: We'll mess you about and then offer you a discount code and force you to shop i within seven days so we can make more money from you. The customer services are a bunch of idiots.
I wish I could give ASOS no stars! I returned several items of clothing but ASOS refused to return my payment. I had been a good customer spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the years I shopped there. I had returned the clothing but they said they couldn't find my return and refused to refund me. I stopped shopping at ASOS. It is not worth the risk. ASOS does not value its customers.

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
