Everytime i am playing something it either will not load, freeze, or crash. I cant play anything without a disaster happening. If i could give negative stars i totally would. I hope that at&t improves.

We were 100% promised $150 cards for each of our 3 phones. We changed our carrier to AT&T. Never received them & been fighting for them for 3 months. Lied to, scammed and duped. After I escalated it up 3 levels I'm being told there were no promotions at that time and they can't give them to me. They absolutely can give them to me! How is that my problem?! The worst company and customer service ever. Total scam! Don't go with AT&T! Im only giving it one star because I have to. They get an F- from me.
AT&T leads the pack in the worst customer service on the planet. As I am writing this, I have been on hold for 29 minutes and counting. Yesterday I was on hold until I finally gave up. I am a small business owner and I spend a lot of money with them each month for phone service. The last time a was able to speak to a human was years ago. They make it next to impossible to get a live person on the line to assist with any issue at all. I will be changing services as soon as I can actually speak to a human being. DO NOT USE them!
Was on hold on 4 different lines, 2 lines over two hours. Not helpful, knowledge able, and loyalty to the company don't amount to squat. Every month my bill kept going $100 or more increase. My bill the last two months with fees and jiberish scams has been close too $900. Their competitors like exfinity offers 185 channels 3 cable boxes land line and Internet for $170.70 a month. I'm good on being screwed with no lube from this company they loosing this customer ASAP
By far, this internet is the most frustrating I have ever used. Terrible service your better lighting a fire calling that internet I really don't recommend this for anybody just stay away from this.
I placed an order to upgrade 2 lines on 12-26 with a promo for an iPhone 15 plus with no trade in for 5.99/month. They cancelled the order because I had to upload my ID. I placed the order again last night, uploaded my ID it said everything was confirmed. Checked this morning and they cancelled my order again! Now the deal is no longer available. Go figure, right. They suggested I pick the phone up in store, which I would have loved doing. However, there were none available within a 40 mile radius of my location. I spent at least 2 hours talking to reps, chatting online, or sitting on hold to find out that they will not honor the deal from yesterday, but could let me get the phone for 14.46 a month, and have to depend on them issuing a credit each month to offset the overage amount…. For two phones. There's one guy at a store close by my house that might be able to fix this for me. If he cannot I'm so done with this. My account is over 20 yrs old, and it means nothing to you there at AT&T. Maybe t mobile or spectrum could better appreciate a loyal customer. I'm pretty sure I can get service for $95 a line almost anywhere. So sad ….
The absolute worst customer service ever. Tech line, loyalty department, in store, it doesn't matter, they give the run around, never can help with anything, and they just don't care.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I had 2 business accounts with AT&T Business for at least 4 years ( internet service). You can imagine how many bills we have as a company and it's impossible to check each and every one of them each month. I completely trusted AT&T and gave our credit card for autopayments. Two years ago without my permission, AT&T decided to add a backup service for my account without my permission, and the cost for this service was $40 monthly! I was very surprised when I checked my bill today! I called customer service and they said that they can't do anything and only reimburse me $80. What is $80 for two years payment for a service that I never asked for and never needed? I canceled my accounts and switched to a different provider! I'm very disappointed and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I trusted them and now I feel scammed by them!
My phone service constantly has interuptions and if it stops working you cant even sign into the site for support because of the jack $#*! 2factor autentication. How am i supposed to enter a texted code if my number isnt getting service! And the att customer support ai is less than worthless. 0-5

Sucks they don't do their work, a router was set up in a place that we didn't want, because it's near to a sink, and in the kitchen so it will get ruin, some staff came and he did what he wanted, then my husband called for someone to come fix it and they want to charge him to fix this $#*! and we won't pay for something that we didn't want to be set up there, when since the beginning we didn't want to be place there and we told this guy where we wanted, he just did whatever the $#*! he wanted, the service customer is useless, and the internet as well the internet Is so slow and we are paying to have a fast internet because school,work and so on. If you read this which I really wish you do call to your customer Jordan Sedwick and apologize for having a bad service and staff, this guy said well I'm gonna give you a cable so the cable would be hanging I'm the middle of my living room, when he easily could have fix it, that's why he's getting paid for. At@t has great service as far as never with out service any where. Customer Service in the store...lack of sharing the entire details. My last purchase kept me in the store for hours with returning 3 times due to lack of communication. The gal in the store Desiree in the Victor location is kind and seems to have a great knowledge base she tried very hard to be helpful and could not have been nicer.
Where they lack is sharing with the customers what they need to do resulting in many trips to the store. I have multiple phones on my plan and I purchased three new phones right before Christmas two to give as presents and they shared I had to return the old phones...not telling me they needed to be reset. When returning the phones one my grandsons he had changed his email so they could not reset the phone. They were not in stock on one of the phones originally purchased...resulting in another trip to the store...Trying to prove I was my self though I knew my pass code and had ID was a nightmare and quite frankly rediculous. I have been with AT&T for over ten years had I known what this purchase would mean regarding time I would have most likely gone with another carrier. I pay 300.00 monthly for 5 phones.
Most of this is lack of appropriate training, a lack of consideration, and AT&T in general lacking in true customer service.
When sharing my experience with AT&T customer service they had a lack of understanding what or why I was even calling them for...again poor customer service and he could give me a 10 dollar credit. Honestly lets break this down I have pd over 30,000 for phone service in ten years... I will not be renewing in 3 years as my commitment to them means zero. Ot ten dollars...please get the details and know that they could care less about your experience!
So on spotify, there's this ad that has been going around. It basically is about a mans wife/girlfriend talking to him about how he has a twin and then she asks "Can you tell me why you downgraded our internet to save money, while your brother has AT&T Fiber, Wireless and is a Gigillionare?" and then says "I should have chosen the other one," basically yelling at him for being poor. Not cool.
I would not recommend this company due to poor customer support, and how they genuinely do not care. Switch to Xfinity, it's honestly better then AT&T.
Kyle was great he help me out getting my new IPhone 15 pro max phone set up he was very helpful and understanding because I was an andoriod user and was my first iPhone.Aaron was very helpful in getting my Apple Pay account set up.Haylee was very helpful in getting my husband into aS23plus with a trade in and getting his phone transferred to Att&T from T-mobile.All were very helpful getting us setup with our transferring toAT&T phone service.Thank you Hartland crew.
Regret changing to AT&T. Due to poor connection service I decided to return to previous carrier and the AT&T customer service rep did not advise that my phone would be locked for 24hr.
My mom has been with this company for over 15 years! They are crappy to the point the internet was going down everyday at the same time. This place charges people outrageous amounts to even have a phone. I've asked my mom to switch for years because of this place and price. Two weeks ago a call came thru an it showed atnt as the call and what do you know they end up being a scam call and hacked my mom account all meanwhile while this happened an atnt knew it they still shut our phones off and didn't care about it. My mom always pays her bill on time. Im writing this review to hopefully shed light on how crappy this service is. How can you charge someone 400 dollars for a flipping phone service and no extras added. Just basic lines! I'll never understand so thank you atnt for making it tough on my mom and couldn't consider that my mom got scammed and it is also the holidays! Wayyy to go! I'll never recommend yall or even come back to yall after service! Monopoly on people who just want to reach loved ones! Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
