AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Angel was outstanding. She met us at the door and promptly took care of answering all our
Questions. Angel explained our bill and offered recommendations on how we could both expand our service and save on the services we receive. Going in we had every intention of changing providers. She was quite the professional and very competent in explaining everything. She gave us her undivided attention and because of what all she did for us she was the reason we elected to stay with AT&T. On top of that, Angel sold us another iPhone. Thank you Angel!

My buddy who has att mobile, decided to bundle and drop xfinity. Well the att service person never showed up this morning. After scheduling and waiting for days. He's now on the phone with att, being transferred to this... that. And more for an hr and a half. To me that's BS, I'll never switch to that lame company. And I have other friends who have had problems with att, and get nothing but the run around. I'm happy with who I have and it's a live person in minutes, who can handle a situation promptly. Also my customer service representatives live here in the states.
Today, if i could give a -minus STAR to this ATT is what they deserve.I called and requested a supervisor. They took off a late charge that should have never been there. Wow!
I had a lost card, called and left a new CARD on automatic payment. They still disconnected our family phone service after having a CARD on FILE. It also was a critical day for the family for everyone to be disconnected. Horrific Service today from ATT, i wont forget this. I would think about leaving them ALL together. How can they not recognize a payment and still disconnect all of us. It could happen to anyone there system is WHACKED and clearly not even connected... poor customer service.
ATT store was more than happy to upgrade my s10. They got the sale and then dropped the ball never completing the trade-in process and keeping my phone at the store while I was being charged for the new phone. After three months, I finally found a customer service person who called the store and got them to process the appropriate paperwork. It still isn't fixed but it seems that it is on track to.
Was asked if I want to be called by my first name... who asks that? When pressed, she admitted she only asked me and not every customer because she was "not sure". Was also mis-gendered several times. Not a trans friendly business.
I switch from Verizon and I was told they had 4 g network connection here and I would not have a problem using my phone as a Hotspot to use my computer on the weekends. I am a teacher and work sometimes on the weekend and need service. Not only does the hot spot not work but a lot of times I can't even use the phone to look at the internet for news or social media. I feel like I was lied to and now I had to add a wifi Hotspot device to my bill. I should not have to pay for something they assured me would work in the first place. I have the Samsung S 23 plus so it isn't because I have an old phone. Why does the wifi hot spot work but not the wifi hot spot on my phone. It worked when I was with Verizon. As soon as my contract is up I am going back to Verizon

Look, no one is going to be 100% satisfied all the time. There's going to be issues. But what stands out to me is the customer service every single time I've had to call in or online chat with a rep about my issue. Every single time I'm treated like I'm valued and if you know how to demonstrate common courtesy, 9 times out of 10, the other person on the other end is going to try their best to help you. And for me, it's 10 times out of 10 that when I call or chat, someone is there to listen to my concern and do whatever they can to help me. I can tell that AT&T puts a lot of focus on customer service and for me, that alone means a lot. There's always going to be compatibility issues or situations that are not ideal and need addressed. But I truly feel the people employed at AT&T are trying their very best to be kind, considerate, helpful and friendly. And for that reason, I will continue to give them my business because nowadays that type of treatment is seemingly more and more rare.
This company is a death contract.
I had brought my own device, now I'm being harassed to pay my bill of $80.00 in order to unlock a phone that's not even theirs to begin with. (Mind you bill payment has already been scheduled) but it doesn't have anything with locking a device that's not theirs.
Worst company ever. Wish I never had signed up.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use ATT
In the months of the pandemic i tried numerous times to lower my internet bill as all others had been lowered because of income loss. Nothing could get them to lower my bill. No begging, no information, no government relief effort. I tried every single month since losing that job and was constantly told nothing could be done. Lo, and behold: i was able to get a dofferent internet via t-mobile and called to cancel only to be told they can infact lower my bill. By 50%! Imagine! Not a cent should go to this evil corporation. They should fall to the wayside. We are cash cattle for them and they care not for us.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid AT&T. Verizon has better service. T-Mobile even. Some guy at a camp fire sending smoke signals is probably better than using AT&T

