AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
Absolute worst service of all time! We have been with AT&T for almost 10 years with an average bill of $680 per month. We have 9 devices with them and cannot wait to leave! They have treated us very poorly and their customer service does not care about you. We have wasted countless hours added up to days at this point in time to resolve issues we never created. We have been good and loyal customers for so long and we have still been treated this way. This corporation has gone way downhill with regard to there structure and their business ethics. It's so sad too b/c my grandfather was an executive for them when they acquired Quest in the 90's. We are pleased to know that there are better solutions for the same services elsewhere and are looking forward to moving with an organization that actually treats their customers with dignity and respect.

First of all my service stay going out this is a everyday thing. Then their technicians don't do they job correct. We call them about a wire not being buried because the lawn service keep cutting the cable. They come out and bury the wrong cable. I'm just frustrated with this service if it gets cut again I'm just going to change service.
One thing is for sure about AT&T they do not care about their customers… especially if they are disabled! I have been trying to help 3 disabled individuals get internet service and their treatment of them has been terrible!
I work at home my internet keep dropping I called several times to schedule a technician to come fix the problem the internet support said there is outrage in my area so they can't send technician…. I been have this issues since 05/9/2023 … I requested to speak with a supervisor they said none of them is available. …. Do not do business with ATT bad company bad customer support team they only care about money not service

Staff was unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of the products and service they sell. I had to make multiple trips across several days to resolve the issue preventing me from connecting to their network. Customer service improvement is needed.

I have been on this call for over 30 minutes now, just for a due date change. I am writing this while online, and I am now being transferred for the 5th time. I do not understand AT&T at all. It is time to switch to Verizon or Tmobile.

If I could give a 0 rating for this review I would. I do give it a 5 for the worst internet service. I've had to miss 3 days of work this month due to these area internet outages. When I call At&t for specifics and why my internet will be down for 1-2 days all they can say is it's an outage in my area. However, after contacting a few of my neighbors who have the same service, they are not experiencing the outage. I'm the only one in my neighborhood that has no internet service. This is getting to be ridiculous and inconvenient. I can not work and my daughter can not complete her college courses online due to these outages. I should not have to use my paid time off due to internet outages occurring weekly and lasting more than a day.
In mid December I cancelled and paid off a phone on my account, a month later they are still telling me I have to pay for the plan on that phone. I have talked to another one of the extremely rude customer service reps, just to be told that they dont want to do anything to help me out. I have been a customer of this crooked company for 15 years, and they could care less if I stay or go, so Im going. AT&T is a very dishonest company!
AT & T is absolutely, positively, unacceptable! The worst customer service experience and misleading has been accomplished by AT & T! I should have reviewed this company prior to switching to them! They totally mislead you about pricing with numerous hidden fees! The representatives are either rude or you can't understand what they are saying! Stay clear of AT & T! You have been warned!
I took the phone to att in October 2020 and paid for it every month until September 2021. In September I paid the full amount to unlock the phone and gave up att. I filled out an unlock form and left for another country in the hope of using it with another operator and in another country. For 9 months my phone is blocked. Status pending. When I called, they told me that they could not help without a number from att and that I needed to come to their store. I was on the other side of the world. A month ago I returned to the United States. I went to att twice and they only told me that I need to call them. Great, I hope someone can help me with unlocking the phone. Although I still threw away $500 for a phone that doesn't work. Thanks ATT!
I called to cancel an order. Next day, when I am suppose to get my refund I find out the agent and supervisor lied. Now, some manager is telling me I am responsible for the order. Do not use ATT. They lie. Poor customer service skills.

