Bought a sweater and a cardigan, frankly the price was very cheap and the pictures looked good. The actual items received were good, but they don't last. The sweater lost its shape after one wash, and the cardigan seems to be polyester, which easily gets static electricity.
Bought a pair of Dr Marten shoes which are supposed to be one of the best for leather and longevity. When the shoes arrived they were farrrrr from new! They were battered! They had clearly been worn for several weeks and returned or worn by an ASOS member of staff that decided to exchange their battered pair for my new pair upon dispatch! I have attached photos as the shoes' battered state on delivery have to be seen to be believed! AVOID this company, they no longer care about their customers.
HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! I RETURNED A DRESS WELL WITHIN THE RETURN WINDOW. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REFUND ME BUT INSTEAD THEY POSTED A STORE VOUCHER WHICH THEY CANCELLED AND STOLE MY MONEY! BEWARE AFTER THIS SITUATION I FOUND MANY OTHER REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA SAYING THE SAME! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM IF YOU NEED A REFUND. THEY WILL JUST KEEP THE ITEM AND YOUR MONEY AND RUN YOU IN CIRCLES UNTIL YOU GIVE UP.
I ordered a pair of shoes off of this site and I was shipped a damaged box in terrible condition. I asked for a resolution of this by customer service and they said nothing can be done. I will NEVER order from here again.

They shipped me the wrong size shoe after I paid extra for shipping. They ask for 21 days to process a refund. I haven't received it yet, we'll see what happens. I would never ever order from ASOS again.
This is by far the worst company as far as brand as well as customer service. I ordered 5 items and they were all trash, returned the next day. Shipping and tracking said arrived and asos is saying they never received. I've had to go through countless emails probably with a bot, PayPal and my bank to get my $400+ back. I will never purchase from here and I advise anyone else the same.
I ordered a few items, as per their sizing chart. When I received the pants they were huge! Then I went to return them, and it was going to be almost $23 to return the item. Which was stated there was going to be a fee until the last part of the return. When trying to communicate with the customer service agent, they were condescending. And while I tried to point out it doesn't say there will be a fee for returns under the FAQ's they told me there was a flaw in their system that they are working on. So they admitted to having incorrect info on the website and still wouldn't retract a fee to send them a return.

Requested return and sent package (30+ days ago). Receive email from ASOS that my refund is in process.
After 30 days I contact customer support for not receiving money back. Insted refund they blocked my account without explanation and won't help me even if I contacted customer support more then 8+ times and sending them emails.
For no reason they just blocked my account and my card, trying to contact costumer support, they just blocked another several accounts of mine not letting me order items I wanted
I bought a product to be delivered in 2 days, and I still have not got it after 2 months. I got in contact with their customer service via chat at least some 8 times already. Nothing is resolved. Last time they said they would reimburse me, and that I would get an email confirming that in 24 hours. Nothing of that happened. I literally feels that their customer service is just fooling you deliberately. Not to say that all the agents throw the exact same AI generated polite responses. I strongly suspect that Is just a huge scam machine.
I recently ordered a winter coat and not even a day or two passed by and the price went down, I spent close to $300 dollars on it, so of course I reached out to them to see if I could be reimbursed for the difference, unfortunately they said that they couldn't do it because I would have to pay for return and then wait for reimbursement to only repurchase it, first time buyer and last time. Be aware!

