AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
They will lie to get business do not listen to their lies. Then when you cancel 24 hours after install and they tell you send the equipment back there will be no charges they send you to collections for $58 dollars and say yes we know you don't owe anything but it's already been sent we can't undo it.
Our phone lines were torn down by a dump truck, as well as our neighbors lines, so we called AT&T for repair service. We were told that someone would be out on 05/09/2022, 11 days out. No one ever came, and when a call was put in to find out why, they claimed that us, or our neighbor never put a request in for repair, so now we have to wait another 9 days to see if someone even bothers to show up this time. When our service is working, we have severe lags and constant buffering. We pay for the extreme dsl service, but it's almost comparable to dial up speeds. I wish I had other options, but they have the monopoly in our county with nothing else available.
This scam of a company upgraded my internet plan without asking, then when I noticed and called to downgrade attempted to charge an additional month's fee. Had to be on the phone for 2 hours to remove this fee. Never will use ATT again, a scum company
So I was stopped at a Sams Club to trade my T-Mobile service for AT&T. I did the switch. The man who helped stopped helping once I signed up. Then when you are in a situation they do not help much. I called to arrange a payment arrangement. They helped with that then, 2 hours later they turn off my service and cant help set it up again. They are no help. Tmobile was way better. Wish I can go back but I am on contract. All they did was tackled me with more fees.
Slowest internet on Planet Earth, it is not even worth $5.00. I am only with them because they are the cheapest in my area, Cox being the other option but they are unaffordable. Nothing loads when I search for something on Google. It is a sad situation.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Having a problem with my bill and I have been bounced from customer service rep to customer service rep. Each time I am told I am speaking to the wrong department. I am beyond frustrated. Still on hold after an hour and forty-five minutes. How does AT&T stay in business? Don't they care that their reputation for customer service is the deplorable? It seems not.
Needless to say I will be changing my carrier for phone, internet and Direct TV.
There's no loyalty here, no appreciation to customers who have been with this company for years. I had a phone that I ordered, but it was the wrong one. I wanted to exchange, the phone is unopened. What do they tell me? Sure we can do it, just have to go to the back office. Then after they make their changes they tell me it can't be done. No notification I had to call in to find out, which was well after now the return and remorse period. You stupid liars! This is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced with. NEVER sign with them, switch, get out of your contracts... they just want to rape you of money

They have worst customer service and average signal quality. Their website is impossible to navigate and reach a live person, their phone tree menu is just as unhelpful. I had trouble activating the new sim card they sent me. I spent 3 hours on the phone and in the store trying to get this setup.
After this when I switched to a different carrier, they charged me $116 for just 7 days usage!
Long time customer….fell for the deal that you can get an iPhone 14 and trade in iPhone 11 for $20 credit per month. Waited Almost 4 month without hearing anything. First time I called they apologized, gave me a $20 credit for that month and promised the trade In credit would be on next months bill….nope…so called today and they said I won't be receiving credit!
Ive had att for 2 years now and they are constantly changing my service plans and charging me extra one month its $260 next month its $540 and next month is $365 they are no help when I contact to figure out why everything is so up and down cant stand att

My Internet was down and after an hour on the phone I was transferred to tech support. They offer free home security equipment and I kindly refused and said I don't won't to add a bill. The AT&T tech service hung up on me. I called back and told the lady what happened. She told me At&T employees cannot transfer customers to tech support so we cave to call and then she hung up on me. I was with Verizon for 15 years and this is why I left them. No one I have felt with through AT&T customer support has helped or fixed an issue. It's sad and pathetic
On 5/20/22 I bought IPhone 13 pro max, 6/20/22 I went to trade my iPhone 8 I have to wait 1 month in order to get eligibility for trade sales person changed my plan. After a month I got charges of almost $300 added hotspot roaming of $122 / device there's areas in CO that AT&T don't even work at all. I paid off my phone and tried to get my iPhone 8 back and refused to give me my phone. This company is a ripped off. I stopped my services the next week. I went to Mint Mobile $15/ month + tax. I will never go back to this phone company ever again. Hampden office even hanged up the phone at me while I'm trying to explain myself, very peasant employees. Helen O.
I had ATT for nearly 20 yrs as a retired veteran. Worst customer service ever. Nearly 20 yrs and never once had a positive experience with this company. I'm a 25 year customer of ATT trapped in a contract. The customer service has gotten so bad. Depending who you get you will be told all kinds of different things. 25 year loyalty almost means nothing anymore with this company. You can be with them 2 weeks or 20 plus years and get the same treatment. Avoid at all costs.
AT&T is a terrible company to deal with. Run to any of their competitors because it HAS to be better than AT&T.
Agents tell half-truths to get you signed up for services you don't want and then take forever to implement them. Nothing is what it seems.
I wish I could give negative stars.
Also... stay far away from Office AT Hand. I heard that if you sign that contract that it's impossible to get out of it... and Office at Hand is terrible! Don't use it.

