ASOS closed my account without any explanation. Ok, I suppose it is their right. But then they processed merchandise return a few days later, and since I paid with a gift card, the refund went back to the gift card associated with my closed account, to which I have no access. All attempts to resolve the issue with them were futile. In response to BBB complaint, they said that only the original gift card purchaser may contact them regarding it, and not the gift card recipient. However, when the original purchasers contact them, they are told that the recipients should reach out to them.
First ever order... sent out damaged goods then refuse to accept return saying they have been worn... they were returned in exact condition they were sent... they dont even follow british laws of 14 day money back
ASOS was my favourite place to buy all my clothes from and I've spent thousands on it over the years. However, more recently, their returns and customer service has been shocking! I haven't returned a parcel in the last year without there being a problem. They are always trying to say you haven't sent everything back that you have and when you get in touch, they make you out as if you're a liar! I've ended up just paying the full lot on several occasions because I can't be bothered with the hassle and the long waits on the live chats.
I've now deleted the app completely as I just don't trust or respect them as a company anymore!

To say I'm disappointed with this clothing distributor is an understatement...please don't waste your time buying from this website. Their company is particularly money hungry and can care less about their customers. I ordered something to be sent to my home in Canada, not only was it sent to the post office but I was charged $80 in customs fees! The box they shipped out my items in was HUGE! Even though I only ordered a few things that could fit in a medium size box (probably even smaller like a parcel...) They never mention this, and you have to look through articles in their help centre to see something about customs fees. Not transparent at all. What is the point of having discounts if the money you save has to be spent again on the things you've already bought + More! Extremely disappointed
Refunded $50 of items and they took off ALL DISCOUNTS FROM THE WHOLE Order off from my refund. So essentially stole my money. And kept the items I returned. They're trash.

I placed an order and not even half of the products arrived. Of course, I didn't get the most expensive products (makeup from Charlotte Tilbury). I then spoke on their website chat with an assistant and they confirmed that they would send me others. The next day I received an email that they closed my account because I did not accept the terms and conditions. I sent a message on the chat again because they don't talk on e-mail so they don't have any kind of evidence. On the asos live chat, the conversations disappear after they end, so only they can see them. They told me to contact my bank to return the money. Over a month and a few days have passed and they do not accept my request for a refund saying that I actually received the products. Initially, as I said, I didn't even want the refund, I just wanted my products. I didn't think you could play your customers so badly.
Bought a shirt for 40 euro, used it 4 times, and it's already getting very nappy. The material is simply very bad, it looks terrible.
Most of the time I like to buy from thrift stores/second hand shops and never had a shirt which gets nappy, so this is a first! Wouldn't expect this from a 40 euro shirt, but rather something bought from aliexpress. Even the shirts I bought from Primark with 5 euro they are better quality than this.
It's a pitty because the model and the colors are amazing, but in the end it's just a waste of material.

I ordered from ASOS they sent me the wrong sized item and i was told i couldnt do an exchange i had to return the item then re-order it and it takes 10 days for order to be returned fully to my account, then i re-ordered the item again to recieve the wrong size again and now told when i have sealed it back up with a return label that i also need to send them a pic of the wrong size and if the bag isnt sealed properly after i have opened it again then i need to pay for said items if they are damaged on return. Not great customer service for goods or returns.
I order on the 3rd of June and 2 days later I still didn't received my order and I have next day delivery. They don't have a customer service line to speak to someone one but when I call the lady on the phone told me the Asos doesn't have customer service line and to speak on live chat but the live chat is machine not a person actually talking to you. When I tried to explain the situation to her she just turned off the phone on my face, were rude and unprofessional. I order wedding vest dress and a shoes for a wedding i have to go and I was so excited to get my orde and it wasn't cheap and I don't know when or if I will get my refund or my order. I'm really disappointed at Asos, I don't know if I will ever order from this company again.
Can't speak to a live person. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes with the live chat. Until I finally decided to hang up. I'm certain this was their goal to wait me out. Received items less than 24 hours ago. Fabric was poorly made and I wanted to return it. Didn't realize it was final sale. Asked if I can return and receive store credit at least and they said no. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