I ordered a T-shirt and jeans there this month. The T-shirt came in 100% cotton, and the jeans are of questionable fabric, you can't tell from them that they are straight natural jeans.
This company takes no ownership for things that go wrong. Do not make it easy to speak to anyone that can actually help the customer. Tell you shipment is free yet there's a pick up charge. Leaving you no option but to pay. God forbid you have to return your items.
My fiancé ordered a dress recently for a wedding from ASOS. Dress took awhile to arrive which I initially didn't mind at all. It being a busy season and all, when I received the dress it was the wrong dress all together. I went to get ahold of asos but there is no number you just get to message back and forth with a customer service rep. I was told that I need to return the address and they will issue a refund in 2-3 weeks. I leave next week for this wedding. ASOS was completely no help other than basically saying we'll get you taken care of when we can. Don't recommend using this company due to the fact if they make a mistake it's on YOU to fix it.
Received the wrong shirt on my order. So, I called in and got immediate help! It was quick and after a couple of minutes I was basically fully covered. I understand everything, stuff just happens sometimes.
I'm so grateful how fast the situation was corrected! I want to thank the girl who was on the line with me, unfortunately don't remember her name, but I hope for more workers like her in the future!
Their return policies are terrible. 28 days before you get a refund? Really? Using our money so that you can make more money. That is completely unethical and this company should be investigated. I've already sent in a complaint to the United States governments consumer Financial protection bureau.

I bought two shirts from this company and return them because they were too small. They now tell me it's going to take 28 days before they refund me the money even though they acknowledge having the shirts.
Nice selection, but the way they send your stuff is horrible. Don't count on customer service. Bad! Every single item is mostly sent in cheap bag, arrives damaged. You cannot reorder. Make up exploded in last packaging damaging the rest of the items, plus my carpet at home. Other items lost, not delivered. Worst service ever. 40 minutes in chat after chat with always same ending about being contacted some day via email. Put your act together asos people.
Low quality products plus I paid $70 customs fee on $180 shopped items. I've been ordering many other online sites that's located overseas and NEVER had to pay such fees.
They're always advertising with sales price with nice design clothing but do not trust. You're going to end of paying high (what they're calling) "customs fee" and receiving horrible quality items (with stitches out). This site is totally scam. People who left good reviews are probably some are also a scam/part of team.
I truly don't understand what's the point of sending completely different size than the one ordered? You think people are that stupid they won't notice difference between xl and xs or you just don't care? Disappointed. Never ordering again.
ASOS has by far the worst customer service ever. Had refund issues. First time chatting with them, they promised a full refund in 10 days. Never received it. Tried to chat with them again, one manager called "MA" was very rude. Didn't say a word but keeps end my chat. Now my account has been blocked. I can't even chat to them anymore.
Why is this business still running? Why do you even have CS when you offers no help?

Absolutely shocking customer service. Failed to deliver my order and the order is nowhere to be seen on my account but payment taken through paypal. Tried paypal resolution centre but Asos stated delivery was made (definitely not). No customer phone number only email which takes an age for any contact. Avoid this company its rotten!
Firstly asos have got a lot to answer for. Wrong items sent to me, parcels going missing. Returns not been issued. ASOS have blocked my account with no reason given. I have then contacted them to say why it has been blocked. Their response was shocking as it stated they will no longer be replying to my email. I have a condition which makes me in between sizes and as a clothing retailer when you can't try on in the shops of course you are going to return stuff. I also pay a yearly delivery fee which I can no longer use but again asos don't even care. Really poor customer service as they don't want to help at all because the account is blocked. Rather than blocking the loyal customers and really upsetting us why not look into why the orders are never correct or why EVRI fail to deliver the parcels. Shocking way to treat their customers. Really hope they get shut down. I have contacted them so many times regarding my return but still waiting on the money with no help given.

Can't speak to a live person. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes with the live chat. Until I finally decided to hang up. I'm certain this was their goal to wait me out. Received items less than 24 hours ago. Fabric was poorly made and I wanted to return it. Didn't realize it was final sale. Asked if I can return and receive store credit at least and they said no. Never again.
Super non-customer-oriented service. I indicated 2 different addresses, sent in one parcel to 1 address, which is why I had to pay 20% tax. The support refused to compensate for this, although it is their fault. After exhausted nerves, they offered a 10 percent discount, although they could have done it right away. They will not give you your money back for packages lost in delivery. They'll spin it on you, claim that they'll investigate and hold up a refund for weeks. Constantly say, "please allow more time for delivery" (mind you-I've sent over 25 emails and months have passed-no phone # btw) until you finally give up and let them keep the money. If you buy something at ASOS, it's a huge risk as you'll likely lose your money. I'm not the only person. Check the other reviews.
