AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
They overcharge people in the hood u may pay late but pay they interrupt your service just to add a late fee and have only one tv working here and there its sad and it should be investigated this is true they don't give u options as others

I owned this phone for 7 months it started to crack where it folds. So Samsung doesn't cover that under their warranty apparently and at&t made me pay my 150$ deductible to get the same refurbished phone. My family has been with AT&T for decades and we have bought Samsung forever. Needless to say i wont be buying Samsung anymore
If u ever need customer service then I feel your pain. Be prepared to spend all day with them for the smallest of issues. And do not think you will ever be told the truth by them, or be happy with your AT&T experience in any way. It is sad they are still thriving the way they are, given the way they steal from, lie to, & upset their customers.

So for one I've been with them for almost 2 years and every year around the beginning of the month my bill goes up atleast $250 and then it's nothing they can do about it now I'm trying to get WiFi and was told I can pick it up once it's being at least 1 day of it being processed well I called today and now their saying I have to wait two by does days and I work from home they even told me I can pick it up same day all the locals are saying they can't do that they say one thing and and do another they are the worse tmobike is a little bit better at least you're able to go get the WiFi box from them either same day or when you want

When the billing is due they wokr tell you they will reduce your billing and not saying anything and will tell you these things are correct and will say thing such as you agreed to this terms but if I agreed I wouldn't call complaining my bill as been at range of $500 at some point I had to get down to current now it's been reduce $50 and I didn't even know until today
Att installed a temp line. Almost 6 - 7 days later they had someone come bury a permanent line. In the process of installing permanent line, they cut my guide wires for my robotic mower in several places. Submitted a claim and was told that someone else done that cause other contractors were in the area. No other contractors was working on my internet line in my yard but AT&T. They destroyed and don't take responsibility for the damages. This supposed to be a company of good standards. Doesn't look like it.
Are they paid by the hour they waste customers' time? Incompetent, dragging it out, and although I called customer service of At&T I saw a different company name on display of my phone. What's going on?
This is the worst company to have for any service. Many years ago I had them for my internet and long story short they kept trying to charge me for things I did not have. After several months of calling and telling them I would not pay for these charges, I finally found someone willing to help me and take them all off. Well, here we are a few years later and I chose to give them another chance (stupid me). I got their cell service just a few moths ago. When I was getting my new phone they told me that I could get a screen protector that I could get replaced for free, well I found out this is not true. Then all of a sudden they again, started charging me for bogus things. When I called (and spent over an hour on the phone with them) they told me a manager would call me back. Well, it has been two days and I am on hold again trying to reach them. I will never use this company again!
They'll drown you in hidden fees. Their salespeople lie about the cost, sign you up, AT&T gouges you for 3 to 4 times what was quoted. Not to mention their plans are some of the most expensive around. Plenty of better companies out there.

Turned in two phones that fit the guidelines for $1.000 off phone promotion. 6 months later I'm still trying to get the promotional discount. Talked to 4 different supervisors and they have approved the promotion offer but it's never discounted from bill. Still trying!
How could you tell someone your getting a discount and then charge them the amount of a car payment for two cell phones and barely any gbs for internet. I never liked at&t. So I went to straight talk and its so much better.
Its unbelievably slow. Like, comically slow. If you click on ANYTHING, just walk away from your phone for at least a minute to let it load. The app crashes all the time, if you have to switch to another app or lock your phone, it will crash and have to reload to the main menu. The search bar sucks, its way too complicated to find anything because of too many categories and sections. Awful. Btw, att does this $#*! where your plan goes up by $10 every year. So its advertised at first as $55, then it goes to $65 and so on until you finally just change your service provider.
This is the 3-4th time that a technician of ATT cut my internet connection at the alley when fixing or connecting other houses. It keeps happening for no reason. When the technician comes to fix it after days without service, they can't explain why this is happening and tell me to call and report it. I am tired, I'm a physician and I need internet to work. Very upsetting and disappointing! From Lubbock, TX.
You are by far the worst company ever. I wish I never bought my three phone with you or your service. If anyone is thinking of going with AT &T don't. Run as fast as you can. I was extremely sick and was working really hard to pay my extremely expensive phone bill and they shut off my service and I have a special needs child and explained everything to them and made multiple payments to them. It just seems like the bill never goes down. The worst company ever.