I am very disappointed in this service. I called to find out why I am not receiving the internet. I reached a representative who could not finish assisting me because his computer crashed. He said someone would call me with in 15 mins. It has been over 2 hours. Now I have to call back and hopefully get someone and resolve this issue. VERY frustrating.
AT@T states that an upgrade to an iPhone 14 is on them. This is a lie. They told me exactly that and then proceeded to charge me 22 dollars per month for 36 months. Do not believe their commercials or the people who work for them online or at their store. All of them told me it would be free. LIES!

This company is a joke. They don't care about their customers, they have people working in the middle east that promise you stuff over the phone and then they don't want to honor it. In my case this person promised a $20 discount for bundling 2 services, and it took them 3-4 months to bundle the services, and after that when I called to get my discount, they said they don't offer the discount anymore. I asked them to go back and listen to the recorded conversation, and they said the conversations stay on their system for only 30 days, are you kidding me? Bunch of incompetent people and I'm just waiting for the phone's contract to end so I can leave this stupid company. Be careful with this company, run away!
After 20 years I am glad to switch to a different carrier. Paid $160 for 4 lines and a watch. Called to remove 1 line, confirmed the new payment will be $135, just to learn that I was transferred to the new plan and new plan is $190 for 3 lines and a watch. Why should I pay more for less. Numerous calls, one unprofessional rep after another. With all the@@@ service, there is no mystery of so many switched customers.

I had internet... called to see about adding tv to bundle. Was told I could. Quoted me a price of $69.99 plus tax. Got my bill & it was for $164.24... called in. Was told that you cannot add/bundle service to an existing service. There is nothing they can do. They SCAM you! They rope you in telling you stuff they have no clue about & then they bill you totally different amount & then claim they can't bundle after the fact! Then you are stuck in a 2 year contract that costs to get out of it! Will NEVER recommend AT&T to anyone EVER! Will give bad feedback everytime!
I have worked for 8-9 months, with multiple calls and chats and mail (no email allowed) to fix multiple problems with billing and the existence of 2 fraudulent lines (opened by an ATT marketing partner). ATT can never help. They refer me to the fraud department, who says there is no fraud in some sort of empty idle-brained cubicle-dweller mentality, and gives me no way to respond to them, and they only allow 500 characters to describe the problem. Then about $1000 worth of bills owed on our other lines because the fraudulent lines pushed us into TWO groups instead of ONE group. Chat disconnects after a while. Phone calls disconnect. I am polite and patient so it is not the rep getting upset at me for swearing at them. It's just a massive failed company. They all suck, like the airlines all suck, I expect. But just be prepared for mega frustrations. It's an example of how America is getting dragged down.
I have been calling AT&T since December of 2022. They lied, saying someone came out, and I work from home. I received 2 new Modem within 30 days. The internet never works, especially when it's cloudy outside or rain. My bill left from $64 to $191.00. ATT IS THE Is Worth Company On Earth.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AT&T internet. The customer service has been consistently poor, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues with my service, my concerns have consistently been dismissed or ignored.
Additionally, despite being promised a $200 reward for signing up for the service, I have yet to receive it. This lack of follow-through on their promise is extremely disappointing and has made me lose trust in the company.
To make matters worse, the internet connection itself has been unreliable, frequently dropping at seemingly random times. This has been incredibly frustrating, as it interrupts my work and disrupts my daily routine.
Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from AT&T and do not recommend it to others. The poor customer service, lack of the promised reward, and unreliable internet connection have all contributed to a negative experience.