I am so frustrated with AT&T causing so much stress and anxiety it's not funny. They have lied cheated and stole from us. They have not held up to their end of their agreement even though it's on paper. Their signed agreement paperwork is set up in a manner in which they can say this is not what we offer and leaving you with an agreement that they do not hold up to. Then when you called to correct the problem they will hand you down the line until you have wasted hours upon hours of your day. I will no longer be there victim. I only give them a one star because that's what's offered.
I thought I wasn't happy 2ith my current provider. The many ways I was wrong. I spent almost one hour with someone (Ashley) who kept saying we have to complete the mobile phone service before we can move onto your wireless internet. After an hour or more and numerous steps I was transferred to the internet representative only to find that it wasn't at&t wireless. It was frontier. The worst service in wv. So I called at&t back and after at least another hour of "hold on just a moment longer" was transferred to the at&t main menu. I was reduced to tears when a at&t internet representative came on the line. They transferred me back to the wireless dept that couldn't find a record of an account in my name or number. I had the service with at&t wireless for years before switching to t-mobile. If you want a dependable and competent service don't go with at&t. I have never been so disappointed.
I tried ATT this past December. When I received my phones we could not receive calls or make calls even within our house to each other. I went back to the store where I signed up and was told to return the phones and there would be absolutely no charge and the money that I had paid would be refunded.
I returned the phones and have been pestered for the past 7 months for payment. When talking to customer service It is very difficult to understand the people talking with an accent. ATT really sucks.
They are taking my prepaid payments out 4 to 5 days early. When I purchased my phone it was a deal to sign up for auto pay and I could change it anytime I wanted, lies! I called twice, the first time the guy told me he done that a dropped me done to the $40 plan like I requested. The following month I found out he didn't I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused to do these request saying I need to call back closer to my bill date. Today I went online made the changes and they cut my phone off when I have two days left on my account.
I was an employee for 21 years. Started out as bellsouth and things were great.As soon as corporate AT&T took over everything went to $#*!s. I know what some people are thinking is that "oh no now you have to start working" but that's not the case at all. I'm a very hard worker and like to know that I'm trusted to do the job that I'm great at and know how to do but that's not the case. Got a chance to get an early buy out and never looked back!
Lie, cheat and steal is their strongest beliefs. The service is horrible and dead spots all over. I had metro and had far better service which is sad. If you want a reliable and affordable service, you can't beat t-mobile. Trust me made the mistake leaving them to find out I got ripped off by att. Thankfully t-mobile even has an awesome plan to bring you back to them.
They know where I live there are two options for internet providers, both are terrible. Att forced me sign a yearly contract, and has absolutely no customer service. They will lie and tell you what you want to hear, hang up on you, transfer your call from one person to another, tell you wrong department, tell you they have a bad connection and will call you back, but never do! This is a terrible way to conduct business! If you enjoy being lied to and hung up on, get their service

I have been with ATT for years now and they are only getting worse. I don't get notication texts notifications until they have already expires hours ago or day and sometimes not at all. I had a hacked device that an ATT rep sold me and was completely ignored. Not even going to the local ATT store did any good. They do not care about customer service nor your satisfaction. I'm leaving ATT and finding a better service provider. They are horrible.

Do not waste you time or money with ATT, they have been less than helpful and more often, no help at all, despite being the ones who sold me this peice of garbage in the first place. They would not even give me a new Sim card when I requested one.

I came in to be a phone and their system completely crashed this company should be prepared for this I know it is not their fault but this is complete bull$#*! and I should be getting at least a discount on my monthly payment due to this $#*!.
They make it sound like a good deal to get you sign a 3 year contract or they tell you the phone is free or at a discount rate but you actually still paying the full price for a phone that the value depreciate in a few months because of a new device that comes out and each sales representative doesn't explain clearly or not really know because their job is to make a sale
I went to AT&T in Roosevelt Utah, they promised our bill would be a certain price after 60 to 90 days. 9 months later my bill is still twice as much as promised. Each month they say they fix it and each month it is worse then the month prior. Calling 611 to get help has been a waste of hours each month with nothing being fixed. I've been on hold for a total of 13 ours with AT&T and my account is still not fixed. Still get a bill well over the 300 I was promised when switching over to AT&T. A bill of over 700 each month.

I bought a few cell phones, and their wireless service. have more dropped calls then I had with T-Mobile. and for the same phones that I had at t-mobile which would be paid off in 2 years. at 415/month I paid 700 plus a month for phones that would be paid off in 3 years.
I have been on the phone for 3 hours! Terrible employees and company. They disconnected me everytime. No one could help. Not even a manager! Not professional at all! I have an Iphone 6, and can't get the new version or apps. Trying to purchase new phones, and after waiting and waiting at the At & T on East State St in Rockford, they told me the promotion for the iphone 11 was off from just the day before. No help at all!
When they came out to bury the line at our neighbor's they cut through a clearly marked Cox line buried in conduit. No way they didn't know the line was there. This disrupted our business for an entire day costing us personally. Cox was able to come out before the end of day and run a new line. When I tried to call AT&T to report the matter, they hung up on me. This is just the latest in a long list of issues I've had with this company over the last 20 years which is why I have not done business with them for the last 18 and will *never* do business with them.
I was on the phone with AT&T for over an hour, I have been a customer for over 20 yrs. They always took care of my upgrade fee, Now they were not able to take care of me, I'm done! Will be looking to switch companies. Bye Bye