I needed help with my Internet quickly as my daughter was in the middle of doing her homework. Victor came to the rescue on 10/26/2023 round 5pm. Thank you Victor (West African accent) for your speedy professionalism. AT&T is lucky to have you on board.
While our internet connection is generally strong... it took forever to setup the both times we went with AT&T. Their phone support is generally unhelpful and we had to jump through way too many hoops to get what we were told we were paying for in the first place. Is google fiber here yet?
First, I would like to add that their customer service and my Internet service has been exceptionally well! Not a single problem there.
However, this $9.99 late fee applied LITERALLY the day after your due date is asinine…. $9.99? This is their way of getting the money they gave you to join back into their pockets. They have to make the money back somehow. They can't just gift $350. I can understand a late fee but literally a day after? I will be cancelling my service with them after this month. $9.99 for a late fee after one day is EXCESSIVE in my opinion.
I NEED a new iPhone as the one I have is 6 years old(6s plus) and was considering getting AT&T mobile to add to my internet as a package, but I will never. I'm just one customer so I don't make a difference but I will never utilize your services again, AT&Greed!
Out of necessity, I had to request the Internet service from At&T because only they operate in my new residence. It's been 15 days since my request and I still can't get internet, 3 technicians have visited my house and still nothing. I have to be calling them constantly and there is no solution for now. I do not recommend this company and the sad part of the story is that I am obliged to continue requesting my internet service.
Slow service and a high bill not worth it! Crappy phone service my $#*!s always buffering.not worth the bill I'm stuck paying every month and 240 a month for four lines and phones don't include any insurance either I should of stayed w us cellular.
I am writing this in hopes that I can anyone who considering switching to AT&T. I made a terrible decision to using AT&T. I was loyal customer for over 20 years and in the past month AT&T managed to screw up everything. Customer Support is horrible and needs to be trained. To 1 person that knows what he/she is doing there 10 who doesn't. Customer Support lies by adding lines to account and adding phone ($800). Then charging customer and not helping customer by solving a problem or giving credit. Manager explained that AT&T doesn't have time or money to train their customer support so it is okay to lie to customers. Business should not be running this way.
So after 20+ years we(4 lines) left AT&T.
Service has been spotty for internet with random drops. When it works it works well. I also have phone plan and has literally the worst service of any provider I've had. On top of that I was having internet issues and they sent someone out to fix it and said if there was an issue I wouldn't be charged. The tech found an issue, I was still charged 100$ that they'd only removed because I called to complain.
I have been a customer of ATT Wireless for close to 30 years. The customer service has gotten so bad that I cannot imagine anything worse. When they make a mistake it takes hours upon hours to find a person who can help fix it.
I had a payment arrangement I got my amount confused it was off 40.00. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I had to pay 475 to get my service back. They were very rude and unwilling to help that's why I'm leaving them
Absolutely terrible reception. No one to communicate issues with. Customer service is non existent. And trying to modify/change plans is ridiculously convoluted and nearly impossible. I would NEVER recommend trying them as a provider.
Tip for consumers:
How crappy their service is.

We put up with them because we were paying off phones, but switched to a different carrier 1 day into the AT&T billing cycle. Our last bill with AT&T is 2/3 of our regular monthly bill for AT MOST 2 days of service. The representative my husband spoke with was trying to actually justify this charge. Save yourself and do NOT go with AT&T. I definitely regret it and will NEVER go back. Lots of issues the couple years that we were stuck with them. The service never did work quite right and "customer service" was unhelpful. Umm, well yeah, clear the cache and history. A 10 year old could tell you that.
This company will bait you in with so-called low rates and phone upgrades. But they will gouge you for the first 2 to 3 months. Charging you expensive rates and fees and telling you they can't tell you what your first bill will be, until they send it to you. For me, they haven't kept their word and can care less about what they're representative promised. If I had to do it all over again, I'd run from this company!
We switched from sprint because att does have better service. But we asked several att reps how it would work to get sprints fees paid if we switch. We we told by everyone we would apply for the credit and we would get the prepaid debit cards in the mail. So we turned in 2 phones and they gave us credit for what this phones were worth. No one said that what we got for that was part of the money for paying sprints fees! No one told us that's how they work. We were told they were separate things. So now I'm left with a sprint bill. I feel like I've been totally lied to.
Att customer service is a joke. All they do is tell you I'm sorry and I understand your frustrations and promise to take care of the problem so it doesn't happen again but I've been fighting with this company for 8 months now and they had the nerve to try to tell me what I ordered and supposedly received, which is completely wrong for I didn't order a phone but by golly they are charging me for the installment payment every month. I've already gone through the fraud department and made a claim. Now since they can't even keep their word after promising to resolve the issue I'm going to end my service with them and find a better company that actually wants to keep it's customers with them and happy. I'm going to try contacting the CEO of att and see what he says.

7 months or torture. Every month the bill comes in 100 to 300 hirer than quoted for my business account. Every month it's a fight on the phone for over an hour because the local office can't help with a business account. It's always someone from another country, they don't care. They state they will correct the bill from a billing problem and next month here we go again. Another problem. 78 bucks for a tablet on my account. How flipping incompetent do you have to be to see a tablet should not be 78 bucks a month. And yes, I own all my devices. It's something every month. I fix one thing and another pops up. I believe they do it because most business people just pay it and look the other way because of the hassle.