We switched from another carrier due to high bills and bad customer service. When we started with AT&T, we notice no dropped calls, better customer service and easier bills to understand. The plans were much cheaper than our previous provider. We got some additional incentives for being military, and we sure do appreciate the recognizing our military. I'm not sure if we'll upgrade anything but I'm glad we're with this company. Thanks for great service. Keep up the good work.
Worst service ever. Their shop manager - a male in Seattle Pacific place mall store - was aggressive and rash and tried to get physical with me - a woman. Then their customer care took away my service and it was not working for 24 hours and they did not give a reason. I would advise you to get ANY other service but this one

We recently tried to leave at&t. And they continued to transfer us from one unhelpful person to another, at one point suggesting we go to a store in person to cancel our service. It took three days to get an unlock code so we could use our phone and port our number to our new carrier, after we threatened to retain a lawyer. We left because our bill became so unpredictable with seemingly unwanted charges for services we neither wanted or ordered. They are easy to join but very hard to get away from.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I needed to unlock our devices to be able to switch to a different company. We spent most of the day dealing with customer service. They unlocked two of the three devices. One was denied for not being paid when ALL three of the devices were paid off at the same time. I will never get AT&T service again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed and frustrated with this service.
Apparently my cell phone never made it from the ATT warehouse to UPS. No one ever told me. I found out by calling ATT. Then I had to place a reorder where I am required to repay a $50 sales tax. Sure I'll be refunded and how many business days will it take for me to see that money? While they get paid now. I asked for my reorder to be shipped priority and I didn't see that on the reorder. I didn't qualify for any promotions on my phone and the original CS rep didn't tell me that I could get a newer phone for the same price.
I tried to switch from ATT to Sprint because of reception issues. The move to Sprint was relatively easy. But ATT would not let go! They kept charging me. I have just made the 5th phone call in the last 2 months. Each time I have been assured that my lines were cancelled--but the bills kept coming. I tried to cancel my auto-payment but the bank urged me to try one more time. OK--after about 6 hours on the phone over the last 2 months, I am assured once again that the lines are cancelled. What I hope will be the final evil catch is that ATT cancelled my lines on the first day of monthly service and so charged me another $80 for absolutely nothing! The person on the phone did apologize. I know it's not her fault, but for at least 10 years I will have nothing to do with ATT.
I would rather give them zero stars, they are horrible and complete rip offs! Started when we switched to them. The fidget spinning child manager sold us two new I phones for a bogo offer. Problem was the offer was over two days prior to us signing up.AT&T did nothing to make it right. Moving forward we switched to a real provider for less and I keep getting a $64 monthly bill for an Apple Watch. You would think when I shut down wireless service the watch would go too, it quit working the day we switched. I called customer service and they offered me to keep the watch service for $10.00 a month. Got it cancelled finally. If a plane flew into corporate headquarters I would celebrate. Fu@k A&

This is a terrible service provider. You'll NEVER get the speeds you pay for and won't ever get anyone through customer service to help in any way. If I could give them 0 stars I would because 1 star is entirely too much.
Self installation did not work. 2 service calls were a no show by the tech. With no updates, just 2 wasted days waiting for nothing. And on top of it they sent me a bill, even though I never received service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for anything.
Bought a phone for a small business. Was told by the "salesperson" if not completely satisfied, return the phone within 30 days for a full refund. Yeah, right! $191.00 later and numerous harassing phone calls from customer service representatives (all foreigners) is all you can expect. DO NOT BUY AT&T!

Ran through an order on phone and decided not to continue and canceled moving forward but took $577 from my bank account anyway without completing order! Called and said too bad nothing they can do have to wait 3-5 days to get stolen money back! STAY AWAY‼
